I would also like to add that he told one of his friends that queued against him to throw. He did end up throwing, jumping off 4 times and tk'ing me twice.
its funny because when you go into play mode, you actually have 18 decks to chose from because you actually have 2 pages of deck slots and can switch over to the page that has the started deck for each class, so literally more than 9 deck slots and multiple pages for decks is already in the game.

Gif showing what im talking about. you can see that when you go in to play a game, you already are presented with a screen were you flip through pages of decks to choose from. having extra pages for extra deck slots is literally already in the game, and blizzard cannot in good faith tell us any other reason for why they dont let us use a feature that is already in the game other than "screw you we dont want to". its not technologically impossible, its not confusing, both of those arguments are nullified when you realize that the system is already in the game proving the technology is there, and that it isnt too confusing because they have left this feature in since day 1 and clearly they dont find it to be too confusing to be in the game since they chose to leave it in the game.
Serious talk, gonna warn people that might try this: really hard early game, you have to kite camps with golem stun and yellow cards and be extremely careful with invades, and if you're behind you're kinda fucked. Despite that, if everything goes well you'll enjoy extreme rightclick mechanics.

Edit: First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their responses to the survey and this thread. There have been ~10,000 legitimate responses. Next, I'd like to recognize that there are some obvious flaws in the survey when trying to determine how fast one has gained rank. Despite the flaws, the data gathered is precious. My most important goal in designing this survey was actually to see how far the community has advanced. While making this survey, I had actually considered a lot of the suggestions that have been given but dismissed them because they would likely be very inaccurate. Competitive wins and hours played can easily be looked up by anyone whereas the number of wins at the current rank and the number of hours spent idle would all be guestimations. So, with that in mind, how best could I or someone else design a survey that would incorporate questions that would give better data?

Odds moving a few percent right before a game starts isn't really indicative of anything, especially with only 20,000ish people betting on this game. A lot of the bigger bettors choose to go in late: first off to make sure the odds don't shift to a level where their intended bet doesn't make sense anymore, secondly to try to minimize the amount of time their bet can impact the odds (example of this is that some bettors will change their bets if they see an odds shift which usually indicates a bigger bettor/group of bettors are going in on a team - betting with 30 minutes gives these types of bettors 25 minutes to change while betting with something like 7 minutes gives them 2)
I personally dropped somewhere around 2000-2500$ on epiphany from across 10 accounts (https://gyazo.com/tabs/af5f8754b28d1c4762a4307cdf683838) around 8 or so minutes before the game. I always bet late and as close as possible to when bets close. I know there's a bunch of other bettors who likely do the same. Again, like I said, I don't think that oddshift means much considering that only 20,000 people bet on this match and a lot of underdog bettors went in last minute like usual. If you want to see a sketchy oddshift go check out the last KFish game on lounge where the guy parked like 100 maxes on KFish to keep the odds reasonable up until the last moment where he switched

If you absolutely want to play a certain champion, you can type something like Ashe|Ryze|Garen|Wukong|etc into the search bar until your desired champion is within view.

Depends how much each person is willing to pay for their blops. If you look at the MasL/Gulnar Sin you can understand why they do it.
Officer cap booster for the 10s cycle time. Gist X-Type booster(While being 60 CPU less fitting than the Pith Booster) + A type hardeners + drugs mean they get a easier timer tanking ratting carriers which can put out upto 3000 DPS in a lot of cases.
Some of the other stuff is purely for fitting needs. As you are pushing the ship pretty fucking hard, ever single bit of CPU is needed.
Before Faction DDA's the Solo sin was nigh on impossible to fit without a CO-Processor. Just looking at my one i get it to 99.6% CPU and even requiring some Storyline neuts just to be able to fit it right. However seeing these Sins have Faction Co-Processors seems to indicate that they don't really know why they are fitting what they are fitting and just saw a MasL/Gulnar video and went "Thats cool" without thinking about it.
Fitting up a similar style T2 Sin you need a Co-Processor in the lows along with have 400 DPS tank cold, compared to the 1550 Cold DPS tank on the Bling version along with twice the Cap stability. 40s vs 100s.
So as a short summary. Yea, blingy fit is pretty fucking important when doing solo Sins.

