You mean your lockscreen code? Did you activate USB debugging? I just rebooted my 7T Pro into recovery via the long press menu on the power button and it asks for the lockscreen pin first. There is no way to tell if your internal memory will be wiped. Try to boot a compatible TWRP and then follow THIS guide if you can. You may not be able to boot that TWRP if its bootloader is not unlocked (this cannot be done if OEM Unlock is not set in the Android settings).
It may be a stupid question, but why do you need root for? Basically all US variants have some form of carrier bloatware, as far as I know. If you plan to import one you may not get 4G (because of the supported mobile bands). GSMArena page lists these bands for mobile connectivity. This page has quite nice news, it looks like the NA version has 14 of the 15 NA bands. Basically the NA version is McLaren version and that has more software issues than most 7T Pro (I read about a lot of local users having little updates and big issues with mobile connectivity). Some issues were fixed, but in a long period of time.
Alinsea tempered glass, has been great.
I do replace them from time to time but it's the only glass one I have found to work properly with the curves.

Whenever i use any kind of earphones people that i talk on the phone always say that its extremely hard to hear me, i downloaded this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.timetools.playbackmic
to check what really is happening, and yes, the mic on my phone is picking up the noise, while the earphones are outputting it.
Restarting does nothing.
Closest workaround I found was getting systemuituner Disabling all icons in the status bar and turning on do not disturb. It's definitely not going to be as good as it was on Android 10 but it gets the job done. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zacharee1.systemuituner
It is regional, so it may take some time for the system updater to get. There's other ways of obtaining the updates like:

I got this 3 pack of UV tempered glass screen protectors for $15 on amazon (Brand is Akcoo), they're basically the same as the whitestone dome, same installation process and same type of glass. Since all of the UV protectors are basically the same, I figured they wouldn't be bad (the value is $5 a protector). They give you an extra installation kit too in case you need it up. Mine works perfectly with my case (tech21) and I haven't had any issues with it.
Apparently they also have a lifetime warranty but like I said they worked perfectly for me so I haven't needed to use that yet.

Hello. I think this has been talked about already in this thread. My personal favorite is Whitestone Done glass. It's pricey though. The company does offer lifetime warranty. I have used said warranty when my glass had a chip and crack in it from normal use. The application process can be a bit overwhelming.
I recently purchased something similar that is comparable. The application is just not as elaborate as Whitestone.

Good luck in your search.
I have been switching between two cases, Supcase Unicorn Beetle Clear series and Oneplus Official Nylon Bumper case.
Supcase is specially superb, good protection and is clear so that Glaze Blue beauty is visible to everyone.
Icon pack is Lines Free
Wallpaper is Sinestra from a card game called Keyforge by artist Alexey Iavtushenco
I didn't read the screenshot but did you try and download it manually? here is the playstore one and here is one from apkmirror.
I assume you also tried to uninstall the app etc already?
So far I haven't had any problems. Also, I've been taking care of the batery, so I still got almost 2 days of baterry with regular use. I recommend you to get a good screen protector for curve displays, I have a Whitestone Dome Glass and despite it's quite expensive, the screens feels so good and you barely noticed it. This is the one if you are interested:
Also, one important tip. Almost everything that is designed for the OnePlus 7 Pro, it also would fit for the 7T Pro. The screen is exactly same size.
There is actually one that has full adhesive (not just edge), but I've had mixed results. Sometimes perfect install, sometimes not. Seems like it took hours of holding down the edges before those bubbles went away.
OnePlus 7 Pro and 7T Pro have identical dimensions. Only difference is the laser focus on the back of the phone. Protector is for the front, so it's fine for 7T Pro. But you may need to take advantage of their replacement before you get a perfect install.
I got these and i'm really happy with them. they feel and look better than the preinstalled ones. One of them went to the bin because my screen was dirty didn't use the adhesive to remove all the dirt .They come with a tool to help you immobilised you phone via usb-c. I use a case(ringke fusion x) with my phone and no problem a perfect fit for me. Hope it help and follow instructions if you buy (cleaning screen) OMOTON https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07TDJ78YR/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apap_fQFmzHYhCaOyY m
From my experience in phone sales, curved glass screen protectors are pretty worthless. I'd probably recommend a liquid protector or maybe these TPU ones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QTXX694/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_JrLtFbR4ES2S7
I've seen these ones spoken highly of on the 7pro sub

Just enough protection and shows off the McClaren back beautifully. With the glue on glass screen protectors it looks like one whole piece.
