I have those retro bras too, I love them. They give such great shape. The other one that is similar is the rago 2202 longline https://www.amazon.com.au/Rago-Womens-Long-Line-Black/dp/B001SI98WO/ref=asc_df_B001SI98WO/?tag=googleshopmob-22&linkCode=df0&hvadid=482004031591&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11009975103518767459&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&... which gives same shape and also holds in tummy at same time. It's not underwire as well just like the one your wearing.
only bras I own are these in medium, they're 34B-34D and they fit comfortably of course, but can't glean much from that
All over, lol. The tops of my thighs and on my tummy. I also wear them longer than 3.5 days to get as much out of them as possible. I will clean the area where I'm going to put them thoroughly with alcohol and then after I apply them, I cover them with tattoo tape that I order from Amazon to make sure they stay. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SZNHQTW
they are generally used for all breast sizes. Its just a pull over your head where you don't have to close it in the back or front. https://www.amazon.com/Womens-Genie-Pack-Neutral-Colors/dp/B016C2C4EE/ref=sr\_1\_1\_sspa?crid=87BNL1SK9UEV&keywords=Genie+Bra&qid=1652378279&sprefix=genie+br%2Caps%2C906&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFRV...
I got it on Amazon, it's from a brand called triumph, here's a link, I got it
im not a doctor and not the person you were commenting with, but i would say the main thing is a good ratio of carbs:fats:proteins. you need 9 essential amino acids (the stuff found in protein) and complete proteins (all 9 amino acids) can be made from simple things like rice+beans. i struggle to gain weight myself, but i notice i feel happier when i eat enough food, even if its a lot of sugary carbs instead of "healthy carbs" (i use cronometer.com to track what i eat, its free). That said, i'd probably feel even happier (if that is a good measure of health) if i ate healthy, but eating enough feels better than undereating at the end of the day, though actually doing it is hard.
There are some decent ones that won’t break the bank. I use this one for daily wear, as it’s got all the steel bones you need and it’s much more breathable being mesh. Don’t let the mesh part fool you, it’s very sturdy material.
Something similar to this will work for you
Check this out: Angel Kiss 2pcs/Set Twist Up Manual... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01958XAJU/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdb_imm_8ZXPK4SDWDD2CXJZZ73J?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
These little things do wonders to tame the nips when a bra is not possible. There are lots of styles and vendors. This is just the first one that came up on google.

I'm pre-everything but my plan is to keep the breast forms and bras I have now until it's too much to fit, then get smaller forms and hopefully be able to go without any forms.
I bought these C cup forms from Amazon and love them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019MIHSEQ I haven't peeled the back to expose the glue, I just slip them in my bra. And for bras, I love this one because it keeps everything in place when I have to lift things at work. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FL7JYBS
Also, that bra is spaced wider, like it was made for amab with the wider chest.
Why not wear a binder? What's the different between a binder and 2 sports bras?
I wear this : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016Q1CFJ0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_q62MFb8JXX5M9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Seems to work well. I wear a small. As is its OK. Buy if I fold the long thin part over as a double it works better.
I've not used any hot just natural herbs and have grown nice breasts. Use this for three years on and off. Also the cream and petria maphicak(sp). 36 b cup and trying to milk https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001UFSRG8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
