I'm not speaking for the whole mod team here as they have their own thoughts on this, but my opinion is that we aren't here to curate the subreddit for every single person. That being said, if we notice trends that can affect the sub negatively we will try to step in and take action.

If you don't like a post and feel it doesn't belong in the subreddit, just downvote it and move on. If they get enough downvotes then hopefully they and other users take the hint. People like different things, and ultimately we can't keep creating more megathreads for fluff like this. It's not like the sub is flooded with posts every hour as well so you don't have to constantly sift through posts you don't like.

And for desktop users, you can filter posts yourself using Reddit Enhancement Suite. I highly suggest using this add-on (both for chrome and firefox I believe) as it improves the reddit experience by a ton through lots of customization features.

If you want to speed it up, you can.

Set privacy to Only Me. On your phone, use Chrome to go to their page and click share. It'll give you an option "Share Now" with the padlock icon.

You can chain this extremely quickly. Just do it until you get the Facebook notice saying you're doing it too much. It'll ask you for a captcha from then on. By then you'd have shared it over 75 times. Either wait a while and begin again or stop.

I've tried every gacha game available, and I can assure none of them come even close to the OPTC gaming experience. I always end up giving up on them after some days of playing.

But there's one that is not very known, which is surprising because I feel like it is the closest one to OPTC in terms of similarities.

The game is KOF '98 UM OL, please give it a try, it's absolutely fun and it has the same team building and fight-tapping system as OPTC. The characters are all from the King of Fighter series, good artworks too. You won't regret it.

as far as this source goes they only acquired home video rights in NA, they would not even be concerned with distribution rights if theyre not looking having a theatrical release anyways. And as far as StrongWorld is concerned even if they had a similar issue, their contracts (home video licenses) are generally for a five year period, which has been up for about a year or so now; keep in mind as well that funimation also has dvd rights to the anime dubbing now as well and we've had no upstanding issue with that

He's probably using Lux or Twilight. The two apps can alter your phone's factory settings on brightness. And, in this case, he has a red tint overlay.

It doesn't matter if "tools" get easier (they don't most current engines get reworked for the game being worked on), they're a lot of games that develop their own engines from the ground up and THEN they start actually working on the game. Why do you think Destiny has nearly 1000 people working on it across 3 studios including Bungie? You have to pay all those people and they aren't make 10k a year lol. Its a fuck load of cash and that isn't even counting the marketing, which goes to your publishing point.

You're right about publishing but when a studio has hundreds of developers that have to get paid for 3-4 years, that's a lot of money. Of course this is all meant towards AAA games in general. That's also why people think "single player" is dying and why more "games as a service" are popping up, because people don't wanna spend $150 as you mentioned.

Scrcpy is much more convenient and only requires you to have it on your PC. No need to install anything on your phone. Audio inherently doesn't work with these type of things, because Android is actively preventing you from doing that for whatever reason unknown to me. There are workarounds with AUX cables or using dedicated capture cards though, if you really want the ingame sound for some reason.

If you can afford it, I would recommend paying for a VPN. ExpressVPN is good and its up most of the times. You only encounter lag/disconnection during political sensitive events

Clear Play Store VPN app like TunnelBear, change to US or some western EU country start play store again, go through all the login stuff and then you should be able to download the app. You could probably find direct apk file to download, but I haven't had luck with that.

Yeah, inu is usually my go to hp reducer for low hp captains (especially Ray). The extra damage isn't worth the slot most of the times.

Depending on Android version, if you are using Android that is, you should have at least 10 minutes screen timeout at your device settings.

This was quite hard, due to the sudden jumps in damage boost making it hard to draw a graph for it as there isn't really an equation (that I know of) for this - meaning it is only approximate but it is close enough. Also, the graph is for double law. If you wanna see single law, take away the sqaured from the l(x) function. Also, the last hitter is quite hard to see cos it's just a little dot at y=40

No, you would need to replace the x with (x-3), since limiting the x value to 3-5 only cuts of the graph but doesn't actually affect the values (bad way of explaining haha). The graph you drew would be TS Luffy with a 0.4 chain booster basically. It's really hard to explain and I'm not very good at explaining either haha. If you wanted to work out the average of a Log Luffy graph it would be harder too, as you'd need to account for the first 3 turns only having a 1x multiplier.

Bluestacks doesn't work with the newest update, last time I checked. I'm currently using Andydroid (http://www.andyroid.net), and MurGaa Auto Clicker (http://www.murgaa.com/auto-clicker-mac/) for the 500 click step.

http://www.andyroid.net/ would be my next suggestion, though it installs vmbox (or something like that) and takes a bit more resources and such. Works good though and I used it a few times, but I prefer BS (sucks thats broken with OPTC at the moment) and now droid4x because no additional installs or anything.

no problem. in nox it's in the settings of the emulator.. it could be bothersome but it is pretty straightforward to use nox and I can't help you with bluestacks. here's a link if you decide to switch over to nox (it has a mac version)

You must be doing something wrong, remember you cant let the download in raibow screen complete, if you let it complete you will not get the sakura.db at the right point.

