I never thought of that, But I just noticed i used both Candy floss and Cotton candy in that video, I hear both of them used equally which i guess shows.
In japanese it is literally "Cotton candy" though.
I believe this is the series on Crunchyroll It seems that new episodes come out pretty irregularly, as the other poster said it's on hiatus until April but even when it wasn't it was something like 2-3 weeks per episode.
I enjoy getting to see the original story from the game since the game shut down.
