Dragonshield matte sleeves are the only sleeves I've used since they started making the mattes. I highly recommend them. They're around $10-12 for 100 (although Amazon sometimes has deals on less popular colors). I've never had one break, they feel good shuffling, and the matte backs make it so they don't get dirty and grimy.

You won't be disappointed with Dragonshield Matte
Seeing as the comments on this post have turned into a poorly informed math argument, I decided to simulate the situation you described. I wrote some Python code, which you can run online here (and that's the master copy so don't edit it btw) that simulates opening two decks a hundred thousand times and finds the percentage of times the houses don't overlap. The random number generator isn't perfect, but over time the average answer converges on 4/35, or 11.4 something percent. That's what you'll find it is if you try this in the real world, too, although good luck getting your hands on two hundred thousand decks.
This is exactly it. Thank you so much! This was a pain to search for.
For anyone who wants to do something kind of similar, AoA is currently on sale on amazon. $35 for a 12 pack.
While not the same as what the OP has, craft stores like Hobby Lobby and Michaels sell plastic gems that are very similar. Also Amazon.
I've been having issues with Rankey for months now. I switched it for for Keyforge Management (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.KeyforgeManagement.application&hl=en).
There is a already an app on the Google Play store. We are still waiting for the iOS app to be released, no word yet on timing.
Cheapest COTA that I have bought is $32 usd without shipping, and AOA can be purchased as low as $10 (if you buy 12 display box - amazon, lesser discount if you buy lesser).
COTA being the 1st series is more straight forward, less complex mechanics. Some stronger cards in COTA is tuned down in later series. I'd say interesting to get some if you can. Other series like MM is more sought after(chase set - 7 sins, gigantic), their price is still high now > $50.
We are trying to see if there is anything people like about our attempt to make a podcast. It's not like anything we have ever done before, so we were headed back from the ATL Vault Tour and turned on the mic and started to record. We did swear a lot and made crazy comments, ALL IN THE NAME FUN, if you're easily offended at such podcast's do not listen to us. Please listen for as long as you can and please give us feedback. Thank you for your time.

I made some designs on Tinkercad back when Keyforge first started and the starter sets were sold out. I have also seen some on Thingiverse. In both places, search for Keyforge to see what you can find.
This episode of the Bouncing Deathquark podcast was really helpful for me: https://anchor.fm/s/2aacaec/podcast/play/1924515/https%3A%2F%2Fd3ctxlq1ktw2nl.cloudfront.net%2Fproduction%2F2019-1-23%2F10384121-44100-2-870050777c471.mp3
They argue that there's a 3-part hierarchy for a winning deck: 1) It has to be able to build a big board; 2) It has to be able to deny opponents' keys; 3) It has to have potential for big game winning plays. I have decks that seem really good but lose almost every game because they don't have any or enough key denial.
Amazon US seems to have stock: https://smile.amazon.com/FFG-KeyForge-Tidings-Archon-Display/dp/B08F5KLDVQ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=210PLAH70SPZB&dchild=1&keywords=keyforge+dark+tidings&qid=1629233368&sprefix=KeyForge+%2Caps%2C315&sr=8-1
I haven't heard anything about supply issues in the US, but it's possible local distributors are out, I suppose.
ideas what to search for? just amber gems? I'll get em on amazon
edit: something like this would prob work well... https://www.amazon.com/Crushed-Diamonds-Crystals-Decoration-DomeStar/dp/B01MDMLC68/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1544029519&sr=8-4&keywords=amber+gems
They seem like they are smooth and not sharp edges like some of the other crystal type decorations I have seen...

You can get a $50 pack of bubble mailers on amazon. These perfectly fit one deck in the original box. Ship via USPS first class for $3.50-4! Profit.
There are some good points already made so I'll touch on what might be a good purchase to start.
Generally, Call of the Archons (first set) is a more straight forward play style. Less keywords. More on card Aember bonus. It's what I try to teach new players with. You can find display boxes (12 decks) of COTA for $50 on amazon. That plus a Worlds Collide starter set will give you 14 unique decks, 2 players worth of tokens/keys, and 2 paper play mats for $75.
Welcome to the game!

I'm gonna follow up on what that guy said and let you know that even a sub-tier shitty GENKA deck is gonna run around $60. Anything from MM is really overpriced right now (happens with each new release). The Amphora Captura decks are just a fad and not something you should shovel any cash into (same goes for the Sin decks).
Before you get wrapped up in over-spending this is what I think you should do:
Get the box of decks. I'd "surge" to try to get a box of each expansion just for fun. You could throw out $60 bucks for a non-competitve GENKA deck or you could throw that $60 bucks at decks.
I might even look for someone in the Facebook group that's selling some bulk and buy some just to experiment around with different cards from different expansions.
I also love the KeyForge Vault and most of the Keygenic supplies:
Hopefully my LGS has a few copies of these. Ill happily read through it.

