There are two different things you might mean by this.
(1) You want to prove that being homosexual is/is not currently considered to be a mental disorder by psychiatrists.
The current definitive reference is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition ("DSM-V"), published by the American Psychiatric Association. Homosexuality is not listed as a mental disorder in it. It has not been listed as a disorder since edition 3-R, published in 1987. To prove this, you could get a copy and look through it - warning: it's long and dry - and demonstrate that homosexuality is not there.
Or you could simply ask a psychiatrist. If you don't know one, then you can post a question on /r/AskPsychiatry.
(2) You want to prove that being homosexual is/is not an unhealthy thing.
This is somewhere between tough and impossible. It's an opinion, so it isn't something you can prove either way. It still might be worthwhile to ask a professional. Again, see /r/AskPsychiatry.
I took a course in philosophy this past semester of college and it was extremely helpful in addressing the issue of organizing my thoughts in a coherent way. I would recommend this textbook, if you are interested:

It's probably their business model, either you'll pay for Youtube premium to directly support their system (and content creators) or be used to the ads because advertisers pay Youtube for their content to be featured on their site, hence money to support their system and content creators.

If you are on android, consider downloading Youtube Vanced. It's basically Youtube without the ads. If you're on ios, well, that's gonna be hard so consider an android.
Having been a co-worker to more than one person like this, I'm afraid I'll have to give it to you straight: People notice, and it is unprofessional. It's not only noticeable, there's very likely a smell component with it. They may not make an issue of it (certainly not your first week on the job), but it's very possible that someone will bring it up. Especially if you're working as a cashier, you're customer-facing, and these are matters of presentation that are relevant to your job and your performance.
But you can get ahead of this. Plan your walks with enough time for cool down. Apply anti-perspirant before you leave and deodorant when you get there. Throw on a sweat band or two (or even one of these) to counteract the heat and the sweating. Bring a cold drink that you can sip along the way to keep you cool.
And the biggest thing: Don't wear your work shirt during the walk, put it on in the bathroom after you've stopped sweating.
After you get a paycheck or two, look into getting something like a scooter or a bike that will cut down on both the commute time and the exertion. It will help a lot.
You need to look up the privacy policy of the VPN you want to use. You will find information all about their logging policy and more. What deals with NordVPN, they say they do not keep logs in their privacy policy. Also they are based in Panama (they don't have data-retention laws there) so I believe you can trust them. At least I do.
I searched on Amazon for a lark and thought I got lucky.
If it is too large to inflate with lungs alone, if you don't want to buy a pump, and if it is worth all the effort to you, consider building a bellows. These instructions are for building one to last, but you could cut corners to suit your temporary need (use cardboard reinforced with wire hangers instead of wood, mouth of a soda bottle for the tip, plastic bags instead of leather, a manual carburetor instead of a valve, etc.). Once inflated with air, the standard method of detecting a hole would be to cover the surface with soapy water and look for the bubbles.

You don't need for the popular vote to go against the electoral college vote to see this:
"While each of Florida’s 27 electoral delegates represents almost 480,000 eligible voters, each of the three delegates from Wyoming represents only 135,000 eligible voters. That makes a voter casting a presidential ballot in Wyoming three and a half times more influential than a voter in Florida."

Display models at stores and kiosks have a security alarm attached to them via adhesive. Thieves avoid setting off the alarms by ripping the backs off the phones and leaving them behind. This also accounts for the lack of battery, charging cable, data cable, manuals, and box which aren't put out on display with the phone.

To MASTER something is quite a goal in 8 weeks, i would say some things you could learn to do in 8 weeks would be solve a rubics cube, learn the basics of a programming langauge, java would be a good one. or ruby here. With some practice you could make a simple java or ruby program to turn in..or demonstrate. You could also solve a rubics cube in front of the class. A rubics cube is straight memorization, of about 6 patterns(this is at the most simplistic level) it can be MUCH more complicated if you are going for speed. I know the basic 6 patters and can do a cube in about 3 minutes.
Give "Economics in One Lesson" by Henry Hazlitt a read. It'll explain why politically motivated individuals harp on job creation so much, and why that sort of focus is ultimately unproductive.
It's a complicated issue, because one has to look beyond the immediately visible effects (i.e. "I have a job!" and "Yay! Look at those people working!"), but this book does an excellent job of taking common economic fallacies and tracing the threads to see where they lead, and explaining how the obvious and present effects of economic policy are often the only ones considered...whether out of mere ignorance or deliberately for purposes of political gain.
>A broken toe is a common injury that's most frequently caused by dropping something on your foot or stubbing your toe.
>
>Usually, you can treat a broken toe by taping it to a neighboring toe. But if the fracture is severe — particularly if it involves your big toe — you may need a cast or even surgery to ensure proper healing.

