I'm not sure. I've never ordered from an online pharmacy. I typed "reddit indiamart" into google and a lot of posts came up asking about the credibility and experiences with them. Might be worth reading a few. Their score on sitejabber is not great but for the most part it seems people are more complaining about prices: https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/indiamart.com. If you are willing to shell out the money to just see if its legit might be worth doing so although I would be a little scared to try something that they send in case it wasn't actually nardil.
I do, but I actually haven't been quite sure which to use.
I have this stuff: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00140Z5DW/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_Y08UFbR1EAQE5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And I've also been prescribed 325mg ferrous sulfate. Not quite sure which would be more effective, as the ferrous sulfate seems pretty close to OTC stuff.
My doctor did call in a script for something much more "advanced" but my insurance wouldn't cover it.
Yes! So sorry I missed this and at the worst moment. Here is what I purchased, but you can find bottles with a smaller number of tablets: https://www.amazon.com/Sodium-Chloride-Tablets-Normal-Salt/dp/B085VH1NM9/ref=sr_1_6?crid=2QAPFF6LR76R8&keywords=Sodium+Chloride+Tablets&qid=1671336007&s=hpc&sprefix=sodium+chloride+tablets%2Chpc%2C129&sr=1-6
Thank you for the information
PureCaps aren't available when I went to Amazon
But these are with a solid 5 star rating from 198 people
Oh, one stupid holistic thing I found that actually worked for my anxiety was this patented lavender shit called Silexan. Nature's Way sells the version that was clinically tested/patented: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007TYY2JA
It did work surprisingly well - unless anything else herbal I've ever tried for anxiety. I took it for a period when ritalin was giving me some anxiety post dose. It doesn't seem to do that much anymore.

Wow you've tried a lot of things!!!
Probably something you've tried or don't think would be effective, but I actually did get relief from my ritalin induced anxiety with Silexan (patented formula of Lavender). If you haven't given it a go, I would recommend a trial. I'm in my 40s and have been around the medicine block......anxiety isn't my usual primary issue, but I tried a ton of things to alleviate post-ritalin dose anxiety and that was the only thing that somehow helped.

Nardil/Phenelzine is amazing for anxiety also.....but saw you can't get it where you're at.
https://pharmacy.amazon.com/Phenelzine-Generic-Nardil-Oral-Tablet/dp/B084BZC29R?ref=mp_s_a_1_7&s=amazon-pharmacy&keywords=depression&sr=1-7 it's on Amazon. Can you get this shipped into Poland??
See figure1.
Then form the book Oxidative Stress and Neuroprotection (Journal of Neural Transmission. Supplementa)
As indicated above, tyramine was identified as the major pressor substance in putrified meat (Dale and Dixon, 1909). Over 60 years later, when hypertensive crises were reported in patients who were being treated with MAO inhibitors (e.g., Blackwell, 1963), the cause of the pressor effect was found to be dietary; as in putrifing meat, tyramine is formed by bacterial decarboxylation of tyrosine during the process of manufacture of cheese, wine, etc., and is present in high concentrations in the ingested products (Horwitz The relationship of early studies of monoamine oxidase 83 et al., 1964; Blackwell and Mabbitt, 1965). When such foods are ingested, if MAO is inhibited, the concentration of tyramine in the systemic circulation increases rapidly and attains levels that release large quantities of NE. This causes a marked rise in systemic blood pressure, similar to the effects of the tyramine in putrified meat described in 1909 by Dale and Dixon. When MAO in inhibited, but the ingested foods produce only small quantities of tyramine, there are prolonged, relatively low elevations in plasma tyramine concentrations slow displacement of NE stores by octopamine that diminishes sympathetic responsivity, as described above. Avoidance of the hypertensive response to high levels of ingested tyramine became feasible when subtypes of MAO and drugs that selectively inhibit MAO-B were discovered (see Youdim and Finberg, 1987).
Combining these two sources together, it makes total pharmacological sense for the pressor effect to diminish(NOT TOTALLY ABOLISHED) over time.
It had to be ordered at my local pharmacy but within three days I got it. Also on amazon pharmacy it's available. https://pharmacy.amazon.com/Phenelzine-Generic-Nardil-Oral-Tablet/dp/B084BZC29R?ref=mp_s_a_1_7&s=amazon-pharmacy&keywords=depression&sr=1-7
All I know is Pfizer patented it in 2003 and may have changed some inactive ingredients but I honestly don't believe that would have any affect on the efficacy of the drug. It's all the same chemical formula at the end of the day.
Very helpful, so to confirm this is what I'll order: https://www.amazon.com/Life-Extension-D-L-Phenyalanine-Vegetarian-Capsules/dp/B00BQ1BDOY
Your physician advice is well taken.
Have a nice day too!
OK - Upon further reading, it looks like this is a very unhealthy and potentially fatal combo. I am NOT going to be attempting this. My next question is how long would I need to be OFF the selegiline at 5mg/sublingual/day to then start 500mg of DLPA? I plan on using these capsules:
https://www.amazon.com/Solaray-DL-Phenylalanine-Vegetarian-Capsules-Count/dp/B000QUL4RM
I see some people recommending up to 100-200 mg of b6 and i think that's way overkill.

Personally, I take this with my multivitamin:

I also take 5 mg of b6 in the evening. I think anything over 15-20 mg is probably not necessary.
On my last 1-2 weeks of Emsam I started taking 500mg of l-tryptophan which helped me feel the most normal I've ever felt on any AD including Parnate which I'm currently on. I used this brand which contains 5mg of piperine (a mild maoi and cyp3a4 inhibitor) as well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M03S1JU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
There are a couple studies out there as well as Gillman that mention that adding tryptophan to an maois increases the antidepressant efficacy. One thing to watch out for is if you start getting clonus or other signs of serotonin toxicity, you'd need to dial the tryptophan back.
