If you have access to Amazon deliveries and DM me your address or create a wishlist with tests on it I'd be happy to buy them for you. If you do happen to fall pregnant and don't want to be, r/abortion has lots of resources for accessing termination in countries where it's illegal. In particular I'd recommend Women on Web which has been getting the pills to people in countries where it's illegal for decades. The benefits of the pill are that it looks identical to a miscarriage.
ALL THAT SAID — it's unlikely she's pregnant based on what you said, especially if you didn't finish and haven't had sex since then. Anovulatory cycles are totally normal, especially if she's not super regular anyway. Is she having any other symptoms? It's possible but rare to get to 7+ weeks without symptoms. Breast swelling and pain, unusual fatigue/exhaustion, and nausea/sensitivity to smells are usually the first symptoms.
When was her last period before June 11? That could make a difference too.
Going forward, since it sounds like contraception, pregnancy tests, and family planning in general are hard to access for you, I strongly recommend you look into the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) (NOT the same thing as the rhythm method!!!) It's empowering to be able to know what's going on with your cycles and fertility without any other tools. Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is a great book to start with. If it's financially burdensome for you I'd be happy to Amazon you a copy of that as well.
You can buy a menstural cup sanitizer that you can keep hidden in your room.
Here’s a link to one. First one that came up. Do your own research cuz I have not used one:

I can relate, I survive by chilling in bed all day with a hot water bottle and chocolate. I found this app called Period Remedy - Advice, Tips & Hacks which gives you scientifically backed tips and that has helped a bit as well.

I used to get that kind of pain the first day of my cycle a few times per year. Eventually I found something that helps it go away but it's the most counterintuitive thing ever. Working out. I know it's the last thing you feel like you can do at the time but if I can convince myself to leave the fetal position and get someone to drive me to a treadmill (because it hurts too much to drive) then after about 5 minutes the pain starts dissipating and eventually goes away if I keep moving with just normal level cramps returning after the workout session is over. If you're able to try it I hope it works for you too. Good luck.
Edit: you could also ask your doctor about endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease if it persists. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/endometriosis/symptoms-causes/syc-20354656
Okay but keep it in mind, maybe use this app to write down your symptoms and if it continues look for an obygn.

That's a sign that you are fertile. Use this app if you want, you will see that this discharge syncs with your most fertile days.

Yes! In lazy so I use this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.periodcalendar
It helps me know when I need to start using the period panties and also if the doctor asks for when the last period was.
I've tried out about three and I went back to the first one I started with. Basic simple and no bells and whistles heres the one I use.. it only reminds you when your period is about to start or it thinks you may have forgotten to document you period with no pointless nonsense showing up in your notifications

I got these January 2020 and there was a bit of an adjustment at first I really love them. I have definitely saved more than what they cost me in a year.
They are also carrying thinx at target now but I haven't tried them yet. Im thinking of getting a few pairs to compare.
Tampons! I tried out menstrual cups this year but I already have vaginismus and having to stick my fingers up inside myself and risk getting scratched was just too anxiety-provoking for me lol. And I can't do pads, cuz #thonglife.
My gyno told me that daily doses of ibuprofen during your period reduces bleeding (and cramps, obviously), so that's a possible option to help you manage, if your period is heavy. Just keep in mind that it's easy to mess up your stomach with ibuprofen-- always look into the risks of any treatment.
Magnesium glycinate (I buy this one) has helped me get rid of my PMS boob swelling & pain, which is awesome. It's also reduced my cramps.
Ugh the worst. This won’t help today but to prepare for next time, get a TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) machine! I had a copper IUD for 5yrs and the pain for me was immense, this bad boy was a life saver. It interrupts pain signals with electrical pulses and was best $30 I’ve ever spent. As for today, honestly I found orgasms to help. Here’s the TENS amazon link https://www.amazon.com/TENS-7000-Digital-Unit-Accessories/dp/B00NCRE4GO/ref=mp_s_a_1_10_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=tens+machine&qid=1605983240&sprefix=Tens&sr=8-10-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyRFQwOFlVWEJCQzdIJm...
Something like this! They're pretty small but have some weight to them so the pressure can feel really nice.
I but mine through Amazon. Brand doesn't matter to me just function.
I have some for light days, regular, and over night.

I have bought this five-pack from Amazon twice now (just got my second five-pack this week!). Highly recommend. I wear khakis to work and have never had ANY blood come through these.

