Hello everyone. After building the Android version of this app, I am finally back to adding more features. I´ve been trying to improve the user experience by adding these skeleton loaders. It´s a WIP but I definately think it became a lot better. What do you guys think?
I will release this update next week but if you want to check out the app already, please do and leave some feedback :)

Hey man, congrats for the launch. I liked the idea of having a blog with some great privacy and simplicity. I also think that most if the time we don't need 90 percent of fancy features that platforms like WordPress offer.
My suggestion would be changing your positioning when it comes to marketing. Except few of them, your users are "ordinary" people. So you really need to stop telling them about react or nextjs. They simply don't care and don't understand. It is like going to pharmacy, ask for a medicine for my headache and listen the guy talking about chemicals and their reactions in my body.
Also, "making money with your content" should be something you "sell" after gaining at least few thousands customer i guess. If it was me, i would play on privacy, simplicity and speed (without talking about tech stack) compare other platforms with yours. Let's say, tell me how they are slow, show me numbers. Compare yourself with medium, make a privacy comparison maybe.
https://plausible.io/ is something you can check. The way they position their selves is great 👍
I guess you are on something and congratulations.
That sucks man! You can check out Indie Hackers. It's a community of people helping each other to build side projects. Indie Hackers has been incredibly motivating for me, after seeing so many people making a living from side projects, with a full time job, having kids! It's doable but difficult. But you're not alone. There are a lot of people doing it (including me) and we're here to help each other.

I've been working on this innovative player designed to stream videos from a single search query. It streams Torrents and supports a variety of video backends. All of this while serving your best interests at all time.
I would appreciate if you could give it a spin. Let me know what you think and feel free to ask anything !
This is something I’ve been tinkering with for a while now, so I’m excited to be officially launching it! Basically, it’s a random generator for design briefs (the document with all the specifications for the design that a hypothetical client would give you). I’ve seen first-hand how hard it can be to build a portfolio and gain experience without a real client project. This is meant to help get started, as well as get some practice.
I’d love to hear some feedback, feature requests, or bug reports. I also just launched on Product Hunt, if you're into that.
Thanks!
Hello everyone!
For the last week or two, I´ve been working on adding apple watch support to my crypto tracker app.
I had never worked with the watchKit before but damn it was fun. Do you have any suggestions on how I can improve the design or the app in general? All feedback is welcome!
Have a nice weekend!
If you want to try out the app:

The smallest and simplest software product of mine is definitely Nothing. I did make some money off of it (sold 50+ pro versions) but I'm not sure if that counts as "making money". Business model: None.
Hello here is the project: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/bootstarters
I would greatly appreciate if you could leave your feedback directly on Product Hunt but please don't hesitate to write here with any questions if you prefer.
It's a collection of templates that will help you kick start the most common Bootstrap projects.
It includes:
- Dark Mode
- Fluent Design (based on Microsoft)
- Different cover versions
- Different column layout versions
- Blog
- Pricing
- Magazine
- Comin soon page
- Login page
- & much more
It also includes some experimental projects - design concepts built with Bootstrap 5 based on pages like Facebook, Twitter, Tripadvisor, YouTube etc.
Coming soon page ideas for additional templates - please let me know I would like to release a Bootstarters 2.0 version with more starters soon.
How does this work? Major payment providers like Stripe and PayPal both charge a flat fee of $0.30 + 2.9% of the transaction. The site says that it accepts contributions of as little as $0.05, so I'm curious if you found a payment processor that charges in a way that facilitates such small payments.
Thanks for asking. Founder here. Singlebox is one of 6 products I developed. I started alone with a translation app for Windows (https://webcatalog.io/translatium/) back in 2014 and then scaled it up with new products.
I started working (again alone) on WebCatalog and Singlebox (two different products with the same tech core) in 2018 and slowly scaled up the business. I incorporated the company last year and hired my first employee last month. How is maintaining so many integrations? It takes time. But in general, the app's architecture is quite flexible so it's not too challenging for us to scale up. It's just a web browser that loads different web services - these web services are sandboxed (each working in an independent browser instance) - allowing you to log into multiple accounts at once.
Amazing! I’ve been doing this for a few months now and it’s been an amazing experience. I’m gonna try steaming on strow for my next one! Added myself to the waitlist.
This looks really cool, and I'm honestly considering using it for a couple of my projects for only $15/month.
However, but I'm not a fan of how this is presented here. This is a community that as a whole presents side projects that are being worked on as side projects, but this looks like a full business that has been worked on full time by multiple people for at least a couple of years (potentially as part of an agency?). Your own page links to an indiehackers post about how your partner has been working on this full time since the beginning of 2019.
This tool may very well be useful to people in this community, but it's kind of being presented in a way that is demotivating to anyone comparing their own side project work against this.
This is really nicely executed. Great job. From a UX perspective a vertical scrolling right pane with lazy load about 3 or 4 images ahead would feel like a more immediate experience (I only say that because it's what I intuitively tried to do first).
Ps: You should post this to https://www.indiehackers.com/

