Yeah, a lady did a kickstarter for it a few years ago and then published. I ordered a copy from Amazon a month or two back but have only read through it so far. I haven't attempted to cook anything from it yet though! I believe that there was a post recently where the author is attempting a Kickstarter for a second book with recipes that didn't make it into the first one.

Get a proxy! If you're using Google Chrome, I recommend Zenmate, some of the others have a bad rep for being adware. It's just a browser extension that's really easy to install and turn on and off. I think it might be available for firefox and opera as well, but I'm not entirely sure. Then just switch your location to the US, open netflix and you should be good to go.

I have a tee shirt with a very abstract image of Jess on it that you wouldn't know was a character from a show unless you knew. I got it years ago and don't recall where from but sort of like this but without the quote. I love it though, the shirt is like an eggplant purple and the image is black so it's super subtle.

Hola, or at least HolaSearch is actually the one that has a bad rep for being a browser hijacker. I had the Hola proxy on my PC for a while and I ended up with quite a few ads that weren't there before, so it was definitely doing something shady. I'm not sure what it's like now but I wouldn't recommend it; I've never heard a bad word about Zenmate and I've had no surprise adware from them.

You can download it as well for a lot cheaper but even though it's expensive I always would rather have the CD, but that's just me.
