Hi, Try using BOSD veiwer http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html This should allow you to see what bsods you've had after the reinstall and it will tell you the driver causing it, if you don't recognise to driver causing it Google it (or post in comments and ask us.) That should give you a great start on what part to replace if it is hardware related and not driver related I would first make sure you have the newest stable drivers installed on your pc direct from the manufacturer of each components website.

Check what channel your wifi is broadcasting on. If you live in close quarters with your neighbors there may be congestion on the channel.
You can also check with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en (Not sure if it's available from Apple app store)
This article seems to indicate that there is a recurring problem with the Microsoft Wireless mouse with Flash, regardless of the version, due to "High Definition Scrolling". One user reports that a change in mouse solved their issue.

Your laptop has a GTX 1050 in it. It is a high performance GPU that requires all the power it can get to run at full capacity. The GTX 1050 itself needs at least 75 watts, but don't forget your CPU, RAM and Hard Drive also need power to run at full capacity. A dock wouldn't be enough. Something that small that would give enough power simply doesn't exist yet. An external power bank would only extend your battery life, nothing else. What you need is an industrial power supply/generator where you can directly plug your power adapter into. Like this Thing
It is the norm for gaming on laptops to run best when plugged in. Always has been. Even the best and expensive gaming laptops out there suffer FPS drops when playing on battery. Running demanding games or programs on battery is actually damaging the battery thus reducing its lifespan.
That's pretty awesome. I used to love going to the buskers festivals when I lived in Christchurch.
In regards to your setup. If your bluetooth speaker has a mic input or a Line Input you may be able to use something like these in conjunction with your Speaker. The transmission method would be whatever these systems use, so you shouldn't have any noticble latency issues.
All of these are sub $50. I can't state that the quality will be what you want, but again, I do not know your price range.

Here is a headset which might end up being better.
Yep, depending on your model of laptop, you should be able to easily take out your hard drive and put it into an external hard drive dock ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FDLCTQO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Bmj9xbJBNS58W) and get your info off of it.
What kind of input is on the speakers? An aux port?
Edit: If so, you can buy something like this:

I've found something similar at Radio Shack if you have one near you.
Buy another router, run the DPQ3925 in bridge mode (disable wifi as well) and bride to this new router. You have plenty of choices depending on budget. The Netgear R6300v1 (not v2) http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Wireless-Router-AC1750-Gigabit/dp/B0081H8TRA/ with V1.0.2.78_1.0.58 firmware should work perfectly. Has QoS so you can prioritize everything like so - http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24266/~/how-to-enable-quality-of-service-%28qos%29-on-routers-with-the-genie-user-interface