Is this open source? Does it use end to end encryption? You can't just say it is "the most secure message app" with out explaining why it is secure.
I would argue that Signal Private Messenger for android is a more secure messaging app.
Great answers, just wanted to throw some sanity checks out there. That being said, I have a hard time believing you materials, and whatever online costs you incur in selling the product totals 70 cents.
Also what are the dimensions? I personally find that important when wallet shopping and I presume others would too.

Pic a colour pallet. A logo is for identifying your brand and colour is part of that purpose. A specific colour can be used across your brand livery, as part of your signature. A kaleidoscope is bad for that.
A logo is not supposed to be pretty. It's not an aesthetic thing, it's for identifying your business wherever your brand in any published material, from the typeface, there icon, the colour, and other stylisation.
For now I'd just make the 'e' pink and the 'thi' blue, and then the pink 'e' is your icon.
The problem is thousands of businesses use an 'e' as their icon so it's not very distinctive. It will be confused with a lot of logos. I'd say you need an icon of some kind. Look for inspiration on icon websites by searching for words related to your domain, like 'data'.
https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&q=Data
https://www.iconfinder.com/search/?q=Data
Think about what people associate with 'privacy' and 'data' and 'control' and 'ownership'.
Not to be disrespectful, an idea is worth nothing - it's how that idea is developed and executed. Even explaining your idea to capable developers, it still takes time and motivation for people to act on "taking" your idea. Most people are likely more interested in working on their on projects and goals.

My two cents, just explain your idea, then people can give actual and pointed advice. For an e-commerce site, it really depends on what you want to do. You can use a template from wordpress or squarespace, go with a no-code solution like bubble.io or develop from a framework to create something more custom (like using Django).

Best way to start, go to YouTube and look up a tutorial on how to create an e-commerce site/store using XYZ.
Investor Hunt gives you access to a database of 40k+ VCs and Angels which we've categorized by their past investments, investment focuses and location so that you can determine who's a good fit for your startup.
I agree that investors prefer to invest in companies that come within their network, but cold emailing works as well if done right. Your odds of getting funded gets considerably higher if you compile a list of investors and send them personalized emails.
We launched a week ago and we already have paying customers. You can see our internal numbers on Indie Hackers here: https://www.indiehackers.com/product/investor-hunt
Like a more developer or ops centric Zapier? Who are the target customers?
As someone else already pointed, a library/framework for this would be easier do adopt. (eg Fabric already has something like this, but on a lower level)

Hey everyone, I've been hacking on a mobile website builder for the past few months. It's available on Android and iOS.
You can build a simple website with it, something like a landing page for a side project or a personal website and then easily update it on the go.
BTW, if anyone needs a website, I'd be happy to build it for you or together. I'm still figuring out user interface so trying to use the app as much as possible :)
Thanks for checking it out :)
I don't buy too many things for myself either to be honest. But I think giving and receiving good gifts means a lot to people.
I actually have "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" in my Audible library as I have heard so many good things about it. That's gonna be the next book I listen to.
Thanks!
I like the idea of having an accountability parter / building habits with others. Definitely pushes you to be consistent and show up for yourself. Would love to build that into blocs soon !

