Every card is different and also have different memory (samsung, hynix, elpida, micron), but you should get around 12-14 Mhash with any RX 470/480/570/580
You can check which memory you have downloading GPU-Z (TechPowerUp)
This is my guide to OC in radeon software.
Base values for Samsung 1200 MHz / 930 V core 2000/850 memory
Hinyx 1050/920 core 1800/850 memory.
Download HWinfo, open it and run the miner, look closely (on hwinfo) if you get any memory errors for about 5 minutes, turn down the memory clock by 50 MHz. Close HWinfo and miner, then open both again and repeat. When you stop getting memory errors, let HWinfo running, and check after some hours.
The core have a peak performance, you have to find it, lets say you're at 1050 MHz, and getting 12 MHash, go up 50 to 1100 MHz and now you get 14 Mhash, then go up 50 (1150 MHz) and you get 12 Mhash again, the peak will be close to 1100 MHz, so then you go 10 by 10 up or down.
In the USA, the IRS classifies cryptocurrencies as property. When you "cash out" crypto (convert it to fiat), you are selling property, so you pay capital gains taxes. Depending on how long you held the property/crypto, you pay either the short-term or long-term rate. More details here: https://www.fool.com/taxes/2017/12/22/your-guide-to-capital-gains-taxes-in-2018.aspx

This is the ledger wallet roadmap for projects to be done, if they see a ton of requests from people about a coin they might accelerate the development of said wallet. So keep upvoting and commenting for a faster dev.
The nicehash stats were about double the hash rate you are quoting for the previous 2 difficulty drops. I agree that the "normal" miners are a factor, but I would say that the NH mining is more significant to the extreme spikes and dips in difficulty.
u use msi afterburner? my 1080ti hits 28mhs
edit; and u can get a couple more mhs from that 3060ti. here use this site for some overclock profiles using MSI afterburner: here

The absolute safest way would be to generate a paper wallet with an offline generator, and put the seed phrase in one of these. Then rip up the paper wallet, seal the backup seed, and store in a safe place for years.
MAKE SURE you test that you can send and receive after backup up your wallet from the seed though before you transfer your whole stack.
We may never all agree on anything (except that we all definitely want RVN to succeed), so it's important to have opportunities like this where we can vote on how to move forward. This is democracy in action.
So if you feel strongly that RVN should be listed on Binance, you can make your voice heard by voting for it. And if you don't think it should be listed, then make your voice heard by not voting at all or voting for a different coin. Everyone has a voice.
What's the point in having crypto if you can't do something with it ;) ... The answer for me was to transfer my RavenCoin to ChangeNow.io, convert it to a more common coin, then transfer to CoinBase ... From CoinBase I can convert it to cash should the need arise.
Crypto.com and CoinEx support RVN and XRP. You can exchange with either. CoinEx will let you set limit orders and they have much better spread than DeFi exchanges like Bitni, Cangeally and Bittrex.
They are also not region limited like Binance/Binance.us and Coinbase.
Referral links to get you started:
Coinex. No kyc needed!
Only downside is a minimum $200 value to enter, boo. But APYs have been pretty good for the last month!

You don't need to convert to BTC. Here are the top 50 exchanges for RVN. Not all can be linked to a fiat bank account. Keep in mind, depending on where you live, there may be trading restrictions (NY, TX).

I mine on Windows but cudo miner supports Mac OS X.
They take something like 7% but whatever, it's extremely easy to set up. It mines what it determines to be the most profitable coin at the moment, then it can pay you in Ravencoin.
If you want to make it easy to sell and have coinbase already you can use https://changelly.com to transfer it to any crypto like LTC. It’s fees are super minimal to change from coin to coin but coinbase does charge a bit to sell but if you have another exchange that charges less that’s good. If you want it the easy way it doesn’t cost like anything to transfer it to a different crypto if your exchange doesn’t have RVN.

