That tank will last you a few years for your smaller plants, probably a year or two for the bigger ones depending on growth. Nepenthes aren’t exactly champion sprinters when it comes to growth rate.
Your setup looks pretty good actually, a small fan and covering the top with plastic will work just fine (I have a moderate collection of plants in the exact same setup lol)
Check Amazon for “reptile foggers” I got this one for about 50$ and it works great. It has a long hose that I can run into the terrarium and keep the fogger outside, I’ve had it for two years now and it runs 4x a day. Haven’t had a problem with it at all.
A bit of advice would be to get a notebook (or use your phone) and record your humidity/temps during the day and at night. If you get a data set of these ranges over about a month or so you can determine if you need further heating/cooling.
It’s looking good! I’m sure the plants will love it. what varieties do you have, do you have any plants you want to get in the future?
Thoroughly check your plant for pests.
Some pests like thrips can be difficult to see; so if you don't have perfect vision up close, you would likely benefit from picking up a handheld microscope/camera for finding and identifying pests on your plants.
You can pick up a decent one with a screen built in for cheap enough on amazon.
I have one like this and it is invaluable for IDing pests https://www.amazon.com/Microscope-ANNLOV-Electronic-Magnification-Adjustable/dp/B084HJ44J5/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=3NNC53PEZYHWO&keywords=handheld%2Bmicroscope&qid=1664137387&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI0Ljc1IiwicXNhIjoiNC4xMyIsInFzcCI6IjMuODEifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=handheld%2Bmicroscope%2Caps%2C146&sr=8-1-spons&th=1
It will also let you take close up pics of any mites or bugs you find on your plants so you can post them here if you are unsure of the type of pest or how to treat it.
If your plant is totally pest free, the issue might just be physical damage.
https://www.amazon.com/REPTI-ZOO-Collapsible-Terrarium-Black-Out/dp/B09J834D8J Here is link to terrarium if interested but not gonna lie after buying everything for mine I was over 2000$ lol it’s not cheap that’s not including plants.. the light ..terrarium.. the table, humidifier, back rock wall , mister, moss, soil rocks, waterfall, humidity gauge fans ..it all adds up lol
Hard to say for certain but it looks a lot like the species of scale that I have been battling recently.
Except that this species of scale doesn't do damage that quickly, and I see that your plant's crown is rotting.
If you don't have a handheld microscope, I highly recommend picking one up for searching for and identifying pests on your plants. I have one similar to this and it works like a charm:
https://www.amazon.com/Microscope-ANNLOV-Electronic-Magnification-Adjustable/dp/B084HJ44J5/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=33A5ER4BNGAW3&keywords=handheld+microscope&qid=1662062211&sprefix=handheld+microscop%2Caps%2C139&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1
For scale, I usually pull up a chair in front of a good movie or some Simpsons re-runs, grab q-tips, rubbing alcohol, paper towel and toothpicks. Use q-tips dipped in alcohol to scrub the scale bugs off your plant, anywhere that you see them. Use the toothpicks to remove any scale bugs that are in leaf creases or nooks near the main stem.
Keep an eye on the plant for the next week or two. If you see new scale appear, remove it as necessary. And don't let this plant touch any of your other plants until the scale is gone totally.

This one has a built in temp/humidity sensor and its a decent price. Also made for reptile enclosures so it should stand up to humidity long term.

What’s the humidity in your area? It might help to get a digital hydrometer $10 on Amazon
Just to add if you plan to get more plants, T5 6500k LED lights are a great cheap option for lighting. Or 6500k garage lights (which I use) like this https://www.amazon.ca/Deformable-Daylight-Adjustable-Warehouse-Workshop/dp/B087TNY9RV/ref=mp_s_a_1_13?dchild=1&keywords=6500k+garage+light&qid=1630108585&sr=8-13
A tube, like one of the ones that would go in a fluorescent fixture? I don't know about that, since you might end up losing a lot of light over the edges. Also the wattage isn't very high. Look into a COB led. Like this one, this might be overkill but it's close.
I have always used De-ionised water (the stuff you get super cheap in bottles for car batteries and steam irons). It costs me £1.50 for 2.5litres at my local supermarket, and I dilute it with 30% tap water to make it last even longer. Just a cheap way of getting the PPM down of tap water (by diluting with pure water).
I just have it in a hanging lamp I bought off Amazon. I don’t have a shade or cover on it - it’s too big and I see no need for right now.