We are building Co-op Source - a cooperative dedicated to helping people find each other and form cooperatives around a particular project or domain.
Projects follow the cooperative principles and, accordingly, profits are distributed equitably based on participation. We are still ironing out the details but a key aspect is a new software license designed to promote cooperative software development.
Our site is not live yet but you are welcome to help us build it!
Here is our mailing list:

In about four weeks we will go live with a MVP just to get things bootsrapped:
You can also reach me a kahunamoore at the domain listed above.
Kudos on getting something out.
These days, Pinterest is used for a similar purpose. What you can do is add a feed of latest and popular lists for others to see and click and engage. There should also be an ability to search.
In the past, many companies have tried to do things similar and closed at some point in time - finding it hard to monetize.
In 2011, There was Bundlr, which was the same.

3. Convertible Notes. A note investor’s risk in a broad sense isn’t necessarily lower (although its antidilution risk is generally lower). The main advantage of convertible notes are (i) they’re cheaper and quicker to negotiate, structure and sign and (ii) they allow you to defer a valuation of the company until more money comes in later. The maturity date and liquidation option are pretty irrelevant: notes pretty much always either convert or are extended until they do so. It would almost always be irrational to force a fire sale of the company instead of extending.
Minor Note: It’s a bit strange to talk about Return (the bottom row of the table) when the debt investor hasn’t actually sold his shares (and still can’t). He will not receive a “return” until he sells his shares, which probably won’t happen for some time, if at all.
4. Warrants. In venture finance, warrants aren’t typically used as an independent investment vehicle as much as they are a “sweetener” that adds additional upside to one of the other types of investment (a note or stock purchase) without subjecting the investor to additional downside risk. If things go well, the investor exercises the warrant (getting more shares and, thus, upside) but if the company does poorly, he doesn’t have to exercise the warrant and doesn’t stand to lose any more than he would without it (thus, no additional downside).
I think this is why your example is a bit odd. The investor invests $200,000 in a company he thinks is worth $5 per share and has nothing to show for it except the option to invest later at $8 a share? No investor would do that. If you instead buy stock with your $200k at $5 per share, you’ll end up owning twice as much of the company (20%) for less money. Again, investors don’t really “invest” in warrants -- they invest in stock or notes that come with warrant “coverage” to make the stock/notes more attractive.
So as an avid side-project-maker, I get tons of ideas throughout the day, but pretty much every note-taking app I've used shoves the "New note" button in some random corner of the screen, forces you think of a title before actually writing the note, and a bunch of other small but annoying things.
So I decided to build my own note-taking app with a completely unique user experience! You simply swipe down to create a new note, type type type, then swipe up on the note to save it!
I've been using it a lot the past few days just testing it out and wow, it's game-changing haha. Since it's so much easier (and more satisfying) to create a note, I've found myself documenting my thoughts a lot more!
Hope you all enjoy the app as much as I've enjoyed making it!
Would love to get your feedback here and on ProductHunt where I just launched!
Download links are available through ProductHunt 😄
My co-founder Wilson and I met in 2019 on this sub when I shared an article with 8 of my dead side projects that I'd never launched - he liked one of my ideas so much that we started working together. Today we couldn't be more excited to announce the launch of our mobile app for iOS and Android - check it out on Product Hunt and don't forget to give us that precious upvote. 🙌🙏
Wow this is so much better :)! The introductory video is very good and if you're a person that could benefit from something like this (and who isn't?) it definitely catch your attention. When the man start using your website in the video it would've helped if you've had showed captions like:"sign up", "select you zone". Another thing, but I'm not sure, you used a windows like pc in the video with icons that look really similar to the real one, it may cause you troubles in the future (e.g https://www.google.com/permissions/); btw I'm not a lawyer. Now that you have and introductory video I would suggest you to change "What?" to "FAQ" so the first thing someone new sees is the video.