Backup wallet.dat. %appdata%/raven Copy wallet.dat to a safe place Always back it up if you create a new receive address and keep old copies
Restore: Install qt wallet Replace the default %appdata%/raven/wallet.dat with your latest backup copy Sync wallet.
Backup your private keys (Keepass noted below is a suggestion only - DYOR)
Open Raven Wallet click on 'help' in the menu bar (top right) click on 'debug window' select the 'console' tab type in commands
*List all your public keys listaddressgroupings
*Unlock your wallet (number is the timeout in seconds) walletpassphrase <you passphrase if used> 600
*Present private key for each stated public key. dumpprivkey <public key #1> dumpprivkey <public key #2> dumpprivkey <public key #3> ...etc
Then Copy into safe place - not a text file on your PC. Try https://keepass.info/ or cabled printed to hardcopy - laminated and placed in bomb\flood\dragon proof safe. - Some use safety deposit boxes at banks... ironic Undecided I suppose it gives banks a use in the future. keep a backup of the keypass somewhere safe offline preferably - then keep that in a safe place - see above line Smiley. Always create a new backup if you create a new address and keep old copies NB. You can also attach your wallet.dat into keepass
Import Private Key Select Help Select Debug Window Select Console If you encrypted your wallet, walletpassphrase <YourLongPassphrase> 600 importprivkey <privatekey> NB. the private key must not have spaces, remove them if they are included in your backup

No worries, I'll save you the trouble.
> So it almost sounds like you're saying keeping it in a high security exchange is safer than a desktop wallet since a virus would not jeopardize your funds.
Yep, that's exactly what I'm saying. The exchanges have more security than my personal computers do, so I would trust them more than I would trust my own computer.
Exchanges are very sophisticated, but that doesn't mean they're infallible. I'm sure everyone though Mt. Gox was very safe as well. Coinbase or Kraken or Binance is probably safe... and I'm willing to bet it's safer than my computer, but it's not 100%.
> For a hardware wallet what happens if the hardware itself fails? Or if it's damaged or lost? Is it recoverable?
When you first activate the hardware wallet, it gives you a 24 word seed phrase that can be used to recreate the key on another device. If you lose the hardware wallet, you can input this seed into another one to regain access to the crypto. I keep my seed phrase in one of these, stored in a secure location, with a padlock on it, with tamper seals so I'll know if someone opens it. Honestly it's overkill security for the amount of money I have invested, but I am pretty sure it's the safest possible solution.
Well, I use PCIE 1x to 4x USB so I don't need m.2 riser. But my motherboard is x570 Tomahawk and r7 3700X cpu. I have 2 pciex16 and 2 picex1 but I can mine with 5 GPUs. There are 2 m2 slots and I use one of them as storage. I think best way is trying.

The case is awesome. Many reviews complain about the loud SERVER POWER SUPPLY for a literal SERVER CASE which literally blows my mind. Sure it’s loud, but if you’re buying a case expecting that much power and small noise then this isn’t for you! Otherwise it’s an amazing case. The only issue I’ve had is getting 2 screws stuck in place but that’s due to user fault. Totally worth the price though. Remember that the sync process can take a looooong time.
If you have a windows pc, install quadro drivers from nvidia official website, put the card in the 16x pcie slot and give it a go. If you don't have a pc, rent one for 3 hrs and check the hashrate. If you get decent hashrate, buy a cheap ass used pc and start mining.
According to kryptex, you should get 27 MH mining RVN on that card, which is pretty decent, better than a new RTX 3060. https://www.kryptex.org/en/hardware/nvidia-quadro-rtx-5000
Although I believe you would get more than 27 MH with proper overclocks. Use msi afterburner for overclocking on windows.
If you want to add more cards to your setup in the future, buy a pcie multiplier card ($25), risers, an atx psu splitter ($7), and add another psu to the same old mobo to run 4 to 6 cards, depending on your mobo.

it was yesterday, i checked because of you, because, i dont have an exchange to sell it after the halving, this was my plan for swapping, damn, sorry, i just checked and really, it isnt available anymore, rvn completely gone there, google stealthex.io alternative and you will find a website that still works, i hope, im dooing the same now, maybe its just temporary, i will check it tomorrow again

