I was curious so did a search. These are the closest I found to the Yves St. Laurent, though I think the detail and craftsmanship is a bit better with this design.
I tuned in for season 16 episode 10 day after it aired and found it locked along with all recent Project Runway episodes. Don't know if this is a deliberate change by My Lifetime or a tech snafu. Submitted a ticket to their video department ... but have no confidence it will get their attention. Meanwhile, found the full episode here: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x65cy8x
Then also, I Nancy Drewed a bit and found this link. It shows THAT moment of surprise of Designer #6 on the runway. I'd really love to see it in the final episode, edited and all !!
A) weight is not a signifier of health B) even plus size models are policed into certain limits, a 'morbidly obese' woman wouldn't be allowed to model C) she's over 6ft, that raises her 'acceptable' BMI considerably D) BMI is bullshit E) an underweight human is significantly more unhealthy than an overweight one
Also, her body/health is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

WE GET IT WITH THE DANGLING MACRAME, LADY!
It reminds me of awful t-shirt material fringing in the 90s crossed with psychiatric ward 'items you can make without pointy implements' plant hangy things.
Every garment has the arm or waist 'guaranteed to trip you up/get tangled in a seatbelt or car door/stood on by you or others when you bend down/catch on everything when the wind blows/inadvertently dangle in the toilet bowl when you're wiping/get grimly muddy and dirty as they trail on the ground when you're going up steps/get caught in the photocopier feed tray/make you look like a mis-shapen hulk when you have to stuff them down the sleeves of your jacket' ornamental details.
Unless you live a life where curating or knowing where your 'fashionable' dangly bits are at all times is something you have bandwidth for they're likely to last about two outings before you take the kitchen scissors to them.
Or maybe that's just me.
Hope you can find it! You reminded me of an old device I used to have for cleaning / saving messed up discs, so maybe check out a few of those if scratches are the issue. Not the cheapest example, but if you have the discs you still have hope: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002A9SJ2/ref=sspa_dk_detail_5. I mention this only because you may have missed the era (if you were 8 when season 5 came out!) when we were crazy about our CDs.
I totally agree about the early seasons of the show! I was very recently out when PR debuted, but it was nice to see a bunch of queer people on TV with dreams and ambitions and their queerness was present and obvious but a side note (like there were a lot of shows where we were supposed to gawk at queer people). Seeing a show where a straight man is the token was such a treat. And while I was out at the time, I was still in denial that I wanted to be an artist. So it was great to see that represented on TV as well.
Project Free TV is pretty good, I'd recommend using AdBlock with it though. Some of the links might be dead, but there's plenty to pick from.
Amazing model, she actually wrote a book called Make the World Your Runway. I mainly remember her book because she did a podcast with Tim Gunn, and Tim loved Liris so much that he said he would write the foreword to her book.
Overall great model, so I'm glad she used the PR platform to expand her modeling into a book/business.
Not sure exactly which track you are looking for but here is an Amazon link to the PR soundtrack: https://www.amazon.com/Project-Original-Soundtrack-Barefoot-Sanders/dp/B000JFY0EI