I wish you my best luck and keep your dreams alive, I hope someday your website will start a community of people willing to help each others or maybe a small movement, it has been an hard month for me, it give me hope in humanity seeing a project like yours. I leave you with a quote of the co-founder of Diaspora that stuck in my mind. «There's something deeper than making money off stuff. Being part of creating stuff for the universe is awesome.»
-- Would like to see an example of a hosted HTML file/project, how to manage (multiple projects), and sharing capabilities (e.g. private group sharing)
How does this differ from existing offerings such as: https://pages.github.com/ -- target market different (less technical than a GitHub user)?
I've been working on building an entry for the Product Hunt Makers Festival and put the finishing touches to it last night.
I wanted to build something in the data visualization category and liked the idea of exploring the relationships that people have on Product Hunt.
My initial thought was to build something along the lines of "6 degrees of Kevin Bacon" but for the maker community. Perhaps 6 degrees of Ryan Hoover 😀
As I got into the build and trying to keep things simple since the deadline for the festival was pretty short, I focused in on the idea of surfacing peoples Maker Network.
Product Hunt does a great job of surfacing products, as it should -- that's their primary goal, but other than use profiles doesn't explore peoples network. Who have people worked with, what things have they built together. So I built a tool to do just that!
Would love to know what you think!
First off, I love the motivation behind the project to help impact others! For donation tools, Stripe [https://stripe.com/] has very developer friendly tools. I’ve used it in other projects. Patreon could work, but it would be interesting on how you would give back to your loyal patreons. Providing an incentive to supporters would be ideal ;)
Overall, having a group of users passionate about your project and willing to help support development through subscriptions would be a good way to measure engagement.
Hi Notifications are getting out of control, and everybody is affected. We get interrupted all day long by unnecessary notifications sent by collaborative apps, social network, and other websites.
Instead of bitching about it, I decided to offer an efficient and convenient solution to the issue: Gwapit. It helps its users to group and prioritize their notifications and currently support Gmail, Slack, Github, Trello, Jira, Confluence, with more to come.
The tool is like ngrok but focused on game servers. You can tunnel TCP and UDP and are given a randomly generated static IP that others can use to connect. Here's the website https://playit.gg/manage
This looks cool. I run a platform that connects to Amazon SES (EmailOctopus) and would be super interested to hear how they stack up against the other ESPs. Do you have any data on deliverability rates across all of your providers? Would make a great blog post :)
Great question, as I spent days researching for a proper solution. In the end I decided to go with the seemingly most smoothest and lean option which was to use Render.com for the hosting. They allow unlimited wild-card domains which is amazing.
Thanks for your feedback! 1) not for now because I eventually plan to monetize it. Charging events for promotion—making them more visible on the map—or selling tickets through the app and charging a fee. 2) Unfortunately, you can't directly search the Facebook API for events near a location (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11181480/how-can-i-query-public-facebook-events-by-location-city) 3) I thought about the social aspect. People want to share events/see where their friends go. So, the account/login functionality is on the roadmap. 4) Event fetching is on demand for now. Caching is definitely one of the things I want to work on. Especially in big cities with many events, it becomes laggy when applying the filters. 5) To prevent spammy events, I will add a flag feature to every event. This feature was also requested during the ProductHunt launch (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/hood-guide)
Hi,
It's a startup directory founders can incentivize their submissions by creating referral campaigns, sweepstakes, giveaways based on Viral Loops templates with no limit other that their creativity.
What you are seeing there is what a submission will look like.
Early adopters can participate in those campaigns and get beta access, free trials, coupons and benefit from getting involved in the growth of the products they love.
We are looking to establish a symbiotic relationship between founders and early adopters.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you
The main problem I had with upwork.com was interviews. It was easy to create a shortlist of say 3 people, but then only 1 of them was available for interview, the others were off line at the agreed interview time.

