On my campus not reporting knowledge of academic dishonesty is in itself an honor code violation. Given how OP is describing their school I'm guessing that's not the case there however.
I'd absolutely distance myself from those classmates immediately and not engage in any more communication with them around the course material. If OP wants to report anonymously it would be simple enough to set up a temporary email account to do so without any identifying information. As an instructor I would absolutely want to know about this, in part so I could change my assessment plans to make it harder to cheat.

There are people with bots that generate hundreds of codes and share them, but I was never on Reddit while they were. Wait so you aren't able to access that specific mail address ever again? In order to add any other verification ways you need that email. I recommend something like mailinator.com so that you can always access a specific mail address in the future cause if someone steals this account you're pretty much boned. Maybe you can contact temp-mail.org to get access to that address again.
Here's some tips for raiding Cumdev's Twitch:
- Use temp email service like temp-mail.org/ to create many accounts and don't forget to verify your account with your temp mail since Cumdev has enabled verified email only chat.
- Name your username EvaXephon or anything that triggered him and his mods (I already done this several time with EvaXephon username. You can search for EvaXephon on Twitch to see all of the account that I've created to raid him.)

Yeah. When registering in the app you just select "Register by e-mail" and then you use a random temporary e-mail like this service: https://temp-mail.org/en/. The idea is that you just use the e-mail once to receive the verification code to create a new ValueClub Card, which will just be a digital card on the app. Once you've used the €10 off €30 voucher you ditch the account, register again, get a new digital ValueClub Card, rinse and repeat.

Even if you create a very good fake email account, there can be rookie mistakes that can get you caught. For example, this Reddit account, if discovered by the other party, would be a good source of information; they would read your post history and it wouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that the random Gmail address was from you.
There are a few services that allow you to create throwaway email accounts. And if you use a VPN, you can anonymize your IP address.

Good first steps are switching your browser and search engine. Those have the potential to reveal the most about you. Then go to deleting apps and services you don't need, and switch your email provider. You can do these things gradually, one step at a time. What you need is your ACTUAL IP address ZIP code, not the one at your house. For whatever reason your IP is not geolocated to where you live. Blame your ISP I guess.

I understand the need to prevent multiple responses but requiring a Google sign in account will not change that, as people can own more than one Google account using VPN's or Tor or proxies, and disposable e-mail - with more than one phone number, unfortunately this costs money, and I don't have any money to spend on creating a completely hoaxed Google account atm.

If you google 'temporary email' there's a ton of sites, but I generally use this one because I'm on my phone.

Reset the password to this account they made and login to it. Get a new email from temp-mail.org and change its email to the one they give you. I think they've registered a new one with your email because it means when Discord's "support" (useless) eventually get back to you weeks later, they'll have trouble reverting your account's email back to your actual email. Then you'll be waiting forever for another response.

Make a junk email account for this sort of thing! I use two main emails, one I use only for signing up for random websites, and one for actual important stuff. That way the spam is all contained somewhere I don’t have to look at it
There are also sites that can give you a temporary email address that will exist for only a half hour or so, long enough for you to do the confirmation for a website but then it will delete itself. Here’s one (I’ve never used it so I can’t vouch for it) https://temp-mail.org/en/
I use use a temporary/disposable email address to signup for sites like that (Temp Mail). You just need the email long enough to do whatever verification they ask for during signup and then never need to revisit it.