I personally use Rael Organic Liners. They are super absorbent, stick well and are available in regular and long size.
No problem! There's also a Facebook group called "Fertility Awareness Method of Birth Control" that's a super helpful resource!!
For that book, you can actually get the slightly older version for less than $2 used on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Taking-Charge-Your-Fertility-Reproductive/dp/0060937645
I hope this never ever happens again, but...you can call your college's security, maintenance or infirmary with this emergency and ask for help. Things happen. That's why they're there. It might be good to have these numbers in your phone in case your wifi won't work during an emergency like in the basement.
Also if you bring a backpack or even a small purse the size of a phone, key and cc's with you everywhere, you can buy a small black beach wrap that you keep folded small and flat in baggie: https://www.amazon.com/Pieces-Swimsuit-Bathing-Chiffon-Swimwear/dp/B082MKJ65D/ref=sr\_1\_3\_sspa?crid=1K1TRLLYTEG5Q&keywords=sarong&qid=1662493584&sprefix=sarong%2Caps%2C69&sr=8-3-spons&psc=1&smid=A2ZML42MEAFYV0&spLa=ZW...
So idk if I used the wrong name but that's what I think it's called. It's essentially a comb with two sets of teeth on either side of the handle. Each set of teeth lie on a separate piece of plastic that snap together so that you end up with one comb with teeth on both sides of the handle, each set facing away from each other.
In between the two plastic plates of teeth, is a space where they snap together, that holds 2 razor blades. They also snap into place for stability and like up so that the blades edge runs perpendicular to the teeth. When you comb through hair, it runs along the blade that cuts the hair. I think it's made for creating levels or layers in hair. To give that voluminous, bouncy look.
I'm currently trying these, otherwise I've tried a lot of brands to cheap off-brand ones. https://www.amazon.com/Always-Ultra-Super-Flexi-Wings-Unscented/dp/B00G8DDCEE/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=2PMLTK4FZKB2C&keywords=always+pads+size+2&qid=1658562679&sprefix=Always+Pads%2Caps%2C291&sr=8-4
Usually you replace them every 1-2 hours. Overnight pads obviously last longer, I think 6-8 hours, depending on your flow and how much you move around in your sleep.
I personally use period underwear, which are reusable. They have an absorbent section which covers all the way back to front, and mine are high-waisted, so they're more comfortable on the first couple of days of my cycle anyways.
You may or may not be able to find the disposable kind at the drug store or grocery store. They're not adult diapers; they're branded specifically for menstruation and meant to be worn overnight. They're thin enough to wear under normal clothes, though, and I assume they look and feel normal. I wouldn't know, I've only ever used the cloth ones.
btw, I'm not affiliated with either of the links I gave, they're just so you can see what I'm talking about.
I'm not sure why (almost all) Pads have wings, but I've noticed that Liners are wing free. That's maybe something you can try.
I personally use Rael Organic Cotton Cover Liners for lighter days and even though these aren't marked as Organic, I use Seventh Generation Maxi Pads for my other days.
Both are thin, stay and absorb well. I prefer the winged Seventh Gen. Pads and don't have any problems with my hair getting stuck to the adhesive but I also trim about twice a month. You could also look into Reusable Cups and Pads as well!.
Yes! Best purchase I have ever made when it comes to period products. On light days it’s the only thing I use. I got a pack of five from Amazon [www.amazon.com/dp/B0834PPWJW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share](www.amazon.com/dp/B0834PPWJW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)
I like this one 24 Modes TENS Unit, AVCOO... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09B1WD4V7?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I had another brand before but I didn’t like it because the battery got messed up. But this one the battery seems to last long and I like that you can shut it off and it goes back to the settings you had it previously on
Hello ! I have everything you described and I have endometriosis (google that condition it’s the worst period possible). I have missed work school and can’t get up from the pain and constantly vomit.
Things that I find to help me are the following: Eat Bananas leading up to your cycle Tuna fish leading up Chamomile tea with organic honey added A heating pad!!! This is my savior (GENIANI Extra Large Electric Heating Pad for Back Pain and Cramps Relief - Auto Shut Off - Soft Heat Pad 12"x24" for Moist & Dry Therapy (Tabby Gray) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07T85CNX2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4E5FXHAMRFDQQ57V6RJE
Aleve pain medication(other aspirins just don’t work as well for my pain level, aleve kicks in 15-20 mins after I take it super fast compared to the rest in my experience)
Happens to me too. The material and size if these help.
Rael Organic Cotton Cover Pads - Heavy Absorbency, Unscented, Ultra Thin Pads for Women, Postpartum (Extra Long Overnight, 12 Count) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0856SZ7GL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GY1XV2DD0QPX3HJJTTN0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
But, they are pricey, so I don’t get them all the time. Otherwise, I double up like someone else mentioned.
I don't know if it will work with your body but I've had the most success with one of those XL heating pads wrapped on the side that hurts. I've gained a bit of weight thanks to a medication and it's not as awesome as it was before but it still works.
This is the most similar to my model.
As an alternative, you might try a heated "throw" blanket. It's definitely large enough to wrap your whole body but not excessive, and the one I bought was nice and toasty like a proper heating pad. It died on me after two years but I only spent $20 on it so I'm not that salty.
Okay so! I have Endometriosis and my periods are VERY heavy 😅 I bleed over 10 times the average amount! My top tip is to get yourself some lil let's ultra tampons and some period pants!
These are the best combo for managing heavy periods!
Sending big hugs! ❤
Sure! I use Chilly Intima Fresh neutral (the fluo green one), because is very balsamic and repairs sore skin very effectively. But I don't find it suitable for use during periods, so in those days I switch to my historical Infasil neutral pH wash. It's more of a medical product, in fact it is produced by a pharmaceutical company. I had to check if these products were available outside of Italy. I found only the first, although I don't think it's still sold (there's no price).
One of the soaps I used to rebalance my private parts in the past looks somewhat like this:

Okay so! I have Endometriosis and my periods are VERY heavy 😅 I bleed over 10 times the average amount! My top tip is to get yourself some lil let's ultra tampons and some period pants!
Also get yourself a blood test to check for anemia! Losing lots of blood can make you anaemic
One last thing! Start tracking how much blood you lose. I look on the tampons packaging and it says how many ml of blood the tampon holds (e.g. 12ml). So each time I fill a tampon and change for a new one I write down how much blood was on the tampon. At the end of your period, you will know fairly precisely how much blood you lost and therefore how heavy your periods are!

this company is a lifesaver for me cause i have heavy periods and always had to wear maxi pads so when i was younger i was always self conscious about a bump + even now it’s just a lot more comfortable than pads for me!
also, if you’re ever nervous, take a sweater and tie the arms around your waist so the body hangs over your butt. it would hide anything.
but also really, i can promise that no one is staring at your butt trying to figure out if you’re wearing a pad or not, although i get that it’s more comfortable being sure that there’s nothing there to look at. good luck!!

I suggest you use an app on your phone like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.periodcalendar&hl=en&gl=US you can add your periods, how severe they are, and the medicine you use. There is also an option to export the information in a text form , to shay with your obgyn... good luck
it was a 2 month long period right after getting the second pfizer dose.
randomly i'd get about 3 days of no period off and on. so i'd have about a 2 week period, then a 3 day break, then right back to another period.
it seemed to regulate sooner with a supplement i have been taking:
You can always order a pack of Wondfo hcg dip strips off of Amazon. They are cheaper than drug store tests and very reliable. Then you can test daily to double check: https://www.amazon.com/Wondfo-Pregnancy-Strips-25-count-medical/dp/B0002YIQEQ
A test is reliable two weeks after sex and definitive three weeks after sex.
I highly recommend fabric washable pads. They are way more absorbent than disposable. I rinse in the tub and then put in a pail with cold water and a tablespoon of oxy clean or vinegar. I like the fleece material ones for nighttime. In 4 years since I switched (including a 6 month period of solid bleeding) I have not bled through or leaked with fabric pads. You might also want to consider bed pads like they use in hospitals washable menstrual pads
a supplement i have been taking seemed to help normalize my period. i am not sure if it is coincidence, but i will share: https://smile.amazon.com/Vitanica-Optinositol-Formulated-Myo-Inositol-Supplement/dp/B000Z98JI6/
Most likely it’s just ‘Mittelschmerz’- very common pain in one ovary around the time of ovulation.

But you know your body, if it’s persistent and more than you usually feel with cramps I would go to the dr.
Honestly, it was a random brand off Amazon. They were by far cheaper than name brand, such as Thinx. That however doesn’t give me a comparable but I haven’t had to replace them yet and I’ve been using them for about a year.

I relate. I’m 47 and I’m in perimenopause. For the first three or four days, I’m really sensitive to protein, but carbs/sugar are ok. The more tasteless, the better. Anything like meat or dairy makes me nauseous, or anything too acidy, like citrus or red sauce.

I've been dealing with an inconsistent period for the past 3 months with a heavier flow and more blood clots so I found this product on Amazon. I took 3 pills my first day and it made my period very light. For the following days I only took 1 pill and that also helped with the heavy flow. Only take when you are on your period.