I suspect upwork has an over supply of workers and not enough people posting jobs, would be good to know ratios, just so people know the size of supply and demand.
You could install a custom Linux system from scratch (see http://www.linuxfromscratch.org). Then, use it as a web server and build a website for it.
If you're really ambitious, you could write your own operating system (see http://wiki.osdev.org/Main_Page).
Or, to ease yourself into OS dev you could install Linux and experiment with writing kernel modules, e.g. drivers.
Isn't this just a copy of Bitbar except Bitbar shows output in menu also and yours doesn't? Personally, Personally, I wouldn't pay for this. I'm sure you spent a lot of time an energy on it, but with something so similar already available for free and open source, this comes across to me like a rip off of their idea. Not saying that's what it is. But with a name so close (and not an apparent reason why it's [Bid]bar -- only one letter changed), you have to see why I'm skeptical.
If you have more features, etc. I'd love to hear about them and see if you can sway my mind?

To create the GIF, it took me more time than it should have to find the right tool.
I used Peek : https://github.com/phw/peek
Definitly don't do like I did at first, capturing a video and then convert it to GIF.
Good initial version. However this problem is far from trivial to solve. Perhaps you might find some of my tips below of use...
Don't change the working directory for the script (e.g. with chdir) have your code read the files from the path supplied.
Consider using freedb.org (formerly cddb) or other CD databases in addition/to compliment spotify.
Attempt to treat files in the same directory as a potential album. Do a file count use this to tie-break between multiple versions of the same album (e.g. regional differences in releases, remasters etc), do a check on the existing folder name to see if you can extract some data that helps you with matching (e.g. album name, artist name).
Gather calculation info on total track length individual track lengths
Attempt to generate a DiskID based on the files in the folder. Use this id to search the CD databases https://www.cs.duke.edu/courses/cps006g/fall04/class/isis/freedb.pdf, https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Disc_ID_Calculation
Add a --dryrun option that only prints out the modifications and doesn't actually perform them (writing tags is a destructive action and messing up a large mp3 collection can be quite devastating)
Add a __VERSION__ ="" with a version number at the top
And finally, really consider adding comments to your code :)
Keep up the good work! :)
I was trying my best not to get caught in that one. Bravo. And yes I did.
I've been using a combination of LinkAce (https://www.linkace.org/) and a Chrome Extension I wrote as a browser start page (more out of desperation, really). It's why I'm always haunting products that look like they might fit. By trade Im more of an IT Ops exec / technical founder/co-founder but this is one of those rare dev things that I swear to God is so blatantly absent from the market that anything that is remotely close gets nearly obsessive attention from my ADHD dumbass.
/r/startpages is another subreddit to check out. They are far more of an open source / self-hosted crowd, but it should give you an idea of what I mean when I say "absent from the market".
The backend is based on an open-source classified script call OSClass (http://osclass.org/). It's really meant more for posting/selling items in a way similar to Craigslist - but it also works extremely well for this since it handles 95% of what I needed to do (plus a lot of stuff I didn't need to do).
The frontend is Zurb Foundation (http://foundation.zurb.com/), with some light tweaking. Zurb's comparable to Bootstrap, but I find it to be more professional - both in terms of design and developer use. I basically just took the default OSClass theme (which I think it based on Bootstrap) and molded it into what I needed (including dropping a lot of unnecessary things like price, seller location, etc).
Overall, it wasn't a super difficult project - just time consuming to get all the pieces put together.
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful feedback, it is deeply appreciated. Since we are currently in our very early stage, it's really what we need most.
I fully understand your concerns regarding the "versus" term: do you feel it would be easier to catch if we put the "try it" slide first. Maybe some interaction would make the concept a bit clearer?
Now for the use case part: I think you're absolutely right, we're not stuck with this baseline and are really interested in how users will shape the versus format. Because of a publication, we're now more than 1000 users, and we're thrilled to see people come up with innovative way to use the platform.
I really like your ideas regarding the different use case, and if you feel like talking about them, please shoot me a mail at , I'm sure your outside vision will help us shape Viceversa.
All the best!
For hosted solutions, https://posativ.org/isso/ exists, is open source, and works pretty well. A tracking-free hosted solution would be nice though since I don't want to manage the servers. Isso-as-a-service, if that makes sense?
There are some interface problems with the website. Where to Go After ... Coming soon links are pointing to 404 error pages. Page speed score is bad (23-25/100). I feel like you’re drawing a weird line between authorization and verification that doesn’t make much sense. If it’s just determining if you have a device it’s verification, if it’s using the device to create/login to an account then it’s authorization. Whether it’s good or bad for authorization is another matter but doesn’t make it not authorization.
Firebase even calls it Phone Authorization: https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/web/phone-auth
Though do note it is not a very secure form of Auth
Interesting idea mate! I have a similar motivation for my peer to peer text chat system: https://www.confidist.com - But I am trying to give people enough context and commonalities to assist in being empathetic towards one another.
Curious whether you could use something like https://f5bot.com/docs to automate this. I have no connection to that project, just find it useful.
In any case, thank you for reaching out!
Hey, thank you! Great questions.
1. There's always a chance that someone will steal your product. It can and it does happen and it sucks - a lot. I had someone that stole 1:1 my website's copy and that small theft even felt horrible. That said, I think the building in public ultimately gives you an competitive edge over copy cats. People buy in other people not the product alone. The more you share the more credible you are and people will trust you over the copy cat. I do think that one needs to be cautious especially with revenue numbers once you start to earning a significant amount as competitors and other people will eventually exploit it. On the other hand there are big bootstrapped companies that still continue sharing everything and it works very well in their favour. To sum it up, I'd say in the beginning there's nothing better you can do than sharing your journey. Here's a great thread about this topic on Indiehackers.

