According to this, a 100lbs burlap potato bag weighs just over 3/4lb.
I'm sure there are people that will actually benefit from this exercise regimen. :)
This is what you need. I've never tried not to brown the top, however.
When you use a clear glass pie plate, you can make sure the bottom browns, too.
Personal I like the whirlpool design. They are alot easier to work on than the Electrolux designs.

Yes, but I work from home 😉
Seeing as how the world is going remote, and I drink a crapton of coffee at work, I sprung for a nice coffeemaker last Chrismas:
Philips Kitchen Appliances EP4347/94 Espresso Machine, One Size, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SJ7NFY1/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_HQ08RNZ13GD07CXC3RNC
And we use Peet's Coffee:
Peet's Coffee, Dark Roast Ground Coffee - Major Dickason's Blend 18 Ounce Bag https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086ZFHF6H/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_BP27CWATVK70KGGNM0KE
Totally changed our coffee experience at home. Not sure it's related, but I only sleep for 6 minutes a night now!
I have been vegan for a long time, for dietary reasons and FYI there are many dairy free options. Vegan chocolate is much better than vegan cheese, but they are getting better. Even some vegan coffee creamers are pretty good now.
Its because you're not doing anything that involves other people. You have to get out and try to meet folks. Try meetup.com or any place that you can meet people doing something you enjoy. You said you have a daughter and a wife youre trying to take care of. Thats going to take up a lot of your time yeah, but youve gotta make time for yourself sometime too.If you get really depressed etc. and dont take care of yourself you wont be able to take as good a care of them. Im sure your daughters could watch your wife for an hour or two and help her out while you went out maybe every few weeks or something. Its not a perfect solution but its a start. What part of the south you from? Im from there myself in SC.
I was gonna say, you said youre a musician, theres a meetup group where i live where people get together and play guitar, open mic night kinda thing.Maybe you can find something similar to that. Really anything you enjoy, get out and do that and youll meet people. Unless youre like me and all your hobbies involve staying at home lol. Im thinking i might need to get out and try some new things. Anyways just some ideas from somebody in a similar sittuation.
I recommend this book. Absolutely fascinating, especially the take on how by mid life our neural pathways have become quite fixed, and what can happen if we give them a shake up.

I screwed my sleep up. It stays like this. I agree with the person below that said stay away from screens but sometimes this helps me. In a perfect world thatd be best. But I lay in bed and play this game. Its litterally a game about cutting grass lol. Its very mindless, boring and i love it for some reason. the constant motion of it too is very relaxing. I play with the sound off.
I have insomnia so i generally have to take kolonopin (scrip) and benadryl (cat allergies) both to knock me out each night. Sometimes like tonight even that doesnt work.
Anything you can do thats sort of mindless and repetitive to keep your mind occupied will help. Reading is good too, but lay in bed if you can whatever youre doing because that way if u do get sleepy you dont have to move from where you are, that wil break that sleepiness and youll be back to square one.
My friend from the gym got me into this, it's not cheap but it helps.

A new headset, this Razer Kraken pro V2 to be specific. I've had my headset for a few years and I love it - HyperX in pink and white - but the sound is starting to need fiddling on the right side now, and they discontinued it so I can't even replace it =( It's sad because finding a GOOD headset that is pink (or any girly colors) is hard. This one is so perfect but I'm not gonna drop 80 bucks on a headset right now. But I don't ask for gifts, I never have and never will, so this is my secret. Hope everyone gets what they wish for! <3
Amen! For me it's kinda been like a steady, slow snowball effect. One little step leads to another leads to another leads to another and soon as I know it, I look back and go, wow.... those are a lot of little steps that added up to some large ass leaps! Slow and steady, no rush needed. Oh, and if you struggle like I did to get much cardio in (my mild knee osteoarthritis is getting SO much better but ugh!)? I bought this awesome small feet-only eliptical trainer off Amazon some time ago and it's been AWESOME. So sturdy, easy to assemble and I just sit and watch TV while I pedal and get my heart rate up. I really love it!