First off before all things, block out anyone who demeans your feelings. They’re valid and you’re in pain. Simple. They don’t have to understand or agree. It’s YOUR body and you know it best. Now, Changing your diet and more Hydration could help too. Once I cut dairy out of my diet specifically I saw a HUGE change in pain, bloating, and even my headaches went away. I used to throw up and shake bc I would be in such bad pain from cramps, despite having a VERY high pain tolerance. But I try to limit dairy as it can cause inflammation in the gut specifically. More water and herbal tea, less soda and coffee. Caffeine restricts the vessels and causes contractions where’s as if you’re hydrated the blood can kinda flow right along easier. Warm epsom salt baths and invest in a heating pad- best $30 I’ve spent. Also I notice 2 weeks before always matters more for how my period will go vs the actual week before or of, so I usually try to start preparing at least during that specific time. Also, relax. Stress and anxiety will definitely put you in more pain- THAT is the placebo. Calm down, breathe, remind yourself it will pass and allow it pass vs hyping yourself up and focusing more on the pain. Last lol, I LOVE this body wash and lotion from bath & body works, I always recommend it when I can cause I feel like it definitely helps me wind down and it smells soooo good.
Body Works Aromatherapy Stress Relief Eucalyptus. Eucalyptus Spearmint Bundle
Yeah been there done that. I always used toilet paper as a last resort. Stay strong, I went to work some months ago bleeding like crazy and had to leave at 5am to a shift I couldn't use the toilet very often. I still did it because better than bleeding through. Use this app to write down your systems https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.periodcalendar
If the bleeding continues to be that strong think about an ultrasound. Three years ago I had a non cancerous cyst in my uterus and my obygn told me for a long time that my strong period was just me getting older. I had the grapefruit size cyst removed and almost lost my uterus in the process. If this heavy bleeding isn't getting better in the next months get an ultrasound.
I lose appetite for sure but I’ve been educating myself to use my cycle and live better with no pain and eating healthy. Highly recommend investing in this book. Period power by Maisie Hill. Game changer! My foods during period. Home made soups, few chia seeds added for an extra health kick. Done. I’m living my best life during my period. PMS does a vanishing act, no pain, just a little gassy but that’s normal for me…It’s just great. Also I use a period cup. I used to have tampons but felt that with the foreign fibers meddling with my vaggie vay vays flora was a contribution to the pain I used to get. I believe there is truth in this. Small changes made a huge impact. All I had to do was buy a cup and a book! Saving pennies and my quality of life!

A heating pad or hot water bottle can help. I personally invested in a heated message pad from amazon, if was about $30 but it feels fantastic on cramps.
I know this is going to sound like the most annoying thing ever, but exercise can help ease cramping. Nothing crazy, just walking around or some basic yoga poses/stretches. When we have our period the tissue lining has to literally rip off the uterine wall. Moving around a little can help speed things up. Try the malasana pose and the cobra pose.
A hot bath or shower.

Yes, like a butt cover for when I lay down. Otherwise, I'll bleed everywhere. If you take a look at the pictures for the Bambody pair, the size of the pad is clearly visible. Honestly, hormonal birth control, for all its benefits, wreck havoc on our hormones and therefore our moods. For me, it never got better, even with different brands. I also learned more about a lot of the other awful "side effects" and decided to get off it entirely. If you're curious, check out the book Sweetening the Pill: https://www.amazon.com/Sweetening-Pill-Hooked-Hormonal-Control/dp/1780996071/ref=sr\_1\_3?dchild=1&keywords=sweetening+the+pill&qid=1633138016&sr=8-3
Puracy stain remover is my go to for EVERY stain like ever. I’m so happy my partner introduced me to this. I do our laundry and linens. I have yet to find any type of even old again that this stuff can’t get out. It’s not cheap, but man. Leave it in for a day on old stains and like magic they’re gone in the wash.
I have an electronic heating pad that works wonders. It’s battery powered and I can wear it under my shirt at work and turn it on for a few minutes whenever I get a cramp.