2. Everyone starts at 0 and I don't want to say that it's easy in the beginning. It's actually quite hard and one has to put in a good amount of effort to grow but the reward makes up for it. Before sharing HelpKit's journey I had 300 followers and now it doubled already in just two months and the follower count is increasing over day now. On Twitter it's really crucial to give more than take. Share your story, lessons and failures. People love empathy/honesty and eventually they might find your story interesting as well. Also to get kick of your follower count, it could be interesting to create some value-adding free products and share them on Twitter/Product Hunt and different blogs etc. and always mention your Twitter handle. This could be a great way to kick things off.

Hope that helps a bit!
As a reference, only 1% of the IHs community reports > 2k MRR. And this isn't even validated-only data. So... I think your numbers are pretty abnormal. Still fascinating :D

It definitely can bring in traffic. The one time I got something on there I wasn't prepared though and it didn't really do much.
Just ran across this guide last week which might be good: https://www.indiehackers.com/@Nickt0783/cd729bc396
He says he got 3000+ app installs from Product Hunt.
I like the idea, just requested access there.
It would also be cool if I can set the roadmap for my project, I'm building LifeHQ (http://lifehqapp.com)
Because fellow developers or designers could be interested in the things that are about to be developed instead of what's already done.
Also one more reason to come back to the site, to check where my favorite apps are moving towards.
We are working on it, today we should have the front-page ready. Is easy to test with a temp mail like https://temp-mail.org/en/ Then you can see how it works on a fresh account. We made registration extremely simple. Enter email we send you a link, set the password and is ready. No need for any other information. You can set your name in Settings if you want. If you want to see how it works with multiple accounts, create a project and then add me into that project team. I just created a test account with email: . Let me know any changes features you would like to see.
I think email will always have a place as it's a great fit for certain types of communication - legal and finance come to mind first.
I think Twist is an interesting balance between the two.
Thanks a lot for the feedback - I appreciate it!
> I liked the idea of having a blog with some great privacy and simplicity. I also think that most if the time we don't need 90 percent of fancy features that platforms like WordPress offer.
Agreed - this was a big motivator for building Papyrus.
This is good advice. I originally created this with the intention of being a Hashnode / Dev.to competitor, aimed at developers, but eventually pivoted away from this and began targeting everyone. I just removed references to the tech stack on the home page. Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for this advice as well. I did create comparison pages between Papyrus and Medium/Substack (ie, https://papyrus.dev/vs-medium). I do want to still emphasize "making money with content", since I think this would be a motivator for folks (with large followers) to move over from Revue/Substack to Papyrus.
> https://plausible.io/ is something you can check. The way they position their selves is great 👍
I'm using Plausible for privacy-preserving analytics on Papyrus, actually! Agreed - I do love their positioning.
> I guess you are on something and congratulations.
Thanks again for all the feedback!
The idea is definitly good, if you actually have to build it there are a few pitfalls tho. Good speech recognation software is either commercial and can not be simply used for your own needs or in the cloud, which would mean everything is transparently sent into the cloud, which i heavily assume is not ok anywhere. The cloud ones are also usually heavily restricted or super expensive.
Open source solutions would include things like CMUSphinx, Pocketsphinx, Julius, etc... They are not really good enough to have them run passively and expect proper sentences.
I still like the general idea tho, and teachers generally like such kind of projects. How about something you could collaborate with your classmates to take notes? My class used piratepad (Eitherpad) to work on the same document at the same time. Essentially ment only 1 had to actually listen and take notes, but everyone could easily jump in, add context or even ask questions that did not belong to the teachers ears ;) (like questions that obviously show you havent listened the last hour).
Nice! When you get all the different parts set up, you might want to emphasize, either in your Hero section or somewhere below, that Warble is an all-in-one platform for musicians, which will make it easier for musicians to manage all aspects of their music business.
You can check out Notion's landing page and ClickUp's landing page to see how other all-in-one app landing pages are set up.
For now, to get your initial customers, it's good to focus the app one thing and to make Warble a specific solution for a specific problem. It looks like the problem you're trying to solve is that musicians don't have a dedicated social media platform to socialize in. I think it'd be good for you to check in with musicians to see if this is a problem they really need solved right away, or if some of your other services might be more important to them up front.
Overall, I think it's a solid idea. Good job!
Glad you find it useful.
I've already shared it on Airtable Universe (not complete list although) https://airtable.com/universe/expIax54A2AH23Mtm/coworking-spaces
I just don't want to manage a website rather I like to use my time to reach people like you who finds it great. I share many other lists too. Website just will be hard to manage.
I get many suggestions for a website or software. Why so? Is there any benefit of website that I might not be able to see now?
Hello everyone!
Since the last post was more or less a success, I though I´d share another one in hope that you like it just as much because this one is the largest Android update I´ve ever done:)
But first of all I´d like to just take a moment to thank you all so much. Thanks to your support, the app managed to climb to rank 90 in the finance category on app store. Unbelievable. Thanks!
So what´s new in the app? What I´m most excited about is the price alert push notifications. Everytime bitcoin or ethereum goes up or down 5%, you will get a notification. This is on the store for both iOS and Android.
The rest of the pictures you might remember from the last post but the update is now live on Google Play as well. Next, I will add so that you can favorite mark coins in the toplist so that they end up in the top. Hope you like what you see and as always, it´s 100% free