It's really pathetic. The raid content is alright (though I detest the death of 10man raiding), but the rest of the expansion has not been enjoyable whatsoever. Overall, I found WoD to be not very polished, as if they don't give a crap. They know we're a bunch of suckers that give into "new expac hype" and purchase the expac, so just build hype, get money, and don't deliver on promises. Lose subs, build hype for next expac, repeat.
For a quick example of lack of polish, if you look real close at the Horde Garrison on the world map, it says "Garnison", not Garrison. How they could have such a big oversight is beyond me, but it's ridiculous how unpolished various aspects of this expansion have been. The "Garnison" is just a recent one I noticed so I use that as an example.
The only reason I'm still subbed is because I can pay for gametime with gold. At this point, unless I can purchase the next expansion with gold, this is probably my last. $60 for 2 raid tiers I didn't enjoy, 8 dungeons, and no new BGs is not worth my money.
*Edit: So /u/dualplains pointed out that "Garnison" is German for Garrison, but I'm on a US server, playing with all English settings because, well, I don't know any German.

Medallion of the legion, empowered token and a crap ton of baleful, 500 gold, and a bunch of runes. I'm assuming that I got lucky with the medallion, but still a crazy haul for 20 minutes in a dungeon.

I've taken MalyRogue to Legend several times so it's definitely a legitimate deck.
Season 14 I climbed from Rank 5 to Legend with it, Season 15 from Rank 16 to Rank 5 before switching decks, and since then I played a different variation on the way to Legend in Season 16.
The thing is, it's quite similar to Oil Rogue, so it's really not that exciting as a long-time Rogue player. Compare the differences between Handlock and Zoo, Freeze, Grinder and Tempo Mage, Aggro and Mid-range Paladin... I identify strongly with /u/m0rkai 's feelings, Rogue is so stale at the moment. We use 2-3 GVG cards (Tinker's, Shredder + Barber), one Naxx card (Loatheb), everything else is from release. It's very frustrating to me as a deckbuilder.
Did some testing for the new attack indicator:
- Different tools take different amounts of time to "charge" before you can do a full power attack (random items like food charge very fast, swords take about 1 second, axes are even slower)
- It resets when you switch to a new tool (as if you're "pulling the tool out")
A damage test I did on zombies:
Spam clicking: about 22 hits with a diamond sword, about 27 hits with a diamond axe, about 30 hits with an iron sword, about 30 hits with an iron axe
Timing: 3 hits with a diamond sword, 4 hits with a diamond axe, 4 hits with an iron sword, 4 hits with an iron axe
Based on the tests (iron sword especially), you can see that it's possible to just straight up do no damage on some hits when spam clicking. If each hit had done half a heart, it should die in 20 hits. 10 of my hits didn't do anything because I was spamming. This may have to do with the fact that zombies have a few armor points by default.
edit: A kind of unrelated glitch, if you have just a plain shield in your off hand, as it takes damage it changes colour (presumably because of the changing data value). The name stays the same though.

Tough game and I did root for C9. Pretty close rounds but I have to agree with you that there shouldn't be BO1 matches. Anything can happen. Look at TI5 for Dota2. That shit lasted for a week and in main event it was BO3's and Grand Final BO5. It's not about the fact that they couldn't hold it but Valve will not finance a week long CS:GO tournament.

your camera positioning is the issue here. You spend the first 5s not actually in the tether's path - you move into it 1s before the tether jumps to you.

Try overhead camera when picking up tethers and you'll alleviate your frustration and see much better results.

To copy all character settings between characters (not just HUD layouts:)
Navigate to this folder and figure out which one is your main character (usually the biggest one / whichever has a ton of files in the "log" subdirectory)[](#s "don't ask why i have so many")
Figure out which folder is for the character you want to transfer it to (can be trial and error, look for most recent dates modified on the files in the folder
Copy and replace all files from the main character in question's folder to the new character's folder. Don't change the folder names in XIV - ARR.
Maybe consider making copies of the folders with name labels for future convenience.
Because anyone who's been in game with him can vouch that he is completely silent during the game so when he gets reports, the system thinks they are false reports. What he does is when he gets on a team with someone he doesnt like, or if someone takes his adc, he just solo splits a lane until people surrender or his team eventually loses. Just the other day dude locked in trist and pushed bot until he was 0-13 on my team such a sad life

His PFF grades show potential. Grading out at +0.2 against the Lions D-line at LG is impressive. Connoly graded out at an absolutely atrocious -6.0 against the same Lions.
Edit: I really, really like this move. He would have had the 4th best 3-cone time and 2nd best shuttle time among OL in this year's combine at an impressive 316 lbs. He's also our only player on our roster who has the prototypical size and athleticism of a LG. I could see him starting at LG this year and performing much better than Connoly did.