>Most broken toes heal well, usually within four to six weeks. Sometimes, a broken toe may become infected or increase the risk of osteoarthritis in that toe in the future.
>How is a broken big toe treated?

>A broken (fractured) big toe may be put in a cast to support it, as it takes much more of your weight than the other toes and is also needed for balance.

>The big toe is more likely than the smaller toes to need surgery in order to heal properly and to be as strong as it was before you broke it. Even if surgery is not required, you may be given crutches so you can walk without putting weight on the toe.

Take a look at blender. https://www.blender.org
It’s free and super popular. Lots of tutorials to get you up to speed pretty quickly. It also has export functions for 3d printing.
Good luck!
Gotta be in a caloric deficit so you could walk all day that might help. But the reality is that changing diet is by far the easiest way of losing weight. In fact you don’t need to exercise or go to the gym (it’s highly recommend, cause it’s fun and healthy if done moderately) to lose weight. Your body will naturally use more calories than you could realistically burn on a regular basis. So in my opinion there is no getting around diet
Here’s a step and calorie calculator if you really wanna avoid changing diet though
When I was in the Peace Corps we did a number of these, but I don't have a lot of my materials anymore. Here's the most complete one I could find still on my HD. I left some of the planning notes on the top just so you can compare it to your group, but it was 3 hours in the woods with college aged kids who already knew each other.
edit: I should add that these were put together by a friend of mine and aren't official PC materials.
I'm sure the cable can be bought cheaper elsewhere, but I work at geek squad so I just happened to know they had one. At 20 bucks, it's probably worth not having to go through the trouble of opening up the old HDD and shit. :/ I haven't actually used the thing, but I assume they work fine from what people have said about them.
I wouldn't buy it. Bouncie is more for tracking your kids, so it sounds like he just wants to keep tabs on you.
Your teacher is correct.
Articles lack the ability to speak or talk. They are not sentient, nor do they have mouths.
The author of an article (or we say the article) may discuss a particular topic. A discussion means to talk or write about something.
https://ludwig.guru/s/this+article+discusses
It's okay to say an article addresses a topic or 'speaks to' the idea of something or other, but it does not speak.

