>I didn't listen
How about you go inform yourself before you start assuming I misunderstood something or not. (astounding arrogance)
>If I "take" your idea, you still have it.
Dave's reasoning was that companies should out compete each other in the market via production and costs. If I download Libertas and start making copies, Dave still "has" his copy. You can buy a digital copy from Amazon for $8.99. But since I don't have to pay Dave, I don't have to pay the Theater to film it, I don't have to pay the editor, the film crew, the director, the sound guy etc. I can sell his Special for the low low price of $3.99 and still make a profit. Who's gonna out compete.
Now scale this up. What company is going to invest money in research knowing that their competitor can "steal" their idea and sell for a lower cost?
>Keep listening. If you're past asking "who will build the roads?", you'll get there.
(more arrogance of self righteousness) I was Libertarian but then I scaled back. Dave has mentioned that we should have "laws" against different sorts of things in his ANCAP utopia. Who enforces those laws? private community security? cool so we are going to turn everything into an unchecked HOA from hell?
ANCAPS love to hold up this idea of the power of the free market as if binding contracts are enough to make people behave. What happens when there's breach of contract? Am I supposed to pay, and what happens if I say no fuck off? Technically I just stole from you, and stealing is aggression. So technically I just breached the NAP so I guess our only recourse to a broken contract is armed theft of "my" money that I "owe." But I don't agree that I owe it. So who settles this dispute? A judge? Lawyers? a Jury? Who pays to administrate that? Who pays the Judge?
100% ANCAP is just as much of a fairytale as Communism.
>Try and explain any of this to an actual retarded person.
I am...
DoggCatcher for Android has customizable forward/back skip times, if that's important to you. OK user interface and very customizable.

Podcast Republic. But I also have a subscription to GaS so I manually added the podcasts with the RSS feed which lets me go through and search the podcasts.
Podcast Addict does the same thing, but Republic's UI is better and is less glitchy and has more features. If you have a premium subscription, you may as well do what I do because I don't get the ads and I can go through the whole catalog. Did that for HSR and am now doing that with LOS.
Both apps allow you to add premium podcasts with RSS feeds without buying them. I would also suggest that you test the podcast apps you go for because not all add GaS premiums (it's a GaS problem, not the podcast app). I've tested a ton, Republic and Addict do it better than others, Republic does it best.
It's a bit from Stanhope's latest special The Dying of a Last Breed

Musicolet is a lightweight player that remembers last positions of all tracks. Great for listening to multiple podcasts ripped off YouTube