I have a copper iud too, and the pain it causes is definitely worse than before I got it. But this thing really helps, especially when combined with painkillers.
A flexdisk or “soft disk” is great to use for mess free period sex. Softdisc Menstrual Disc - Softcup - 14 Discs - Cleaner Disposable Model of Reusable Silicone Cups, Period Cup, Tampon - Women w/Heavy or Sensitive Flow - 1 Size Model - Small, Medium, or Large Fit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000X29GY6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XB8WE3893YSVTZWEM983
These are one size and will fit comfortably for most everyone. I have use menstrual disks personally, both disposable and resizable and find them much more comfortable than a cup. I have never used them during intercourse so i can’t speak to that. I will say that when I have had sex on my period, I find it actually relieves my cramps and usually there isn’t too much mess. My partner and I would put a towel down and then just take a shower after. The period blood adds lubrication so it makes for an enjoyable experience! However, if you’re worried about your partner’s experience (or if you’re not comfortable with free flow period during sex) I would try those disks I linked above or something similar.
Honestly it is probably stress. For peace of mind I would go ahead and take a first response test. Also, you can always buy the strip ovulation tests online. I bought 100 for like $20 a year or so ago and they are so helpful to let you know if you are close to ovulation or if you take them for most days around ovulation it can also show the hormone drop off. I really like having those on hand mine are from pergmate . I included he link below to the set I have
I understand where the need to be subtle is coming from, but there's something really liberating about walking openly with a menstrual product and learning to not care. Try it just to see what it's like, even if you want to go back to being discreet.
When I'm running I wear this belt that sits comfortably around my waist. It's totally inconspicuous under clothing, and would hold as many pads as you'd need for the day.
As a larger issue, your school needs more bathrooms for girls. It might be worth it to bring this matter to an adult who can do something, like a parent or administrator. Schools and other places usually have fewer bathrooms than women/girls need because they evaluate how many bathrooms men/boys will comfortably be able to use without a crazy line, then make that same number for women/girls. But we need more because of menstruation and a range of other reasons. It's sexist and not fair that your school bathroom is so crowded when it's unlikely the boys have to deal with that.
I buy mine on amazon 😊 I have the same issue finding them in shops!
I'm in the UK so it may be a bit different for you in the US but I'll pop the link below for you 💕
Get checked for endometriosis. (r/endo would have better info than I can give on what test needs to be done)
Try increasing magnesium intake and maybe a liquid magnesium that you can apply to your belly. This is one I use for muscle cramps. I don’t know for certain that it will help with period cramps since I don’t have those since i started using a cup.
(Pure Magnesium Oil Spray - LEAST ITCHY and Highest Potency - ONE 12fl. Oz Transdermal Magnesium Oil - Used for Joint Pain, Sore Muscles, Insomnia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Headaches and more - Made in USA https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B011T9TASI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8P2FJK64YNXM4CVP178X?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 )
What kind are you using? The one with the plastic applicator is easier to use.

I haven't been, but I also don't use them on heavy days. I can't use cups or tampons (they make my cramps worse for some reason). So I use regular pads during my three-four heaviest days and these for the lighter days that surround it and any days I wake up with that uncomfortable feeling like I'm going to spot. I'm cursed with long periods (often 10-12 days) so using the panties on the lighter days saves me a fortune.
Depends what country you're in and if you have a brand preference, but Amazon do (in the UK at least) as well as Boots.
There’s this stuff that I got from Amazon that works well too. It’s called amodex ink and stain. Amodex Ink and Stain Remover Unique Soap Formula 4 fl oz Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003NS0EWK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_gCdUSbzr8X2Rr
Reusable underwear with an absorbent layer in it that looks like regular underwear. You just wash them in cold water and set them out to dry. I recommend this brand and I’m about to try the French cut!
I actually went ahead and learned to code just so that I could make my own period tracker haha :P
If you care to take a look here's a link to the Android app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ovaperiodtracker
I have been using this one because it has a lot of different symptoms you can track.
You can track your mood as well and the app has a lot of different moods to track.
I also like it because it has a cat in it. And you can turn off the ovulation reminder.
You might see if magnesium helps. It helps muscles relax instead of cramp. You can take it as a pill (supplement) or as a spray liquid that you put on your skin.
This is the brand of magnesium oil that I use. 1 bottle lasts years, so it is the only one I have tried. Just look for ones that don’t make your skin itch and say “transdermal” so that it absorbs through your skin.

