1. Go as if to log in & enter your email.
2. The password prompt will have a “Forgot password?” link immediately beneath it. That’ll send a reset link to your email good for 48 hrs.
3. Click the email link & get ready to answer your two security questions. I’m not sure how many attempts you get; I got them wrong twice before I got them right & there was no prompt on the page suggesting how many attempts I had left. (Also, I suggest writing these down after you figure them out. I’m a fan of the BitWarden app because it’s free across multiple devices & you can custom add fields for things like security question answers, but that’s up to you.)
4. Once through, create a new password & access your account.

This literally just worked for me not 10 min ago after seeing Error Code AX000000 for the last week. Good luck.