Whatever tool you use, I guess you better do it in multiple steps, as 70000 files in one pass might crash like it did when you tried with iMovie and Premier.
The good thing with mencoder is that it just copies the streams, and doesn't try to recompress them.
It looks like recent(?) versions of mencoder can be downloaded from this site (follow the mencoder and mplayer binaries link) and use my previous comment example as a template for the command you should run.
My advice would be to proceed 500 files at a time if possible, to generate 140 intermediary files, and then merge these 140 into the final video. A script should help, if you need (slow) help with that, I can write a small script once you provide me with the filename template of your existing files.
hm... when i think of "great televised moments" they are always big historical events. Like: Kenedy Assassination, Landing on the Moon, Fall of the Berlin Wall.
besides from this. maybe this "Albert Hofmann's 100 years - closing speech in Basel"
That's not quite how it works.
I'm pretty sure that he doesn't block your internal IP address, he blocks your MAC address. A MAC address is a unique identifier given to each individual piece of hardware to tell what they are. The IP address your router gives you is only for the router to use and can change depending on what's connected to the network at what time.
There are two options that I can see you using in this situation:
1) Try using a piece of software to change your MAC address. For Windows, I recommend TMAC. There's instructions if you scroll down the page on how to use it. Choose the connection which has data throughput shown on the graph. If you use an Apple device, ~~get Windows or Linux you plonk~~ try MACSpoofer. If you use Linux, then it differs with your distro.
2) If this doesn't work (hell, use this with the above too if you like), the best solution to permanently eradicate this issue is to reset the router to it's default settings. Depending on your make of router, this may differ. Most routers involve holding the reset button down on it for 15 seconds or so. Google your router make with "factory reset". Make sure to use this whilst he's out, though. Then login with the default login and change the default login to something he would not guess, set it up as it was before with the same SSID and Wi-Fi password (if you changed them) and voilà!
Slashdot.org was basically the granddaddy of all reddit-like sites, the first one.
Originally slashdot didn't have anything like karma at all, and they had to invent some sort of moderation system to deal with the problem of trolls and assholes.
They invented the name 'karma'.
You can read all about it here: https://slashdot.org/moderation.shtml
Lol. I've been doing this a very long time and email isn't rocket surgery.
Keep in mind that if someone knows that you have motive, then regardless of the forensic evidence, they would suspect that you were involved. As I mentioned, there is a paper trail that would exist in any commercial email account such as Google, Yahoo, or AOL. This paper trail, however, is only available to law enforcement personnel with the correct warrant or subpoena.
Not that I am trying to coach anyone in terms of doing bad things, however it is very difficult to cover all your tracks on the internet.
Even if you create a very good fake email account, there can be rookie mistakes that can get you caught. For example, this Reddit account, if discovered by the other party, would be a good source of information; they would read your post history and it wouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that the random Gmail address was from you.
There are a few services that allow you to create throwaway email accounts. And if you use a VPN, you can anonymize your IP address.
Keep in mind that in some cases the emails from these services do get caught in spam filters, however this is the safest way to send an anonymous email.
My general advice is that if you are doing this as some sort of an academic exercise, then you would be fine creating a fake Gmail account and nobody would discover anything.
If you are breaking the law and or doing things that are quasi-illegal, then your best course of direction is not to do that.
No.
Gmail is a secure email service that meets HIPAA, PCI and various ISO standards. It also complies with various privacy laws such as GDPR and California CCPA. Your data is not being sold or made public.

Rotating antennas are typically used for marine radar. It's sending a narrow beam of microwave energy and then listening to the reflections. This allows the ship to essentially see what's around it, even in zero visibility.
The only potential use in terms of Wi-Fi would be if you were using it to track a signal.
So for example if you had a very high gain radio receiver connected to the antenna and you were searching for a lost hiker with their Wi-Fi laptop, you could potentially more easily find them.
For any other purpose, unfortunately a rotating antenna would not work. What would happen would be the signal strength would be dropping to nothing every time the antenna rotated.
There are various configurations of high gain antennas for wireless LAN applications. For example, many years ago I designed a point to point Wi-Fi connection that had to connect two buildings across the road from each other in Hawaii. What I did was to use to high gain directional antennas like this:

