Well your tablet is probably too old now and you just can not update the game via Play Store.

You can try to download the application package and install it manually, https://apkpure.com/hill-climb-racing-2/com.fingersoft.hcr2 seems to offer the required .apk file, but I can not guarantee it will install successfully.

I tried with both phone and browswer. After disabling uBlock and Scriptmonkey I got through clicking the link, but it opens a new site that requires registration. Honestly smells like a scam from a mile away to me, so Ctrl+W for that site.

But maybe some other site, if possible. http://www.tinyupload.com/ would even do.
