What I like most about it is that the hole is on the side of the tube, which greatly reduces the water pressure and allows me to clean the walls of myself easier.

If you spend a really long and slow time warming up with it (like an hour, and spending at least 10 minutes with thickest point stretching your sphincters, not with it all the way in there), you should be able to take the dildo you have bought.

We just got one. We got it because we are both bigger people and wanted something that actually fit and was high quality. We have only used it once but we like it. We have the size B. We also found that the Vac-U-Lock Large Suction Cup will fit in it, I was surprised. It's not needed but still cool. We have only used the harness one time but it is nice. +1 on this, it's super informative! My only qualm with it is that I would recommend buying a bidet sprayer (this link is not exactly what I bought, but nearly identical) instead of the shower attachment it suggests. It's functionally the same thing except it hooks into your toilet's water supply line (super easy DIY). See if they make one with longer tubing. It's a little short.
As far as diet basically you want to adjust it either with eating more fiber or less carbs or less spicy food or whatever so when you have a bowel movement there really isn't any or much residue to wipe away with toliet paper. If there is a lot of residue getting clean is harder.

I started with a simple bulb type enema which I used for many years. But it always seemed to be such a pain, because you have to refill it multiple times to really get cleaned, and refilling it is annoying. I know Amazon isn’t the best place for strap ons, but as a couple who was just trying it and not sure if we even would like pegging, this was great. For anal douching there is no need to penetrate yourself with any specially crafted enema nozzle. You can simply press the sprayer head to your anus, release the water to have some gentle (but not too much) pressure and relax the sphincter to let it in. I found this bulb on Amazon and it has been great for cleaning. The check valve on the hose makes it much easier to use than a regular bulb.