Yesterday we saw the match of Piter vs Phenomenon in which Phenomenon had easily taken down Piter , they choked a bit in the middle of the match as a result of which the scores ended 16-14 on both the maps if Phenomenon hadnt choked mid game then the expected scores would have been 16-10 or below seeing the way piter were playing.
Moreover after the addition of Derzkiy they dont seem to have the same coordination as they used to have with waylander and they arent set yet so IMO I would suggest making a bet on Caz

You are allowed to state your opinion, and I said nothing wrong about it. Feeling entitled is a whole other thing. It would be a different story if you paid for it, or if it was some kind of reward from a mission (like the Dicker Max mission EU had last weekend). WG stated that they won't release pref mm tanks anymore, and a gold round would be either useless or ridiculously overpowered, so a third option would be to not include one. I get why you want it buffed, yes it's very weak in tier 5, and like /u/Jak_Atackka said, pretty much most tier 3 tanks are useless in tier 5 anyways.
Just remember, in the end of the day it's still not a Pz II D!

The mask was revealed even before that; if you take a look at the chicken hat's concept, you'll see that they made it a point to make it compatible with tnv goggles and gas mask:

The only class in the game that has an actual rotation is Sorcerer; every other class follows a priority system.
My priorities (assuming Traverse Cut is at 13 stacks; if it's not, make it 13 with Combative Strike or Poison Blade):
- 10 Edge Scythe chains (CS > TC (cancel) > BD > Scythe = 3 edge, so use it at 7 edge for example to get most Edge efficiency)
- Blade Draw Chains (Charging Slash > Vortex Slash > Traverse Cut > Rising Fury)
- Rain of Blows Chains (Combative Strike > Cascade of Stuns > Pounce)
- Torrent of Blows (if Tanking)
- Poison Blade (Noctenium) - can probably rank this higher than RoB, according to that min-max guide. Personally don't use Noct unless going for high scores, so my playstyle generally doesn't rank PB that highly.
- Combative Strike

- Rising Fury
During Deadly Gamble:
- Charging Slash > Blade Draw
- If BD resets, CS > TC > BD
- If not, CS > RoB
- If chain will go to 10 edge, use Scythe at the end. If you end up at 9 edge, PB > Scythe.

So I believe, unlike the rest of the world. That the old Zoo is not dead. I've been running this list with some slight changes with a lot of success. Anyway there are two cards I can't quite settle on. The two leper gnomes are my last flex slots and I can't decide what cards should go there. Some possibilities are: Argent squire, Elven archer, Clockwork Gnome, and most any other good one drop. One of them could also be the second owl in the deck.
Advice on any other card is fabulous as well :)

Stralman is much better than Markov in the defensive zone, and isn't far behind in the offensive zone. IMO Hedman is set to take off into an elite d-man this year too, and I'm talking like top-5 in the league. Semin had 6 goals and 19 points last year and is a huge question mark, while Kassians career high in points is 29, and he had 16 points last year. They don't have a true 1C either unless Galchenyuk can breakout and take that spot, and if Semin doesn't produce that makes a gaping hole in 2RW. While Price has been god-like over the past two years, it's just unsustainable (Montreal media agrees on this too). Price is one of the best in the game right now, but these are best of all time level numbers.
At least in my opinion it would be so much better if the autographs would be players own original writing. Its just if they are autographs it shouldn't matter how they look because its the players own style and that's it.

I guess I'm "that guy". I haven't played much of civ 5 in the past 6 months, and it so happens that I randomly started a game as the Americans for fun, to get the B-17 achievement. I swear I didn't even notice that I got the achievement. I thought it was the "Flying Fortress" achievement popup and got happy, turns out it was the Raiders of the lost ark.