I have a suggestion for you to use this application named " My Stuff Organizer: For Personal Stuff Management" from Google Play Store.
This Assets management app helps you to sort out all your jewelry stuff. You just have to enter Jewellery detail like price, purchase date with its photo and if the category you want to add. With this, you can know the Jewellery price at a particular time.
Hope, this may help you!
I found this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.innovationwaves.thumbpad
It acts as a virtual trackpad that pops up and can be moved around. You can use it to click anywhere. Id say it's more useful than the iPhone trackpad mode, but no, it doesn't quite funtion that way.
.
That said, Android has a slider that pops up and stays in text and can be dragged through text by default that can function a bit like trackpad mode, and that is on all Androids. This is a lot better than the iPhone magnifying glass thing at least.
"Bombs" can be made out of many common household products in a wide variety of ways. SAMs, by contrast, represent extraordinarily advanced technology.
Also, with respect to the objective, the supposed purpose of terrorist attacks are not necessarily to cause damage, but to elicit an expensive response. This is the only tactic available in a case of such extreme asymmetrical warfare (large advanced force against small primitive force) according to Sun Tsu's The Art of War.
According to Bin Laden himself (in his early letters before they were censored, and reiterated in Ron Paul's The Revolution and others speaking on the subject of "Blowback"), in order for the successful downfall of the United States (or rather, the State / military presence in the Middle East by way of collapsing the economy), Al Qaeda needs to maintain a $1,000,000 to $1 response to expense ratio to be successful. In other words, if Al Qaeda is going to spend $38,000 on FIM-92 Stinger, it needs to ensure that the US will spend $38,000,000,000 fighting back.
Thus small, improvised, infrequent, scary, and CHEAP attacks are critically necessary to maintain the efficiency necessary to achieve their long term objective. Planes are targeted because not only are they very expensive to replace, but it gets huge media attention, and civilian support to increase military spending. "Bonus" if they can take the very expensive thing and crash it into another very expensive thing (For the sake of argument, $500 plane ticket needs to do $500,000,000 to be a success).
Just to clarify, I am only sharing my understanding of asymetrical war tactics as applied to the modern situation and in no way meaning to justify action taken by anybody.
TL;DR Too expensive compared to alternatives.
Life, inc. by Douglas Rushkoff, The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein (or others by her are really good too) or Animal Liberation by Peter Singer. That would be my top 3.
There's some other ones on my list to read including A Dark Alliance by Gary Webb and Overthrow by Stephen Kinzer which seem very promising too.
Depending on what language, especially the more complex languages like C++, you can't beat an up-to-date book; the dead tree variety.
I can't speak for other languages but for C++ then the "C++ Primer 5th edition" is a good start.
Sun Tzu's The Art of War is a worthy read. You can find it here. The actual text is short, you can spend as much time as you want with the interpretations.
second post:
My curiosity led me to Amazon where a search for "mold monitor" yeilded two home test kits:
the first is only $10.38, but has a $40 fee for the lab analysis!
the second one is $173 and checks for mold and other "sick home" possibilities like VOC and formaldehyde--this one might include the lab fees --not sure
I like to use a scraper/chopper. Safer than a knife to smash, I can then mince without slamming a good knife on the cutting board, and then it scrapes up the garlic.
Bacon Tree. Cover with paper towels and you have crispy bacon with the fat drained. If you are using the bacon multiple times (like BLTs), leave most of it slightly under cooked than wrap in a paper towel and microwave 30 seconds before use. Crispy, fresh hot bacon.

Preparation is key. And not just with ingredients but it definitely includes them.
Start with a clean kitchen and clean hands. Make sure your work space is free of clutter. Never know if you have a spill/accident.
Start with an empty dishwasher so that as you’re making dirty dishes, you rinse and then they go straight into the DW. You’ll thank yourself later.
Have all your ingredients measured, washed, cut, set aside.
Personal preference, don’t go cheap on some ingredients. Like cheese, butter, creams, etc. Some are not like the others.
There are tons of hacks that can either save time or are just helpful. For instance, when browning hamburger, if you need to drain the grease, instead of pouring it into a colander, just move the meat to one side, tilt your pan and use a paper towel to soak up the grease. Saves you time and avoids dirtying another dish. Tons of hacks can be found online.
On the topic of hamburger meat, one of my most favorite tools to use is a handheld meat grinder. It’s seriously the best. Can be found here
Don’t be afraid to use seasonings, especially salt and pepper. A lot of times, S/P is all that you do need.
Lots of good suggestions/advice on this thread.
Best of luck, cooking can be a lot of fun.
She's got some brand that has literally nothing in the ingredients other than MSG, but the label calls it something more "appealing" or whatever.
I just buy this.
Not to be confused with the british type of chutney
Any sort of savory dish that would benefit from "just add cheese" treatment usually can alternatively/additionally benefit from chutney
I'm a bit late to the game but here's a treat for anyone that sees this. I've got this spicy sauce I make that all of friends and family love and all it is is Thai Garlic Chili Paste and mayo. It won't blow your mind, but you'll like it, and your friends will, and you'll use it more often than ketchup.
I included the link above so you can see what it looks like but it's available at most grocery stores.
Hebrew words can have multiple meanings inferred from context. Think of the English word "right" which can mean correct (the opposite of wrong), or a direction (the opposite of left). Now imagine your language is full of words like that with multiple meanings.
Although it was translated into "day" in the King James Bible, it's my understanding that the Hebrew word used in Gensis can mean also "long period of time".
Therefore, the English translation is potentially incorrect from the author's original intent. The six days of creation in Gensis probably mean six long periods of time and not literal 24 hour days.
If you want to know more, Hugh Ross wrote an excellent book on it twenty years ago:
At the end of her first and beginning of her second year, she will get opportunities for internships and will have lots of interviews (hopefully). I know it looks cheesy and maybe even douchey on it's face, but the guy is brilliant. If you ony read the first 2-3 (IIRC) it's worth it, because he breaks down female to male attraction from a anthropological perspective, basically looking at how the dynamic worked in our hunter-gatherer, tribal condition, and then making the parallel of what that looks like in modern society.
Mystery was one of the main innovators that started breaking down how to attract women in to a repeatable process. Although the game has evolved much since the writing of this book, I think the anthropological breakdown is worth it.
For more modern, evolved stuff, I'd go with Todd Valentine.