I used unity Engine to build this game. Its a Hyper casual game.

I hope you are going to Love it.
Replying to my own message ---
Install termux -> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.termux
In your termux home folder you'll create a ~/bin/termux-url-opener
(nano seems to be installed by default)
the contents of my current script just saves to a json object-per-line file
#!/bin/bash
now=date
echo "[\"$now\", \"$1\"]" >> ~/url-log
echo "$1" Saved
The previous one routed to various tools I have for connecting a node-red instance I was running, but no longer do.
Essentially it just sent everything to youtube-dl, something like this....
#!/bin/bash mkdir -p $EXTERNAL_STORAGE/yt youtube-dl --output $EXTERNAL_STORAGE/yt "$1"
When you share to termux - it will start a new instance of termux and then execute this script and close that instance of termux when complete.
I think this is the tutorial I followed

I wanted to make a mix between a platformer and escape room-games and this is what I came up with.
The goal is to get out of the "room"/level before the time runs out and you get blown up
I want to thank all that have commented on the way with great feedback, if the game gets any downloads or people start asking I will create more levels or more worlds

Have you looked at Gravity Gestures? Your shake seems to work better, and if you can build a good competitor and let me pay to turn off ads, I'll be a customer.

My first game, finally is online!

drift matrix is a top down anti-grav racing game with special drifitng abilities and nice variety of tracks
I would really love some feedback to keep improving this project, Thanks!
Hey this is a great looking game, well done!
Did you use a 2D game framework to develop it?
You should try posting on some other subreddits like /r/freegaming, /r/androidapps and /r/androidgaming.
If it doesn't get voted up, do a small update once per week and keep posting it to these subreddits until it gets a bigger amount of attention.
I got about 300 downloads in one day for my boggle style game by doing this

