The reason I say strictly is because certain series deal with isekai themes but are not exactly what you are looking for, I would guess. Additionally, sometimes those themes are not integral to the plot so it's not worth mentioning (like in Fairy Tail or Bleach).
The list is missing some, but the ones it is missing, as I said above, you probably wouldn't like anyway considering what your tastes are. For example, I was going to recommend Re:Creators and Grimgar but then I realized you probably wouldn't enjoy them (since you didn't like Re:Zero for being too dramatic).

There are a bunch of new anime airing this season though, so I recommend keeping up with them. These include Log Horizon Season 3 (watch the other 2 seasons, it's great!), So I'm a Spider, So What?, and Jobless Reincarnation.
If your into manga/comics try reading Re:Monster. It's about a Japanese guy being Reincarnated as a Goblin. It has 65 chapters, or about 2 hours to read. Re:Monster Link. if you would prefer to read it on a mobile phone I recommend Neko (Link to download Neko (Android Only))

Bruce, is this harem? - Yes it is, I enjoy a little romance in my stories and write it too, but the explicit content is kept to a minimum.
Bruce, what's dao? - It is a concept you often see in the latter half of Xianxia novels where power levels aren't entirely 1, 2, 3 or Bronze, Silver, Gold. Instead, it is about enlightenment and growing stronger by understanding another piece of the Dao. The Dao being the underlying principals of the universe.
In Isekai Monster, an extra thicc Ara Ara type puts the moves on the new queen and her hero(book 3). Also in later novels two even older women try to steal the hero, a few teenagers also aim for him around the same time. It get petty hot and heavy later on, they need to replenish an all but wiped out royal family.
Isekai Monster’s protagonist adopted several children and made them princesses. While he originally lacks any affection for them and only fakes acting like a father, as the story progresses he ends up seeing them as his own children.

oh, a rare jewel for KU. Going to read this one tonight. Not above reading it if it had contained some though. I do prefer it focus on the story though, some of the ones I have read read more like erotic fiction with barely any story at all.
Isekai isn't as new as you might think. One of my favorite fantasy novels is an Isekai from the 1970s.

It's not an LN, nor Japanese, I'm afraid, but a Western fantasy. I borrowed a very few elements from Japanese culture, like how to handle swords and how to use public baths, but that's about it.

so there's that subplot, and then there is also an Earth-world version of the main character still running around at the same time as the fantasy-world character exists and is evolving. so lots of doubling or doppelgänger'ing that comes from the fracturing of his soul.

I wonder if you'd like this one. It's a bit different than the norm, involving a guy isekaied into a teenage girl and slowly seems to be becoming a girl. There's no erotica or harem stuff, so that's nice. The MC makes the best decisions they can with inadequate knowledge of the world they land in.

The author is actually quite knowledgable about guns and hunting and gives detailed explanations. I've found that most of the people complaining about this stuff get their own knowledge of guns from COD or PUBG.
Scopes are indeed used on shotguns. They can be useful for detecting targets before moving in to engage them. They can also be useful for aiming if you use slugs, which can have an effective range up to 180m or more.
