Well, there really isn't an easy way to get your cash into bitcoin, when you have no bank account etc. Which in your case, I guess that can be understandable. The only way to get your cash into bitcoin though, would be finding someone selling bitcoins, however, it isn't that safe, but in your case, it's more or less the only way.

To answer your question about wallets - as long as you have a wallet that holds bitcoins, and the other person has a type of wallet that accepts bitcoin, then you can send to them, an they can receive. Fees are generally for when you send bitcoins, and are about 5-10 cents (USD).

Don't really know that many wallets that are for android phones, but you can check here, bitcoins' website and use any one of the wallets under android phones. They're all reliable.

All you need to do to setup your BTC wallet is:

I've done a bit of roblox trading in the past (those were dark times). The difference here is that roblox continually releases vast amounts of "limited" items that sell out very quickly. While the prices of these items may spike really quickly, that doesn't necessarily mean that demand rises with them. A ton of limited items are completely pointless, useless, and overall never going to sell for above their original price. Roblox has such an overwhelming supply of cheap good looking hats, that most items are just listed without expectations of an actual purchase. Then again, roblox has its own merits for its marketplace. The focus is almost always constant attention & monitoring of the store to see what new items will be released. If the item looks amazing/does something borderline op ingame then it is worth the purchase because you can almost always expect to sell for up to 10x the original price. I also lost an FN Tec-9 Nuclear Threat and an FN Modern Hunter ($700 on Double), bringing my losses to ~$2,500 total. No idea what I was thinking. Took a couple days to fully realize and come to terms with what I'd done, and I'm completely done with betting.

My two cents on the situation. You can't keep winning. I'd hit the $3k mark before I lost it all. Accept the reality of the losses, learn from your mistakes, and move on. Catch yourself and be proactive if you're tempted to gamble again, or come up with a system of rules to prevent yourself from making poor or unprofitable decisions, or getting greedy.

Focus on finals because school's your only true priority in life right now. Fuck everything else, come back with a level head afterwards, and prep for the grind to earn your money back. Hang in there bud.

I recommend having a desktop based wallet client. Using web-based services isn't a good idea as there's -always- a chance that they might get hacked/compromised. (See: Mtgox exchange - lost 750k btc of user funds.)

Multibit is very well designed and easy to use, I highly recommend it if you're getting started with Bitcoin.

Electrum is also another great BTC wallet client, has some additional features so advanced users may prefer that.

It's good to try out both too so you can see what you like about each of them.
