In Medibang there is a paneling option. Create a new layer, go to the top of the screen where it says “layer” in between “edit” and “filter”. Click on layer then look for the option “add panel material. From there you can use two different tools to manipulate the panels, the divide tool (the one that looks like an exacto blade) and the operation tool (it looks like a pentagon with a mouse cursor in it. If my instructions didn’t make sense you can click here for a more in depth tutorial. I know your manga is in Spanish but I can’t speak it that well, sorry :/ but I did understand what was in the manga and it’s really interesting. Your art style is really unique, gives me Inio Asano vibes. Keep up the good work!
Thanks! My recommendation would be to use Vilppu's Drawing Manual(you can probably find a .pdf floating around) and do sets of quick gesture drawing exercises using the principles found in that book daily! That's how I was initially taught and I continue to follow it for my daily warm up sessions.
I use Rocketbook beacons instead of a scanner. The scan is as good as your phone camera, and you could DIY a cradle for your phone if you do a lot of scanning.
If I had one resource, I would want this book. It's a manga artist's anatomy notes, and shows all aspects of body structure, and shows you how the anatomy is simplified in manga. The biggest help I found in drawing was to start with simplified bones and start your pose from there, just to avoid impossible or awkward poses.
Manga in Theory and Practice was my best resource in getting started. He discusses writing manga from the inside out, starting with your characters and motivations, and working organically towards your plot from there. Not a fan of "JoJo's" myself, but his advice is solid and practical.
Almost everything has "been done" in some iteration before, so it's hardly worth worrying about. The originality comes from a story that could not have gone any other way given the circumstances, and from your voice and vision telling it.
Good luck!
Drafts are definitely important. The first thing I do on a new page is make Layer 1 blue (layer properties) and get a marker and sketch the layout at 100% size. This makes it easy to see the proportions of your future panels, so you can see which get detailed treatment (if any) and which get a quick splash from an airbrush. Look up Framed Ink for some ideas on black and white.
Good luck.
. Thank you! Yea, i chose black and white ink, but the cover is always in full colour. And of course. Read Free ChaptersPurchase on Amazon
Get a copy of "Manga in Theory and Practice". It's one long "ooooh!" moment.
I released the 3rd episode of my manga series Space Pirate today! It's all free to read on tapas! Check it out if you like stuff like Dragon Ball and Naruto :)
The most helpful books for writing the script for me are Manga in Theory and Practice and Story: Substance, Structure, Style and the Principles of Screenwriting. They both have solid practical advice on story and script writing, starting with knowing who your characters are from the inside out. Characters need to have their own ideas and outlooks on the world to establish motivation, and then story.
I think that script and artwork grow up around each other. I get stuck in the scriptwriting when I can't think of a name for a character, or if I haven't drawn his face. I "audition" all sorts of faces for "roles" in my story; just keep drawing quick faces in all varieties. It is very satisfying when you choose the right character and he starts improvising new dialog for you in your imagination.
Drawing will also further inspire your story. I often start with funny or dramatic scenarios because they get the dialog going. This gives you a breadcrumb trail that you can just fill in between as necessary, both drawing and writing.
To be creative, read and explore. Learn about things; maybe you have a character who breeds tropical fish, so you would need to know about those things and how it would color your perspective. Page through others' work that you admire; you're collecting ideas on how to improve your own work.
Good luck!
I deleted it and reposted it on a new link

And there :
it’s the fact that I know I could’ve done better than that If I had time is what’s frustrating to me ! Thanks btw :) if you wanna read it here
This. I believe Jump is looking for the next big 3, so much so they opened the Tezuka for everyone. I think it all depends if Jump finds replacements within the next few months. If they don't, they might make Tezuka international again next year.
Oh btw, here's my one-shot(Drop Dead Showdown!): https://medibang.com/book/xt2008301247030250012852675/
Man, I'm in the same boat. I'm not that amazing as an artist. However, I did think posting my art is important for my confidence. Check it out:

Here is a link to the other judge's comments and details on the event if you're interested in applying. Apparently the reward is a huge cash prize and the chance to get your manga published in Shonen Jump (same magazine MHA and One Piece are published in). Also it should be noted that the only international languages accepted are English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified / Traditional) and Korean only.