Play Store Link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.AyGames.GoStraight
Go Straight is a Simple 2D game with a score based system where you try to beat your or your friend high score. You try to navigate your yacht in a river full of wooden logs however there is a catch, you can only go diagonally.
It is very easy to learn and play but very hard to master.
Hi guys, I am a computer scientist student and I recently started making games. I dont have any budget or any idea how to continue from here. So i wanted to get ideas and recommendations from you guys. I value your opinions very high and i would be extremely happy if you guys told me how do you feel about my game any recommendations about the art style or the design that comes to your mind. I open to everything i am very excited to hear you guys. Thank You So Much.
You should take a look at The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. It's basically the manual for building startups nowadays. I'm not saying to follow it to a tee, but to give you ideas on how to proceed.
Have you identified your target market? Great, go talk to them. How long will it take you to build out a prototype? If it can be done quickly, do it and show those people. Once you get the feedback, you can make decisions on additional time investment
I knew what he meant immediately -- Facebook's messaging app isn't called "Facebook Messenger," it's just called "Messenger." Going to messenger.com takes you to facebook's messaging webapp. The app is called "Messenger" in the Google Play Store.
I agree it could use a little more clarity, but I'm just saying, that's the name of the product...
I've pushed my update, should be updated in a couple of hours. The name is PasswordMan now, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.veldteck.android.passwordmanager&hl=en. Let me know if there's any problems.
Cheers
I use Simple Workout Log on Android. Does both cardio, and all different weight exercises, with a simple UI and all the features I need. I'm sort of locked-in to that app because my last few months are already stored in that app (although I think it does have export as csv). What does your site do differently that is worth me switching?
Also, your FB app is still in development mode, so "Log in with FB" doesn't work for anyone that isn't an app admin/tester.
I believe the illustrations are custom made - I believe they were done by this illustrator - https://dribbble.com/shots/4194846-Airtable-Illustration. That style of illustration was made popular by Slack, but each company usually creates their own version of it.
Thank you - they're just mockups right now. I made some of them into clickable prototypes like this but nothing has been developed since I'm not a programmer. I freelance sometime if the project is cool and pays well but I work full-time as a product consultant.
Hey guys, I like watching/learning successful people’s YouTube videos but there is no easy way to capture moments that really resonates with you. So on top my Twitter-like inspirational quotes app, I built YouTube bookmarking feature.
Yeah, it’s bit slow, buggy and beta for now but I would love to improve it and hear your thoughts.
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/quotebucket-unique-quotes/id1610765571
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bayramn.QuoteBucket
The video would be still hosted from YouTube. This merely makes the YouTube live channels IPTV client compliant.
I use it on an Android TV with Google's live channels app as digital TV channels with EPG support. Link to the app for screenshots - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.tv&gl=US
Hello, Reddit. Long time no see!
I am finally back with another update for CoinCurrently (iOS). What took the most time was that I was refactoring pretty much the whole app so that it will be faster to work on in the future but also to increase the performance.
I have also added a few new features. There are now more timeframes in the detail page of a coin. 1h, 3h, 6h and 12h. When comparing two coins, you can now also see which coin has gone up/down the most. Previously both had the same top/bottom.
It is now also possible to lock the app with Touch ID/Face ID if you want to hide your portfolio for an example. You can also disable the portfolio widgets and lastly, you can also make a backup of your portfolio with iCloud if you're about to switch phones etc.
On the same portfolio track, it is now also possible to add separate transaction so that your buying average is automatically updated or if you're adding a sell transaction, your profit/loss is automatically being calculated. With the next update I will also add so you can see and handle each transaction. It is currently being handled behind the scenes.
I will now start doing the same journey on Android.
I hope you like what you see :)

Sounds like you have a product but you really need to build traction and seem if people will or want to use it.
That's takes a ton of time and effort. Marketing the product etc. Since you don't have users currently. Then that's the most important next thing to do. See if anyone wants it?
And figure out how to get traction. FYI great book on traction:
Of course since you don't have time to do anymore work maybe try sell it on microacquire perhaps. best of luck.
Definitely check out Flux then: https://justgetflux.com/. Works on Windows too.
Yeah that's another option. Thanks for the kind words! And no worries, all feedback is good feedback :)
Things you can do with this App:
Filter by Genres, BPM, mood, live music and more.
Unite several playlists into one playlist.
Find your most top Genres.
Save on Spotify new playlists out of your filtered results.
The App is called Spoltilicious and it is available on Google and Apple stores. Enjoy!
