I got this one for my 2019 RAV4 XLE. My boyfriend and I sleep on it when we car camp. It does the job and we hook up the air pump to the outlet in the back of the car. Simple. Cannot comment on whether it's the best out there but it is part of our camping gear.
I found one on amazon. It fits the top and leaves a big cavity below for misc storage, but I quite like it. Here’s the listing. You can search similar and they’re all pretty much the same.
Not LED, but why does Amazon say these H16 halogens won't work in our 2018 RAV4 XLE?
https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-H16-Standard-19W-Standard-Halogen/dp/B074F7Q3YC
I have these LED in my 2019, not sure if they are compatible to 2018: AUXITO H8 H11 H16 LED Fog Light Bulb Fanless, 6500K Cool White, 400% Brightness CSP Chips, Long Lifespan, Plug and Play, H11 Halogen Replacement Fog lights DRL Bulbs for Vehicle, Pack of 2 (AMAZON LINK) These are really bright, occasionally I get flashed at night so I have to show them my brights are off. I run with my lights on for about 60% of my mileage and have had them since March without any issues.
So we've got a 2012 and I realize that I'm probably in the minority here but we love the cupholders. We generally use larger Nalgene or insulated water bottles which fit perfectly. It's the only vehicle that I've seen where these kinds of bottles fit.
Our rav4 didn't come with the inserts and buying the replacement parts seemed rather pricey. I looked into maybe making some PVC adapters or something like that for the occasional time where we need to set a normal sized drink in there. Eventually I just ended up using those thick foam koozies like these, to take up the extra space. I think I paid a dollar each for em, and I can put coffee cups, canned drinks, ect. without any real issues. My only complaint would be sometimes it's difficult to get those koozies to come off.
I found this real quick. At that price I think I'll buy one myself. That way my bulky less used stuff can go in the bottom part.
I've had an AAWireless quite a while now and it's been near perfect with my '21 RAV4 Prime. Only requires Android 9+, if that matters to anyone.

What im trying to do is hide the power wire from the dashcam it gonna be running from the windshield to the A-pillar to under the center console then place this USB input under the wireless charger. The main question was is this a spacious area or not? I like hiding wires.
Very important notes:
That's about it. I have the same car, I don't know much about cars either but have had 6 leases with Toyota now. Be nice, I usually walk up to the counter, give them the keys and mention your first service anything else you would like to do -- there isn't anything you should be doing other than the first service.
Yes do mention the noise from the breaks -- however unless they can see something right away or can replicate it with a quick drive around there isn't much they can do. What they're looking for is when it happens, i.e. high speed break, breaking through a turn, every time, etc.
The USB thing is a Toyota special feature, they all have the same issue. Get yourself a wireless connector (if you have Apple) and stop fiddling with the stupid plug. I use this one but there are others and there is a newer version of it as well. I then use a usb cable in the center console if I need power but I leave the cable connected.
Any 1/4 wavelength monopole (whip antenna) would be good for efficiency. But that's pretty big at 0.75 meters long for ~100 MHz.
Some antennas have loading coils (usually a spiral looking thing at the base of the antenna) which will allow for a shorter antenna.
So any antenna with a loading coil built in will be good. I'm not sure if the oem antenna on the RAV4 has one built in or not.
Something like this might be good if you don't care about it not looking OEM. This is a mag-mount antenna which just sticks to the center of your roof and you would have to run the coax into the cabin and behind the head unit yourself. I use a similar antenna on my car for Amateur Radio and it receives FM better off my handhelds than my stock antenna.
But over time if dirt gets underneath the magnetic base, it will scratch your paint. So I have a sheet of vinyl up there so the antenna can sit on top of it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P2VJ2H6/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_Q3JC90C1RJQDA5CX7SE1
Motorola released one at the beginning of this year that I use. Very reliable and haven't had any issues so far. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wireless solution.
Motorola MA1 Wireless Android Auto Car Adapter - https://amazon.com/dp/B09PQ95GY4/
This is for dogs but do you mean something like this, which just secures by looping around the head rest part?
I’ve had this in my 2016 XLE Hybrid for the past year and love it.
It works with all the parking sensors, backup cam, etc.. The only thing I do believe that I lost was HD Radio (I can still do radio).
Wireless CarPlay works great. Every once in a while I might run into an issue connecting, but rebooting the phone tends to do the trick. I really don’t miss my old unit—though I do have it in stored away in a box in case I ever need it.

I bought this one and it was easy to install but I haven’t used it yet. I plan to use it in the future with a large duffle carrier on top and tie down with straps.
I did not use that, but want to buy once I have my new rav4)

The model of your car really shouldn't matter when getting a dashcam. That being said, I have a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid Limited and bought a Blackvue DR650S-2CH that's been working very well.
With any blackvue dashcam and some fuse taps, you should be good to go. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015H0Z50C/
One thing to know is that it took me quite a bit of effort to get the cable from the ceiling of the cabin into the frame of the rear door, but it is possible to do.
There are ODB2 adapters that you can get that will give you a cell by cell status of your Hybrid battery cells I got [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H9S71LW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) a few years ago for my 2017 that worked OK.
I have some questions.
Is the 115 AC plug a feature of the new models?
Do you have to leave the car "on" for the gas engine to come on or does it come on all on its own.
I have always thought that such a feature would be a great alternative during a power outage especially if it supported 208 (both phases) of a home service.
I poured water 2 jugs without any leaks. All the water came out near the front two tires. I will install a sunroof wind, rain guard against leaks.

Easy-peazy. Get a 12v socket with a fuse, like this one.
Attach the black wire to your negative battery terminal and attach the red wire to your positive battery terminal. The hardest part will be routing the wires from the battery to wherever you decide to put the socket.
Your cousin who has YouTube and sorta knows cars could probably handle it just fine.

I would consider buying an OBD reader device that can give you an accurate assessment of the individual cells in the main battery. You can test it out on your Prius. Also check into the battery warranty for that year model.
I bought this one which works OK. Sometimes the software is a little wonky.
This isn't a big thing, but this center console tray is a wonderful addition to my RAV4.

The iOttie mounts are one of the best.... I have been using them for 4 years, 2 cars and I can swear by it. They also come with wireless charging options if you want to spend the extra money, and yes, the wireless charging is totally worth it. Check em out in Amazon.

I did!
Found this spare tire bike rack on Amazon warehouse deals.
I then replaced the hardcover bike rack with this cheap spare tire cover.
From there, I cut a small square in the flap of the cover and folded the flap inward. Mounted the bike rack and it looks great!
I'll get a picture of it later if you want.

They look awesome don't let anyone tell you different. Some of my friends try to knock them because they made the poor financial decision to spend $600-$800 on new rims.