I tried using a VPN(TunnelBear) and while using it I have no issues. I actually play Bleach Brave Souls aswell and had the same issue there. I have never experienced the issue in over 4 years playing both games on WiFi. I will continue to play using a VPN and just try with WiFi without VPN everyday to see if it ever changes.

First download a VPN. I use TunnelBear. Set location to Japan.

Then, at Play Store search for optc (it has japanese letters) and download it while VPN is active. After downloading simply open the app and let it download all the data. I don't remember for sure if you need to keep the VPN on for the in game data in the first time but probably not since TunnelBear only has 500mb free and I downloaded ~800 mb with it for the game.

It works on my phone, but just to be sure use SNS on your Global. Don't risk anything.

I used a paid VPN, Private Internet Access.

I don't know any good free options, so I can't help you there, sorry.

Did you try tweaking the settings in ClockSync?

Gotta enable Automatic synchronization, High precision mode.

Set it to Override System Setting, also put in your UTC/GMT.

I managed to update through TunnelBear. Just install and connect to a different location ( I went with Hong Kong) and was managed to download the whole update. For some reason my data or wifi won't let me go past 0℅ and kept asking me to retry.

I live in china for 3 years. Yes it's hard to get access to YouTube, facebook and Twitter here. But there are so many VPN probviders who provide services in china. It's not easy to find relaible one thogh. Internet in china is extremly slow. The only solution I could find to have stable connection to outside world is VPN routers. VPN providers like Astrill are not stable. Better use local service and HK servers . At home we use router to go to Netflix, YouTube and Facebook

If you have it, annotated chronicles for sure. The big pink cover is a bit much, but I loved all the annotations.

I think i have read at least 75% of all the books in the DragonLance realm when i was a teen. It was my first real dive into the fantasy genre (other than the hobbit) at the time.

If you haven't read it yet, I would HIGHLY reccomend the Forgotten realms books circling around Drizzt. I was apprehensive at first as I was all about wizards, but there is a fair dose in there of wizards and Drizzt is just an awesome character. Plus you can buy the collections which contain all 3 books in a trilogy fairly cheap on amazon. I believe this is the first trilogy chronologicly, although some start with the Icewind Dale trilogy

I can only suggest you switch to Lollipop Screen Recorder if you already updated to the newest version and your problem still exists.

If you haven't the recorder function installed by default then just do it manually and load the Lollipop Screen Recorder. It requires no rooting and is compatible with any Android OS from 5.0 and onwards.

I used this one, which was fine. No watermarks. That's not to say there aren't better ones out there, though.

Oh, i have found the solution to this! The problem is with granting superuser permissions to the screenshot app. It seems that the app that Nox uses by default is not really good.

 

So, install SuperSu from the Store. Run it once and it will ask to update something (choose Normal in the options given).

Then run your screenshot app and grant it permissions when asked.

After this, it will work.

 

I also don't use Screenshot Ultimate (cause a bar with actions shows up when you take a screenshot which is bad for our macros).

If memory serves right, it was out before OPTC and there is no plan for a global version though, I heard the game is better than OPTC.

Also there's so many great game out there which doesn t require much language knowledge.

Finally if you are also a "Tales of" fan and go only for english games, I would advise Tales of Link by Bamco which is quite good and pretty generous in terms of Gems (like one for every chapter completed), very regular event, etc

i use <strong>App Cloner Pro</strong>. creating a clone of the app is pretty straight forward. and when the app is updated just run the cloner again making sure to use all the same information as the first time and you install the cloned app again just like an update, no uninstalling the cloned app.

and it does not require root. my phone is not rooted.

Enable "Allow mock locations" in your phones developer settings (go to "About phone" and tap on "Build number" several times get access to them) and use an app like this one to fake your location and play with people from the internet.

Kinda late with this reply, but this idea has actually already been implemented in an utility app for a different game. It works well too. If OP can mirror the functionality into his app it would greatly help stamina management. That is, if the app is still being developed.

Do you have the latest version of the app? Your screenshots look kind of odd. You can see it in the upper left corner when you restart the app. Current version ist 3.0.0.

You can update via the Play Store or if it is not available for whatever reason (which might be why you are not getting updates) you can use QooApp. Make sure to pick the right version (Global vs Japan) when using QooApp as both are available.

I use QooApp to download the app and get updates, because the Play Store flags my device as incompatible.