I see now you want fully variable - Not sure why you need that much control for web, but to each their own I suppose.
I've created a simple short animation incorporating the slogan, also added some sfx.
As I've had some problems with video stuttering in higher-res uploads I'll provide a download link to a full-res version later if needed.
Hope you like it :)
There were some good tutorials around here on how to set up the RVN node but the basic setup can be found here. Outside of that, you just need to forward some ports on your router so the other nodes can connect to yours.
IPFS is a standard package and can be installed from their release page. You just need the ARM version for the Pi.
I wouldn't recommend running a IPFS node off a SDcard in the Pi though. It's very read/write intensive.
Not sure if you're trolling or you saw the scamcoin in my wallet. I'm going to assume it's the pic of my wallet. I didn't create that assets someone airdropped it on me, its literally a drawing of a scamcoin, I thought it was funny and its my first NFT whether i like it or not, so I'm keeping it

Calling an E9 ( 3.00 Gh/s ) useless seeing as at their original price they've all paid themselves off already is a bit of stretch.
As you can see there are still other coins on EThash.
In-app exchanges/swap features are mostly provided by Wallets in partnership with Instant Crypto Exchanges (no KYC)... you'll obviously pay the miner's fees, then the partnership service (not the Wallet itself) takes a little bit of commission
For Guarda Wallet which I use, the exchange feature is provided in partnership with ChangeNOW, their commission is about 0.5% or less (this is usually already calculated before I see the amount I'll receive). If the value of the asset I want to exchange appreciates/increases in the market as the swap in going on, I get more for what I swapped.
Here you can enter rvn and your GPU will then show you exactly how much money you are making minus electricity costs.
I would start with this: https://www.nicehash.com/blog/post/how-to-increase-virtual-memory-on-windows
If that doesn't work, you might want to just try downloading Nicehash to start. If you can get started mining with their software you may then be able to better troubleshoot your specific issues with t-rex.
It's a typical set up for a Momentum trader and usually works good enough. You can use this link and then use the following from the analysis toolbar; Volume, SMA, MACD, and STOCHF. At the time this was a pretty obvious call but more importantly I just loved that a Bird popped up in my Raven chart and I'm not superstitious so it was a blast.
I use https://www.hwinfo.com/
You might want to search reddit or youtube and read info about 3080 and 3090 VRAM temps, or 3090 gddr6x, or memory junction tems. You can damage your card if its constantly thermal throttling
Yes you can get like 3 more MHash/s, you have to OC correctly on Windows, then apply those values in Hive.
Download HWinfo, open it and run the miner (TeamRedMiner), look closely (on hwinfo) if you get any memory errors for about 5 minutes, turn down the memory clock by 50 MHz. Close HWinfo and miner, then open both again and repeat. When you stop getting memory errors, let HWinfo running, and check after 30 mins, then you can go up 10 by 10. For the memory power, it should run fine at 850 mV.
For the core power just stay in a high value, like 1000 mV and after finding the sweet spot, go down until crash, and use the previous value.
Learning to OC, just setting the memory at 2000 MHz will only cause memory errors and low hashrate, but you need windows.
This is my guide to OC in radeon software, since every card is different and also have different memory (samsung, hynix, elpida, micron).
You can check which memory you have downloading GPU-Z (TechPowerUp)

I’ve used these successfully on two different rigs so far. You connect the 24 pin cable of the 2nd psu and either molex or sata from the first psu depending on the kind of adapter you buy. There’s no limit to how many power supplies you can daisy chain this way.

