Hey! I just wanted to recommend this workbook for anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum. I had a lot of intrusive thoughts in my first pregnancy and my therapist and this workbook really helped me. It’s super common to be anxious during this entire experience!
I’m no contact with my dad and my husband’s dad is just kind of a harmless but lazy uninvolved lump with our niece. So despite him being this kid’s only grandpa we aren’t expecting much from him in terms of enthusiasm or involvement.
However, I couldn’t resist buying baby board books about fathers and I’ve stashed them away for my husband’s first Father’s Day present. He’s been very interested in when they can hear his voice so he can start indoctrinating them into his taste in music, talk to them and read to them. This book makes me boo-hoo every time I just read the sample online.
I bought these my last pregnancy and am wearing them already again. It’s a good deal and if you have prime, you can get them in two days!
If you're planning on a hospital birth, you can bring your own cotton gown (just make sure it opens in the back). Much more comfortable than what the hospital provides. I packed two of these when I went: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077NF4VLN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They make maternity and nursing clothes (mostly bras, stuff like that) that are pretty good quality. Some of their bras actually come in a decent size range, too, instead of just stopping at DD. I got this bra for sleep and it's still way too small in the cup, but stretchy enough that it works for sleeping and relaxing.
I got this one during my last pregnancy. Part is removable if you feel too “closed in” with the original configuration.

It’s this one, it’s usually not my style but looked great in person and ridiculously comfy. Amazon did its usual and increased the price recently though. 😒

I was literally just thinking about this! I never did it with my first but I kind of want to with this one. I have a really cute stretchy lace bralette (no underwire)that I got from amazon and it's still super comfy right now (7w today) so I'm thinking I'll pair that with some joggers/leggings for pics as I go along and try to do it weekly on the week markers. Will I follow through? Who KNOWS IM BAD AT THAT STUFF.
My #1 suggestion is to get washable waterproof pads that go on top of the changing pad. It's so much more convinient to swap to a clean one quickly instead of having to switch the sheet that covers the pad. They're also great for travel and for changing in other parts of the house when needed (couch, bed, floor, etc). We have two sets.
We have these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MZPHJHW
There are some that do come in multiple pills a day. For example, this one you take three times a day: https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Prenatal-Multivitamin-Supplement/dp/B00K5NELR0
I take the once a day version of that prenatal.
I recently got these shirts off Amazon and they're great; they're nice and long, very soft, stretchy enough, and not made of tissue paper. They're very comfy and I'm happy with them.
I actually mean something like this (link below) which is used for holding the pump flanges in place while you pump.

Flanges are typical on the more traditional breast pumps that insurances cover. I personally used a spectra and highly recommend it. I've heard mixed reviews on the willow/elvie and they're unfortunately not often covered by insurance.
If you look for a stretchy nylon & elastic free one, those didn’t leave marks. I never noticed any on my daughter at that age, at least.
For the hair out of the face thing, I bought a box of little elastic hair bands for babies/thin hair & do pony tails on the top of her head. She has her own brush, a little travel sized one. We do pig tails too. That keeps her hair out of her face now that she tears headbands off. Before that, the headbands worked great.
We use this storage thing. It hangs on an over the door hook type thing & can hold a ton of bows. It’s perfect & we still have more room, with the millions of headbands that we have. For the clip bows, I use this. It hangs on the hooks of the over the door thing & is easy to make by hand. I used non silky ribbon, D rings, thread, & hand sewed it together. It works great too.
I'll link you directly, because when I searched for them on Amazon they had a video ad of someone actually puking and I think that's a bad idea. Hopefully it can save setting someone else off!
I got these great dresses (for recovery difficult days) on Amazon and I wear them over white tees - cute and comfortable and definitely not “maternity” :) they come in a million patterns (I have three).

I take one or two of these depending how I’m feeling, I work the bottle to my OB and he approved them. They also help me sleep better and relax.

I got a U shaped one from Amazon and I'm very happy with it. Though I don't think the detachable arm was necessary. But the cooling cover is great,it's huge (I'm 5'3), I like that I can put it in lots of positions and it's fairly supportive.

That is sooooo cute! I got this one. I can't wait until I have a bump to fill it out!
I agree with most people on here. I would definitely suggest at least some maternity clothes, especially pants. You won’t regret it! I am a petite person so I needed maternity clothes pretty early, like around 12-14 weeks. I felt so much more confident in maternity clothes because they actually look like they fit!
One of those bands you can put around the top of your pants might help you stretchy your pants a little longer! (Like this: Bando Belly Band for Pregnancy, Maternity Pants and Jeans Extender for All Trimesters and Including Post Pregnancy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08M4DFC8F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4E2K5TQ363W1NDC70ZXH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 )
I would check and see if you have a local Buy Nothing group on Facebook and also check on Marketplace. I have gotten some really nice, free maternity clothes from my Buy Nothing group.
I have honestly never found a nursing bra I love, but I will recommend Bra Extenders like these, for if your ribs expand later. Personally my cup size never changed (G), but I’m not sure if other busty people do go up in cup size. I feel like that might be more of a smaller boob phenomenon, but I could be wrong.
Edit: I know you mentioned wanting support but anything tight gave me incredibly painful clogs. You might be better off buying a good, supportive bra now and be willing to reevaluate when/if you do breastfeed.
SO bought this one off of Amazon. I add a scoop of that and protein powder. You can't taste them at all.

Not a baby deal but pretty good for 5 bras
I grabbed this cute little book from Barnes and Noble! The Belly Book (Amazon, under $15)
I too am taking a separate vegan DHA—here’s the link: Garden of Life Minami Algae Omega... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003B6Y0CE?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I must say they’re pleasant to take versus the other supplements I’m taking
I got this one, specifically because it came with a non velvet cover. So I didn't have to buy a separate cover
I loved the snoogle support-wise, but hated switching sides with it in the middle of the night, so I tried the queen rose and thought it was too floppy. Then I found out the company that makes the snoogle makes a U shaped pillow and it has been perfect! Using it for my second pregnancy now and I still love it
