Hello! I have a few suggestions
A pet
A pet could keep her company and give her someone to care for now that you all are gone. If she doesn't like to be as active a cat would be a very low maintenance pet besides potty training.
Love Box The love box is a cute box that allows you to send text and images to your family from long distance.
Long Distance Messages Write messages to your family that she can open and read everyday.
Hopefully these help!

Something like this is nice. It’s not too intimating and really good.
My baby wasn't a binky baby, but a lot of my friends just cut the tips off their kiddos binks, and thier kids lost interest because it wasn't as pleasant anymore, then made sure to remove all binks from everywhere.
As for the bottle, switch to a sippy. I think getting those 360 ones have been well worth it for my baby. If you are looking to get your little one to sleep through the night. Right before you give them thier evening bottle, feed them a bit of yogurt to help them be full through the evening. If they still ask for a second evening bottle, fill it with water and they usually lose interest.
Edit: 360 sippy