Hello there! ChangeNOW here :)
In some rare cases, in which we do require our users to pass the KYC to go ahead with processing their exchange, our users can opt out of it if they do not feel like it and get their funds back in their entirety.
Ravencoin is available for instant swaps on this very page: https://changenow.io/currencies/ravencoin
Please do let us know if there's anything else we can clarify, and hope to see you on ChangeNOW soon!
Stats are based off of this graph https://www.nicehash.com/algorithm/x16r, which shows a peak of 1.5 Th/s, so a little higher than the 1.2 I saw yesterday. Nonetheless, it’s still only half of the disruptive hash power.
You’re right that the problem is people not wanting to trudge through low blocks (which I would argue IS an issue of loyalty). If everybody who turned off their rigs because of low profitability went back online today, difficulty would begin to stabilize to a more manageable level.
if we are being honest, with good reason, at the time of posting this comment Nicehash has about 80 Gh/s worth of hashing power on the X16r algo, at the time of the spike in hashrate they where OVER 2 Th/s, which is roughly how much the network hashrate increased by compared to the 900 Gh/s it typically sits around https://www.nicehash.com/algorithm/x16r
https://www.nicehash.com/algorithm/x16r
At the time I'm writing this, RVN avg block time is approaching a 60% increase. This cycle has been repeating since July 2nd when x16r was added to NH. Not saying it's good or bad, just that it's happening.
any potential jump due to nicehash is falling off already, they peaked around 413 Gh/s total hashrate from over 10k miners but people are realizing the benchmark benchmarked wrong and they are earning shit and turning off the X16r algo and it's down to like 60 Gh/s (fluctuates due to algo switching int eh time it took me to type this it jumped to 86 GH/s but with fewer miners) now which isn't even 5% of the RVN global hashrate, nevermind the total X16r global hashrate with the other coins that run this algo.
Believe it or not, but a lot of people use NiceHash simply because they don't want to deal with exchanges and only want BTC. And certain people might want to only mine coins that use low power as compared to others. Why? my guess is high energy rates. If you're paying like $0.20 per kwh, you've probably shut off your miners or moved to someone less demanding to save on power. Not everyone profit switches based on the moment. Some run the best algo for their current cards and nothing more. https://www.nicehash.com/miner/3EFrZFTomEmgfFAf6aQa4gBZPAzPtXR3Za (this is not me just an example)

Is it normal to have this many "Network is unreachable", "No route to Host", and other Failed attempts while sinking?
1) Idea is to have a curated listing of genuine assets, being used for legitimate purposes other than squatting, and testing asset creation. The already existing tools are more than enough for the segment of the market IMO.
2) A few reasons. It's a curated listing, and a fee is an extremely viable method of filtering out noise, which there is an incredibly large amount of. The fee while initially a straight RVN fee, will transition to an asset-creation fee thereby burning RVN, and benefiting all holders of RVN. I think it could be done with sub-assets, although I will need to do more reading. Lastly, depending on the amount of data associated with the IPFS hash, it could result in a reasonable amount of CPU+GPU processing time to run TextRank, Tesseract, and/or Tensorflow, and therefore the outcome should be profitable in some manner whether thats a RVN fee, or by decreasing existing supply of RVN via sub-asset creation.
3) IPFS itself is extremely powerful, however if your first exposure was through RVN assets thats understandable. The best place to read about it is ipfs.io.
Hello! Thank you for your interest in our service and social activity 🙂 We’re pleased about that.
You’re right that we spread info about our service. We need feedback from the crypto community to understand what we’re doing right and what we’re doing wrong¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Of course, there are plenty of options to spread the word about our project, but the feedback from the people on Reddit is important to us. Because here, people are not afraid to express their point of view or criticize, this, in turn, will move us in the right way.
SwapSpace team will be glad if you can take a look at our project and share your thoughts about that. You can write a review on Trustpilot or drop an email to
Why not use a real open rig frame ? Some are pretty expensive, but you can find cheapo ones in acrylic or abs for under $40 if I remember correctly. Just search for 'test bench'
The test bench will raise your motherboard to allow some airflow under it. It will also keep the board away from combustible materials like cardboard :-p
I search for one on Amazon US and got something like that : https://www.amazon.com/Motherboard-Transparent-Acrylic-Overlock-Computer/dp/B08VJ2VLC9/ref=sr_1_17?keywords=test+bench&qid=1638219545&qsid=142-3135862-3837759&sr=8-17&sres=B08R8VQ337%2CB08Q854RFR%2CB07KXMNZC1%2CB00FFJ0H3Q%2CB08T5PRCCN%2CB07YYXJFG4%2CB08JGCN9HX%2CB0863L2DSZ%2CB086X67HGL%2CB07XP62SXQ%2CB08VJ1GL94%2CB07R4ZXXTW%2CB08VJ2VLC9%2CB07YYZBYT3%2CB08C72T3NC%2CB07L779YJ9&srpt=COMPUTER_CHASSIS
There are a lot of other options depending on the price you want to pay. Alternatively, you can also create one if you know how to use a drill and fasten some stand-offs.
Happy mining !