for a sedentary life style start off small and easy. Walking is cheapest and easiest. If your in the north where winter weather prevents getting outdoors then start with a pedal system that you can use while on the couch such as this from Amazon.
then move to a stationary bike once you have developed some stamina. To help with motivation I use a white board monthly calendar and set a schedule on it. After I have completed the exercise that day I mark it off. this way at the end of the month you can see your progress and tweak the schedule for next month. It took me about 4 months to finally get a good schedule that I can finish weekly / monthly.

Shotshell primers. Take a thin piece of aircraft cable or heavy fishing line and tie a shotshell primer device to it (like this one). Attach to a bait package and anchor the line by tying it to something. When they grab the package and leave, when the line goes taut, the device will go BANG and the package will be jerked out of their hands. Legal and harmless and it will scare the shit out of them and they will thereafter avoid your house. Put up a camera for shits and giggles.
Never heard of anyone doing that. This would make extremely bitter coffee.

I HIGHLY recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/What-Should-Do-My-Life/dp/0345485920 I read it when I was about 30 and asked that very question myself. I'm almost 50 now and credit that book with the life I'm living today.
There's a new book out by a favorite author about sex in Medieval England (1250 - 1450). Haven't read it yet, but plan to.
Not sure if this is exactly what I’m using, but it is close. (My exact model is about 5 years old now)
On the healthy side, I love cucumbers cut and soaked in apple cider vinegar with a little salt.
If you need something to curb a chip craving, it may be ridiculous, but this is what I do sometimes.
I take Nutritional Yeast, Black Pepper, Salt, and a little Harissa Seasoning, mix it in a bowl and eat it off the back of a spoon in small amounts. Seasonings are very, very low calorie and nutritional yeast has a lot of b vitamins in it. It also tastes exactly like chips but no crunch. You can even throw a little bit of cheese powder in it. 1 TBSP is 25 calories, so 1 tsp would be 8.33 calories.
Also, if you have to have a crunch, non buttered pop corn is relatively low calorie.
Get one of these immersion heaters for water. Oatmeal, cups of noodles, and dehydrated soup can all be yours.
At some point, I recommend something like this vacuum insulated container for water, since it's the best I've seen for outdoor cold work where a hot drink means the difference between safety and hypothermia. Boiled water will keep at least pleasantly warm for a good 8 hours outdoors in sub-zero temps, and at least 15 hours indoors. The small dispenser tube means less loss of heat due to opening the container, which is critical in the long run.
I typically kept a smaller insulated travel mug and an autoseal insulated bottle for actually drinking from, and kept the pump pot for water only.
As for food, though, you'd be surprised how much you can do with shelf-stable options. Protein bars, dried fruit, nuts, coconut, even basics kept "refrigerated" in your trunk (as long as they can handle freezing). Precooked rice and some kind of sauce are a great standby meal, and noodles can technically be microwaved.
Also, cars are not built for heat retention with all their windows, and dollar stores have window weatherproofing kits. I don't know how well it will work for windshield visibility, but it will definitely require a hair dryer to essentially shrink-wrap the window, and may even leave the car driveable with the plastic intact. If not, the windshield heat shade things will be better than nothing.
Beyond that, I've been there with 5 kids. I have some unique solutions to strange problems that come up Please don't hesitate to reach out.
straight up changed my life it removes my makeup and super waterproof mascara so easily and then I follow with my normal cleanser. I just do it in the shower lol 1 step kinda thing
Fuck that.
Read The state boys rebellion. It truly is a great book. They did exactly what you want. Went into schools, tested kids IQ's, and removed kids that scored low.
These kids were moved into state institutions, where ALL kinds of hell were dished out to them. Girls were sterilized, radiation experiments, they were made to sit in classes for hours with not oversight.

