In the server files(where you do eula=true and the run.bat) you can disable thirst by going into "config" then "toughasnails" and edit "gameplay.cfg"
# Players are affected by thirst. [default: true]
B:"Enable Thirst"=true
change B:"Enable Thirst"=true to
B:"Enable Thirst"=false
Make sure you have a text editor, it makes life easier. I recommend Visual Studio Code.
I play on a server and used the color codes on it. I'm not sure if it is part of rlcraft or an extra plugin from the server.
These are the codes (sorry huge link to image) : https://www.spigotmc.org/attachments/example2-png.188806/?__cf_chl_jschl_tk__=cb5d35bb0c429c7bd7aa68842bda531de861b2c2-1610711578-0-AXQv3gY1x01YtpyGf3wU0nPyV8Wps2_ibqklIbE6pQ5T7nMmUQvRpmQmts1bqEfSmmGAFU9ZeY1bnzucb51M12BGFWAvE0y4f2NhlwBZpwH0__60WsH...
Dear RLCraftler!
A few days ago I tried to get an RLCraft Server running on one of my Windows Servers 2016. The CPU was at ~55% load (16Core 2.8 GHZ), RAM at ~12% (RLCraft had 12GB available) and the hard disk at ~35% (besides the virtualized servers are used for other things as well). I tested different server settings and played around with the mods. The server itself was running but the tick rate was permanently over 200... I think the problem is really mainly because of the mods and their interaction.

step 1: Install the overwolf app on your computer. Use this link and click download. You can use technic or whatever but I just use the curse launcher. You will have to go through a few basic steps about specifications, like windows/mac or whatever.

Step 2: Click on browse modpacks

Step 3: Either scroll until you see or search for RLCraft

Step 4: Click install. This may take longer or shorter depending on internet and speed of your device.

Step 5: When the modpack is finished installing, go to my modpacks. You should see RLCraft.

Step 6: click play
For anyone trying to make a cheap rlcraft computer Find a privillion 500 series https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-500-336-Desktop-Computer/dp/B00NJW2XWE
Get a Gforce GTX 750 (NOT ti)
And upgrade your power supply
It runs pretty decently it has hiccups here and there, but that might be because I haven't been able to safely bow the dust out of the shit ( its caked too thick)