Exchanges can be rough waiting for the KYC (ID and bank check) to go through. Swapper sites take the hassle out since they don't deal with your bank. I've used changenow.io. To swap coins from litecoin to dogecoin.
Binance banned my country too. Im using "coinex" its a pretty well no contry here is banned. If u like to use this exchange please use my referral code daxp7 or my referral link https://www.coinex.com/register?refer_code=daxp7&lang=en_US Because it give both of free coin and discount fees
No, Id verification is only if you want to withdraw more than 10k usd per day, you just need to sign up for coinex.
If you havent signed up for coinex, consider using my referral link if you want
I cant find anything specific. that gpu chip should be absolutely fine. the last thing I can think of is making the page file size larger. follow this site as long as ur on windows. if that doesn't work, there is definitely a program or setting limiting the hashrate somehow, but with 100% load idk what would be doing that. try old drivers, new drivers, idk. def try the pagefile size tho

I use Kryptex with my new 3070. Gets around 300 USD per month, currently it spiked up to 540USD per month but it will come down again I think, profitability is goin crazy :)
Dead simple to use, just pause the application when you wanna play games :)
I used it with my 1080 ti before and got around 150USD per month :)
check here for performance comparison but take it with grain of salt as these are perfect results and not many can push such high numbers kryptex benchmarks
just buy BTC wherever you can and use this to exchange and send it to your raven wallet. I've used it once today already and its super fast once your coin sends.

JUST DONT FUCK UP THE ADDRESSES!!!!

There's a few. 2miners and flypool are probably the betters ones.
Then there's also cudominer. You choose Rvn as your payout no matter what coin your mining. You can use my referral code if you want go down the Cudominer path https://www.cudominer.com/?a=gOsiXX2bh You don't have to use it.
if you have access to it, use CUDOMiner. i've been using it for a few months now. you mine the most profitable and can convert it to RVN.
Use this link and we both get a reward. https://www.cudominer.com/?a=GYthJV2kN
There are 3 things to check.
Login to router and be sure to set the external port AND internal port to 8767 (I would do 8766 also). This will work for TCP or UDP. I only allow TCP but either will work. Make sure it is mapped to the correct ip address of your PC.
Go to windows firewall and ensure you have Ravencore enabled for the network your using (home, private, public).
Lastly you may have to reboot your router to open the port. Mine had been up for 4 months so the port forward did not work until I rebooted. Afterwards it took 5-10 minutes before I started seeing connections. DM me if your still having trouble.
Also, I would go to a website like mxtoolbox.com and check to see if port 8767 really is open. Your router may just show its setup but the port may not actually be open.
I use a smart wifi socket. You can control it remotely from your phone and you can see the instant power drained from the wall. Any similar to this will do the work and they are cheap:
Get something like this, put your seed phrase in that. Feels very safe to me, even if my computer is fried and I forget everything I've ever known, I have the seed phrase locked up with tamper proof seals in a safe location, just in case.

Could you share a link to what you get? I've been getting Ubit 6 packs for about $50. I like these because they give you options to power via 6 pin pcie or Molex. I've preferred 2 risers per Molex string which leaves room for my pcie strings to be dedicated to gpu https://www.amazon.com/Ubit-Dual-6pin-Graphics-Extension-Ethereum/dp/B08X4BGKJP?pd_rd_w=yYoBI&pf_rd_p=ec24c188-b45f-4923-921c-81937c625aeb&pf_rd_r=75BS53ZV8DA23YWYCA33&pd_rd_r=94e58ece-d137-4790-867b-ed30db517a80&pd_rd_wg=6kPFS&...
I got some of these. Been working great so far. Was able to get a two pack which is all I needed and they have 8 caps so I felt better about that. That one funky cap would make me cautious.