Here's the kicker. The vast majority of the kids came from broken abusive homes. The tests didn't find kids with low IQ's.

The local plod here advised to carry a rather sturdy metal torch as thats the other thing thats great for defense as you can do some serious damage with them if needed and hey its a torch.
An N95 is a pretty inexpensive, breathable and effective mask you can order in bulk. You can wear them multiple times as long as the elastic is holding the mask flush to your face- it's the coverage that's the important part. Obviously if the mask starts feeling really moist/gross, you get it dirty, or it becomes damaged, discard it and start wearing a new one. They're also pretty good at keeping your face from freezing if you live somewhere with cold winters!
Here's a link to buy some pretty comfortable ones in a variety of colors and amounts: https://www.amazon.com/Certified-Respirator-Approval-TC-84A-9315-50-pack/dp/B09SN2LXPC
As someone with compromised lungs, thank you for continuing to wear a mask, especially during cold and flu season- covid is scary, but flu and colds could kill me too, and I am always glad when people take reasonable precautions so I too can participate in society instead of being a shut-in. Every little bit helps, so thank you.
There are several daily exercises you can do.
male kegel exercises is part of the routine.
A second is to stand. Gain and erection. Place a wet wash cloth over the head of your penis. Using your lower abs, make your penis do what would be considered a sit up. Just try to lift the was cloth up. Do this 100 times per day.
Third part is edging. When masturbating, stop and hold your orgasm. Do this three or four times per session.
Fourth is a spray, Trojan makes a delay spray along with several other companies.
I have suffered anywhere from mild to extreme depression (including two suicide attempts) from the age of 16 onwards. Nothing has been more helpful to me than the chapter 3 exercise in this book (I haven't read all of the book yet) https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B009UW5X4C?ref=KC_GS_GB_AU&dplnkId=e3e50d29-a09a-4928-9ea3-ebd0dbe15271

For a moment I was wondering if there was a kind of candy called "babies". I kinda imagined these made from sugar or something.
They make dog specific pepper spray

Every war has financial motivations at its core. Great book, if you can read:

Buy one of those over-the-door coat racks, place it over the door while it's open, close the door and slide the rack over the door "handle" so it overlaps the door frame. Slide back when you need to open the door from the inside.
Buy a sliding deadbolt (like the ones in public toilets) and install it using 3M hook adhesive strips.
Buy something like this, again using something like 3M adhesive so it won't damage the door or wall.
Does the door have a latch at least? Something like this might work.
Otherwise I'd tie the door to something heavy so it can't be opened, then pressure the school to allow a lock to be installed. Good luck
Sometimes being "stuck" is the result of not being willing to give up on a goal or commitment you should have already left behind. The loss now feels more real that the future gain of a new goal, if one has even been identified. Here's a quote I saved recently:
It’s brave to say, “I am willing to abandon my goal to create space in my heart and mind for something else meaningful"....Refusing to quit can lead to obsessing over what you want to achieve without considering feasibility, which can hold you hostage to dreams or goals no longer serving you...

I'm looking at https://www.amazon.com/SoundPEATS-Mini-Pro-Transparency-TrueWireless/dp/B09Q2X1W6C And look pretty good but doesn't say there water proof so I'm wondering if it's water proof? If it is, is it a normal thing now that they don't have so say it?
I just had an idea. Would it work to prepare a PDF with 8mm-sized frames from the video and print them on such paper: https://www.amazon.com/Octago-Inkjet-Transparency-Paper-Printers/dp/B07S6Z8DMR
And then cut & glue the pieces to create a reel.
And then prepare some sort of home-made projector to be able to view them? Or use some sort of 8mm projector if it exists already.
Sorry, I have no idea what I'm talking about. XD
But it's a tempting idea to have some favorite moment(s) outside of the cloud/smartphone/digital zone as well. Like a birth of a son etc.
