Yes, their dispute is exactly what is claimed in the Injunction you posted. That a pipeline crossing watersheds which then flow into their land would endanger the waters. Considering the massive explosion of a similar pipeline today it seems a valid concern.
This isn't a case of poor people being exploited by radical enviornmentalists. This is a case of poor people BEING radical enviornmentalists. Why is it surprising that a culture which treats the earth as a living thing would be on the forefront of stopping continued enviornmental degredation. They don't benefit from an oil pipeline but they do bear a considerable burden of risk from it passing near their land and over their watershed.
Capitalism as defined in this video:
> a man-made economic system based on profit. It takes wealth and resources away from the public and puts it in the hands of private capitalists. A few become enormously wealthy on the backs of the many.
Capitalism as defined by Merriam-Webster:
> an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market
The ACA tax "penalty" is still ramping up. And it is not just a flat "$300 tax penalty": For 2015, the penalty for no health insurance is $325 per person or 2% of your annual household income – whichever is higher. For 2016, the fee is $695 or 2.5% of your income — whichever is higher.
The theory is that once the penalty tax gets high enough, people realize that it becomes a better use of their money to just get insurance, rather than pay a tax. The time will come after this current tax season, where people won't get as much of a refund and they are forced to make a decision: pay a $695 tax/2% of income or get insurance.
tl;dr I WANT WHAT Trump WANTS:
> <em>"We must take care of our own. We must have universal healthcare."</em> > >
lol, using wiki...a massively partisan website... as a source. Here's the un-editorialized definition per Merriam-Webster Dictionary:
> Definition of fascism
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control
Notice anything different? Hint: there's no left/right dependency, but rather a centralized autocratic dictatorial government. Obama AND Trump can fit the last part thanks to the rise of use in issuing Executive Orders to shape policy, but Trump is doing the opposite of centralizing things, and if anything will be shrinking the size and scope of the govt if he manages to close certain parts of the govt like that of Dept of Education, Dept of Energy, EPA, etc.
I hate Trump a fair bit, and that goes back to well before he was elected. He's a garbage human.
That said, there is really good body of evidence that he is just not well physically, and most likely has dementia or Alzheimer's. The anonymous op-ed in the Times is only the latest confirmation of it, not the first time it's been pointed out.
I mean, there have literally been books written about it. As much as it pains me to say it, Donald Trump is not completely to blame for every horrible thing he does because some of it is caused by a medical condition that affects him mentally.
What's important about that is that he shouldn't be serving as President because he's not able to do it, and everyone paying attention, especially everyone who interacts with him, knows it.
The other thing is that people shouldn't mock someone for medical problems or mental illness, even if that person is Donald Trump. I have great confidence that Trump would be just as shitty even if he didn't have dementia, but since he does I just want him to stop endangering the country, get help, and be taken care of. Get him out of office, let him watch as much Fox & Friends as he wants and rant on Twitter all day. It's what makes him happy, apparently.
I know what it's like to see people disappear slowly over time due to dementia, and it's horrible beyond imagining. I would not wish it on anyone. Not even Donald Trump.
He does a lot of horrible things, but he's also old and sick. If he was just some guy in a nursing home it would be just another Wednesday. The difference is he 's in the highest office in the land, so that needs to be removed from the equation.
He brought up CNN and called them fake news first, then when he began to take questions, the dude asked if he could respond since he attacked his organization. Trump just yelled "NOPE FAKE NEWS" and ignored him. Not the same as one jumping up and shouting at the president when he is in the middle of speaking and not taking questions.

What are you talking about? Seriously...
If the United States elections had been genuinely aggregiously hacked by the Russians, I certainly hope Obama would have done something more than to say "cut it out" months after learning of the supposed breach.
Obama's aggressive response was that he "removed" 35 nonessential Russian diplomatic employee's from their embassy and consulate. He then went and closed two Russian beachfront "compounds" in New York and Maryland that were used as vacation homes for Russian diplomats and their families. Even the New York times thought it was nonsensical.
I would hope that Obama would have had a less pathetic "sanction" if Russia had actually done something significant.
Trump has stated that, after being briefed by actual intelligence agents, Russia did not attempt to breach cyber security in any way out of line with the cyber security threats in the past decades. He then went on to say that had there been a genuine attack, he would have retaliated appropriately. The "intelligence community's" statements are not in any way representative of actual intelligence information. the statements were clearly intended to cause as much political harm as possible and they have no factual basis in reality.
This includes the most recent "intelligence report" peddled by CNN. They said it represents the intelligence community even though it was written by a retired British self described intelligence official. CNN ran with it even though its main argument was that Russia is blackmailing Trump with evidence showing he regularly partakes a urine fetish with Russian prostitutes.
