Guardians Team-up is quite the adventure, but I wouldn't say it's absolutely necessary to read.

You should read Legendary Star-Lord before delving into volume 4, it's a good read but a bit iffy at times.

Have you read into the Rocket Raccoon 2014 series, and the new Rocket Raccoon and Groot? Those two are very good.

I read it and found it's basic plot very simplistic and with a lot of issues in pacing.

Honestly, I've read better fanfic about the Guardians than this book.

if you want good GOTG-book, read Dan Abnett's Rocket & Groot steal the Galaxy.

Like I said it's not very good and a friend of mine who is a Nova fan threw his into trashcan... And decided that it was the last GOTG issue written by Bendis that he would ever read.

OK this says to buy the Annihilation Conquest first. But some other users said to get the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1: Legacy. Which one is better?

And also, do either of those 2 spoil anything in the movie coming out?

it looks like a funko pop. if so you can find them at a lot of places. I get mine from my local comic book store,but you can find them online too. Here it is on Amazon