Just came back from Gamescom, so I feel like this is the perfect time for some community post karma whoring.
First I went around the halls with a friendo of mine to just look at everything that was there, until we went to the Oculus booth. My brother had found out a week earlier that you could sign up for that shit, so we didn't even have to wait long and got to test the consumer version which was actually really cool. Afterwards got myself a Beta access key for Paladins, which I had never heard of, but it's a game by the creators of smite which seems to be an exact copy of it but with guns, which makes it better. Went around the place again and found out they were giving out free Farm Simulator 2013 (German version) copy's for free, being the true Dutch person, I couldn't say no freebies so I took one, eventhough my German is shite and on top of that I probably won't even try it. It was nearing closing time and my brother who didn't go with us to get the Paladin key wanted one too, so we went back to get another for all of us, so I'm either going to be selling it or making one of my friendo's happy with that one. At the end we saw no line at Fallout 4 so decided to check that out too, graphics could be improved, but the game itself looks to be really fun.
I'll just post the pics of the freebies now I guess.

Me and my friend are going to make a 2D Tower Defence game as our last assignment in highschool that has to be finished april/june next year. We both know a handy bit of Java and C# but our game is going to be written entirely in C#.
Our features that we want to implement:
Features:
- The player "mines" blocks to create a maze.
- Every minute a new wave of minions spawns.
- The minions will try to attack the player, however it can only walk through the player created maze.
- To defend the player has to create a wall to block the minions getting through.
- The player can create attack towers to furthermore defend against the waves.
- Everywave has either a boss or a unique type of minion.
- The map is filled with treasure for the player to find.
- Every minion has a chance to drop either resources or a recipe for the player to collect and build new towers etc.
My question, how should we go about making the game? Do you think it is necessary to make it in for example XNA Game Studio or Unity? Or would making the 2D engine ourself be more effective in the long run? If so, do you any guides or information that you would like to share?
We are planning to spend a lot of time on this project so any help is highly appriciated!
E-frag Gype?
E-frag have been showing up to every game recently, wiping the floor with every team except dignitas, who themselves are making a case to be called a T1 team, and Kinguin, who on a good day can be a T1 team aswell. Recently, the Bulgarians have demolished teams of note such as F3 in a 2-0 (16/8 and 16/9), old G2 (now D&G) 2-1 (16/10, 13/16, 16/5). From my free time, I have seen v1c7oR playing the FPL matches with NIP and other T1 European players, so it is not a matter of skill for these players.
The biggest question of this match up is CPH Wolves and their new mash-up of a lineup. The only info I have on this new lineup is a game they played last night against LDLC.white which they won 2-0, with a 16/12 on inferno and a 16/13 on overpass. Much could be said about LDLC.white not practicing much together or even playing at all, besides this league match their last game they played was against NiP at ESWC a month ago which ended 16/8. The real question here is how did they draw these score lines against a CPHW with a ton of raw talent? I think this line up needs time to grow and practice together more than anything before they can really leave their mark in T2 games.
Ultimately, e-frag should take this 3-0. From a viable map pool perspective, the Bulgarians should easily have this. I think CPH Wolves will veto mirage, arguably e-frags best map, and e-frag will either remove dust2, cbble, or overpass. With more time together and practice, no amount of individual skill from twist, zende, rubino, jkaem, or zeves should be able to defeat e-frag.
CSGL odds are a little weird right now since the match was just posted but I see them settling out 80/20 or maybe less. Unless you have a significant inventory, I would suggest a skip.
Nobody was freaking out about the defense because those were the backups making mistakes. The first stringers for the defense were amazing.
The first stringers for the offense though, Britt and Bailey, were terrible. Take a look at the PFF grades for our offensive line if you don't think we need an upgrade. Calling out others for being bandwagoner 12 year olds when you provide no statistics or anything is laughable. We have the cap space and the longest deal we've given out is 4 years (to Earl, Sherm, Russell, whoever). The max length of the deal we'd give to Mathis is probably 2 years.
This will be an extremely close match. imo this could go either way very easily, i definitely won't be going large on this game...

It's like that chart where they show you that America is the country with more guns per capita and also the country with more gun homicides per capita. No shit theres more gun homicides, but the actual homicide rate is no higher than that of Norway, Sweden or countries such as Venezuela, where guns are illegal but the homicide rate is 50x times higher.

Just found that on Wikipedia. Men are clearly victims of homicide or attempted homicide more often than women. So why should they receive special attention.
The tribes in the North have wolf companions. A person's wolf is their life.