How can you still believe CNN's narrative after seeing that they so willingly push obvious fake news stories like this urine one.
> This is almost always blacks
Oh shit. You're lying. Look at that.

The call screening is just a Pixel thing, but the spam filtering may be available to you. Can you use the Google phone app?
Edit: Disregard. As of this morning there were 6 known coin flips. As more flips are emerging it's apparent that Clinton did not win every single coin toss in the Iowa caucuses last night.
======== ~~I've read similar stories to this one on multiple sites today. The video posted by OP contradicts the claim that Clinton won 6 of 6 coin tosses.~~
~~Is the toss documented here one of the six, or did Clinton win 6 of 7 coin tosses? (Does anyone know?)~~
"What do you say to someone who thought that the right doesn't do it at all?"
I look to January 6th (where people wanted to stop democracy and do violent things to Nancy Pelosi); I look at the attempt to kidnap and murder the Democratic Governor of MI: then I look back at that person...soberly, and for a long time: hoping my discomforting stare might let a little reason leak in.
Youre explaining your take on why through your own dogma.
I'm neutral and so can assume I have the more rational take on all this.
I wont relent or move from my position.
Have a read of this and see if what I'm saying makes more sense to you: https://theintercept.com/2014/02/24/jtrig-manipulation/
lol? I asked you for a synonym, not random nice things I can say instead. None of those come close to implying that Adam is really good at manipulating people.
Manipulation doesn't have to have a negative connotation, it can be an incredible skill used for good or for convincing people to see truth. Without any context whatsoever, it can still be an amazing thing to witness on its own. The burden is on you to understand English better instead of being reactionary. I was clearly complimenting his speaking skills.
>The current study was designed to address this shortcoming by analyzing a sample of African American and White males drawn from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health). Analysis of these data revealed that African American males are significantly more likely to be arrested and incarcerated when compared to White males. This racial disparity, however, was com-pletely accounted for after including covariates for self-reported lifetime violence and IQ. Implications of this study are discussed and avenues for future research are offered
Lets see if you'll take your own advice and are 'intelligent enough to understand scientific studies'
Wow you literally have no clue about the history of Saudi Arabia or it's place in the geopolitical sphere. Just stop dude you're embarrassing yourself. You clearly got all your news on right wing extremist websites and have done very little impartial study on your own. Crack a book open.
LOL. So, I should not believe a CNN story because at least one person does not like CNN as there is one customer rating. I'm convinced! Oh wait CNN has a confirmed saint working there. God beats a slogan on a button. Sorry, it looks like you loose...
Where are you that you accept as evidence the slogan on a button? Since that seems to be the case, let me help you think things through in a language you can easily understand.
Sure there are absolutely trust fund babies and people born into wealth like the Koech brothers, Trump or Paris Hilton. But according to Thomas Stanley in his book The Millionaire Next Door only 20% of millionaires inherit their wealth with the other 80% being first time rich.
Back in the good ole days? You really have fallen for the idea that things used to be way better haven't you. You are pretty foolish if you think judging people that way was a better way to go.
Penn and Teller did a Bullshit on why 'The good ole days' are literally bullshit. You should watch it. https://www.amazon.com/Penn-Teller-Season-Six/dp/B015R739Q2
Ignore the babble from social media obsessed guy in the video.
Here's a good book on the subject that doesn't cite twitter.
That is one option. Money was originally backed by gold and silver. This prevents money being printed artificially out of thin air. If the paper cannot be backed by something of real value, then it can't be printed. And it's a better option than borrowing from a private bank at interest. But, at the end of the day, money is just a medium of exchange. Anything can do. Doesn't even have to be backed by anything. England around 1100 AD used sticks of wood, called Tally Sticks (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tally_stick).
The Federal Reserve is a private, international bank, which loans money to the US at interest. They are not part of our federal government in any way, shape, or form. We cannot see their books. There is no transparency and we have no idea what they are doing. We have to take their word when they us what they are doing.
But, the real question is: Why borrow money at interest, when we can print and regulate it ourselves? If we can print and regulate our own currency, we won't need to borrow it, at interest, and accumulate debt. We did this for over a hundred years, and it worked great.
Read this book, it'll help clear up the Fed: https://www.amazon.com/Creature-Jekyll-Island-Federal-Reserve/dp/091298645X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471144484&sr=8-1&keywords=the+creature+from+jekyll+island
This speech has been turned into a book called "The Speech" by Bernie Sanders, its a great read if you don't want to watch the 8 hour video.