Something like this if you go pcie 8 pin into the psu and then split it with the 8 pin it will have 288 total watts to offer. So you can do 150w graphics card plus 75w riser no problem. It’s when you do only 6 pin I think it’s like 218w or something close to that so avoid using 6 pin to power both IMO.
If you were using newer cards, I'd say that maybe you are bottlenecked by the risers. But 570s are nowhere fast enough to saturate the PCI-e connection.
Some other posters suggested to go into the BIOS and tone down the PCI-e interface to Gen3, Gen 2 or Gen 1 (if your BIOS allows going that far back). It may solve some issues with the risers but I doubt it will have any effect. Still, giving it a try won't hurt.
If the trouble is really with the interface. Maybe you can try other cables for the risers. I think they are USB3 cables (the blue ones). Maybe that's the problem too.
As a last resort. You can always buy a motherboard with many PCI-e slots with enough clearance to install your cards without risers. Take a look on Amazon and search for "Mining motherboard". That one looks nice :
No idea if your hardware fits on that board. But it has 3 full-size pci-e slots and all the dings you need.
Anyway. Settling for 12,7 MH/s isn't bad either. You already got the hardware. Only thing you need is to wait for the coins to pile up :-)

First you need to check how much your circuit can handle-- a typical household 120V 15A circuit can only go to 1500W continuous load safely (120 * 15 * 0.8) so two 1000W supplies at 800W load each will be right up against that limit. Nothing else can be plugged into the same circuit.
Look on YouTube for tutorials and then get an adapter like this: Dual PSU Power Supply Extension... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0923HYR8R
You can use a Y splitter, or a relay trigger
I use the relay triggers since it's less wires.
You should use a USB 3.0 mining hub. Pcie x1 to 4 USB 3.0.

Then you only need one mobo. You can run your dual psu with either a mobo splitter cable or a tester. That way you only need one mobo! Can get it all into the rack tidy like.

They weren’t nearly this hot… My 570s were 58c now 52/53c with room temp 74.
Also is that a 8 gpu frame? I have 5 cards on mine and I have them spaced out as much as I can. My 1070 is on the end by itself running 49c.
Are the fans dusty? I would maybe change the thermal paste too. 85c is fkn hot cuz. They won’t last too long like that. Also my 570s run at like 90ish watts. I am running a changed bios for the 570s.

If your planning on growing I’d say go for the aaawave 12 GPU frame. Really solid frame and easy to assemble.
I also like the kingwin 8 gpu stackable frames. A lot of frames claim to be 8 gpu, but are just tiny. This one is nice and big.
After that you’ll encounter a lot of 6/8GPU frames from no name manufacturers. Read the reviews on these and trust them. I’ve gotten some that are just so flimsy and awful. I recently got this one and I’d say it’s a 8 out of 10.
Hopefully prices get better. I was able to get that for about $60 before it increased in price again.

I think I made the right decision.
I have been looking at one of these to start with and capping it off. It might be possible to re-screen with a finer mesh.
Really debating getting one for these grow boxes and slapping on this to keep dust out.
Anyone have one consider or have this?
Well I'm using this mining case, you can see from the pictures of it that the cards mount on the rail in the back with 2 screws, and there's a bar running the length of the case the back end of the GPU rests on. If the GPU isn't long enough to reach that bar though, it's only secured by the 2 screws holding it to the rail, which isn't enough support, so it sags. The motherboard is below the GPU's, so I have plenty of room to just plug a card directly into it, and that works fine.
Im using the H110 Pro. Specially for mining. Up to 13 gpus. Altho am just using 7, soon , hopefully 8

Looks like the same one I have, this one on amazon. It's a nice case, but oh my god follow the directions exactly, the first time I put it together I thought the bottom was symmetrical but it is NOT, you can end up with the motherboard mounts in the wrong places and then you gotta take the whole thing apart.
