First, please ensure you're using the official Pony Town app. There are a number of fake clones on the Play Store which are unofficial and unsupported, so make sure you aren't using those. If you're on iOS (ie, you use an iPhone/iPod/iPad), then there is no official Pony Town app for your platform, and you should use the mobile website instead.

If the official app doesn't work for you, then you could try the website version linked above as well. If that also doesn't work, then could you please share which device you use?

If you still don't understand till this day download AutoHotKey at Autohotkey.com and when you do go to your desktop and right click, press new, and then press AHK or AutoHotKey whatever you like to call it. and paste the script from the pastebin into the AHK file

You're using the official Pony Town app, right? If so, I believe this makes a small number of modifications to the game, which I guess may include music. Alternatively, your version of the app could just be out of date somehow. Not really sure.