It is also currently available on amazon $10 for the kindle version.
After testing pretty much every brand of sleeves on different decks, I will say that I prefer the TitanShield sleeves from Amazon and would recommend picking up over any of the other ones.
+1 for Ultra Pro Team Bags
If you have a large quantity of unsleeved decks, this is a fast way to bind all the cards together and store them in a plastic container. I found some great ones at Office Depot.
There are a number of options out there but you will have to look around to decide. Here’s a 2200-2500 card storage option. Probably not sleeved or sorted tho.amazon card quiver
Is this the one you're talking about? It does look superb, and the grid view is way more convenient than the "swipable" deck, but -- as far as I can tell from the screenshots -- you can't go through the cards one at a time (as you would with a physical deck). I will install the app right now and have a look around though, thanks!
Definitely not necessary. I bought a couple of decks and used some tokens I had left over from X-wing to play, plus this app for forging keys.
It's almost an exact copy of mine... I mean, yeah for the style of the background I was inspired by the main app/website, so obviously I can't say anything but overall everything looks like mine. The placement of each elements, the hierarchy, the background's shape, etc... There are other apps out there that do the same job, but are pretty different. This just looks like you tried mine and copied most of it
Still, I'll say good job
There you go. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ScarletValkyr.KeyforgeTrackingCompanion
This is just a first draft and there's more to come
Side open would be nicer for resealing if you reuse boxes. I don't for now.. I bought a few deck boxes from amazon. one box holds 4 decks. so 4 in one, the other holds 2 decks plus the tokens from the AoA starter set with space left over. the last... we'll see what i shove in it. maybe my fluxx deck.

As others have said the benefit to getting the starter is the tokens, but you can find replacements. In our podcast I mentioned that I had 1cm educational cubes lying around that I'd picked up to replace bits from various boardgames, and they worked great.
Here's the link
Try a dice tray.
One of my opponents at a local tournament was using this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F5D53QP. Seems like it worked pretty well.
We mentioned this in an episode of our podcast, I was using these colored cubes in lieu of tokens. Each color represented something different. They're fairly cheap and you can use them as stand-ins for pretty much any game, in case you ever lose a piece, or as caltrops in the event of a home invasion.
New to the game and wound up getting these to start. Hold two unsleeved decks each (which I've been dividing with old playing cards), and one deck sleeved with some wiggle room.
Economical and functional.
If you have the starter box, The Broken Token Box Organizer works great. Holds about 18 sleeved decks and all your tokens.

So I got this pack of 600 clear matte sleeves by Ultra Pro and they’ve held up well. $30 for 600 solid-quality sleeves was more than enough for my decks.
was thinking about getting these for ameber to upgrade my set also and give enough to them
i used this deck case Ultimate Guard 200 Card Twin Flip N Tray Xenoskin Deck Case, Blue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016CWIEL6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_L9CbCb4GBCAK6
it fits 6 dragon shield sleeved decks (3 in each deck slot) but its slightly tight fit, fits 4 (2 in each deck slot) with lots of extra room.
The center token tray i was able to fit all tokens, all stun/power cards(unsleeved), and the chain tracker cards.
note: i purchased when it was at $28, i dont know why the price jumped so high.
Centimeter cubes are my go-to generic gaming supply.
I absolutely would- but is the shipping cost worth not buying a nicer deck box to you? I have shipped a lot to europe and my guess is cheapest with no tracking would be like 12 bucks for a bubble mailer with like 5 of them. If you still want me to, I absolutely will.
Additionally, here is a link to it on amazon, and they DO ship to europe.

Thank you! I am going to make a print of that case tomorrow. I didn't realize there were already cases on Thingiverse. Also, for anyone else interested, I found some similar objects for Aember on Amazon: Yellow Acrylic Tokens.
I have 2 of the Monster Protectors boxes and they hold 2 decks in each slot, so 6 per box. The decks are sleeved with Dragon Shield sleeves. Here is the link.

I'm using Monster Protectors. Two sleeved decks will fit into each slot. They are a bit snug though.

Yeah, $2 a piece.

Same price on CoolStuffInc
For whatever reason they seem harder to find at brick and mortar stores, who seem to prefer stocking opaque boxes, but the prices at brick and mortar stores are generally in the $2.50 - $4 range.
I'm wondering if this would fit, it's slightly bigger. :) I'll have to do some measurements when I'm home from work.

I bought this set of skeleton keys to give away when I host my launch party. I painted one side of them so that you can flip them over and they came out very nice.
