It did come out in April 2018. 277 was the last chapter, so this is 277.5. Yes, this is actually all of the epilogue despite the promise of a "greatly improved epilogue!". If you feel disappointed, don't worry. Everyone and their cousin felt the same way on this subreddit.

The manga is about a Vice-Prez of a student council in a private school, who transforms into a masochistic heroine at extreme levels of embarrassment.

Here's hoping the fallout of ripping off Prison School goes well for that mangaka, considering the protagonista has Meiko glasses, Moeko blush and everything.
