Eh, those are foot-operated lift jacks, so they only cost about $1k, and it looks like they have a bolted on rig for the engines, so they can just wheel them around everywhere instead of picking them up and moving them. I'd say a couple dozen $1k carts would pay for themself if they prevented even a single drop/bump, which would need a total re-inspection and potential overhaul.
Edit: Vestil, the flagship brand of these doodads (at least at my work), sells the model of cart I'd get for $420 on Amazon. Totally worth it, in my opinion, to ensure the engines are handled safely.