I highly recommend getting something like this: gorilla pad. I sleep on one of these during my period. It’s much easier to throw the pad in the wash than it is to change the sheets, and it doesn’t bunch and slip around like a towel would.
I also double up on pads - one in the front and one in the back so my underwear is pretty much covered. This is all in addition to a tampon or cup - both fill and then leak for me. I’ve had better results with a menstrual disc, but just started using one so can’t say for sure how it’ll be long term.
Also, please mention the heavy bleeding to your doctor. Conditions like adenomyosis and endometriosis can cause very heavy bleeding. I have both. :(
I hope you find a routine that works for you.
A couple of years ago, I read this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Womancode-Perfect-Amplify-Fertility-Supercharge/dp/1781802009/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=the+woman+code&qid=1611301387&sr=8-1
Basically you just need to change your diet to a more endo one: https://www.healthline.com/health/endometriosis/endometriosis-diet#foods-to-eat
I was introduced a few years ago to an Always pad that has something called "flex foam" in it. It's literally been a life saver. I exclusively use level 2 pads because the 1s can fill up so quick, I'm bleeding down my leg. And with the flex foam in it, it's super comfy and holds a LOT more. (I mean... It says "8 hours" on it but I've filled them in 3 before.)
Anyway, they also make an overnight one. I haven't tried them, but the ones I use I tend to forget I'm wearing them.
I know they also make a cotton one with flex foam in it. So comfy.
If she uses tampons, you need to know they come in different “weights”. If you’re not sure if she’s a heavy or light bleeder, then a multipack box like this would be helpful. U by Kotex Security Tampons,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083M3FN2P?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Please read this book: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Womancode-Perfect-Amplify-Fertility-Supercharge/dp/1781802009/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=woman+code&qid=1607442652&sr=8-1

Your diet has a massive impact on your periods, you really can have much better periods!
Good luck!!
I used to have really bad periods, I then changed my diet so they are a lot better now. Your diet seriously has a massive impact on your periods. Check this book out: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Womancode-Perfect-Amplify-Fertility-Supercharge/dp/1781802009/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=woman+code&qid=1607442434&sr=8-1

So no birth control IS NOT your only option.
Good luck on your journey to better periods :) believe me they are possible
Aneercare Cloth Menstrual pad, a Reusable Menstrual pad, Super Absorbent, Washable, Soft and Comfortable-6 Pads, 1 Mini Wet Cloth Bag. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JNQXTJC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_qnqRFbGFSR6Z0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 this is the first result I found on Amazon but I’m sure you can find them on Etsy and other websites! I also love hunting down cute designs. I’d google how to make them if that is what you’re interested in, I’m assuming it’s just lots of absorbent cloth that you can stain that’s a buffer between your body and your underwear. I’ve stained too many cute undies over the years 🤣 but yeah I just rinse most of the blood out after use, wash with laundry, and hang to dry.
Basically they are a layer of waterproof PUL (also used for cloth diapers) and then layers of bamboo or cotton for the absorbant pad area. You can get ones with or without snaps to secure them around your underwear. They are thicker than regular pads but softer and less irritating.

It's tradition for my body to have it on the 2nd day. I recommend this app. I wasn't aware my sleep problems stem from my cycle until I downloaded it. You'll find there a whole list of symptoms and the data can be stored in your Gmail. If I understand correctly, the reason for period diarrhea is the hormones - a certain chemical causes contractions of the uterus and for some people, the guts get affected by it too.
I use My calender to track periods of my girlfriend. So far, they've been very accurate and I'm fully satisfied with the app.
Cash, definitely. I'd very happily give the app a one-off payment. But I am not going to pay a subscription, nor am I going to put up with an app that refuses to stop giving me notifications. I haven't had this problem with any of the other apps on my phone, even free ones before I upgraded to paid ones to support the developer.
Is this the app you mean? It looks like a free app to me?

I'm the exact same way, it's always 2 weeks before my period, too. This post made me realize that I haven't had that pain in a couple of months, but the only thing that has changed is that I started taking a magnesium glycinate pill every night. Then I just Googled "can magnesium help with breast pain," and it turns out that's a suggested treatment for breast pain related to your menstrual cycle!! The more you know.
If you live in America there is a stain remover spray called "Shout" you can buy at the grocery store. If not, I'll leave the link here. This has been a huge life saver for me and has saved plenty of sheets, underwear, and clothes.

These pads are cotton and I used to have this problem with most other brands. Even Cora made me hurt. But yeah this brand works pretty well.
I wasn't aware something like this existed! I was just wondering earlier if there was a way to distract pain receptors.
Very close to purchasing this one on Amazon right now, though reading the reviews it is a bit scary to see some people being zapped. Is there any particular one you recommend?
The cramps subsided after I had some eggflower soup. I think my mistake was waiting too long to take the Advil after I'd eaten initially. I'll keep in mind to stretch that way tomorrow since it's very likely the suffering isn't over yet.

Well I found these, seems like people really like them for the most part
