Sadly, that little portion of the scene is the only piece I've found in such high-res. Hopefully someone scans the entire calendar at that same resolution at some point.
There's another picture from after the movie showing Violet arriving on Ekarte to move there permanently, with Gilbert carrying her belongings for her.
Make sure you change the format to the full edition thing if you want all the stuff
I have no idea...
Look at the product details,
One owner even mentions it in their review
Here are the technical specs via IMDB.

Funimation has messed around it seems
I found them on amazon jp https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/Violet-Evergarden-Bottom-Gaiden-Everafter/dp/B086JBD4NF/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1TC363XTY00KW&keywords=%E3%83%B4%E3%82%A1%E3%82%A4%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AC%E3%83%83%E3%83%88%E3%83%BB%E3%82%A8%E3%83%B4%E3%82%A1%E3%83%BC%E3%83%BB%... These are all 4 volumes. Can't seem to find any digital raw JP version though
In English, people often say "going to" before a verb, to indicate "intention" or "prediction of a future state" of doing that verb (Source). You may hear in casual conversation "I'm gonna [verb]" which is short for "I'm going to [verb] ". It has a very similar, almost identical, meaning to "I will [verb]".
Since "going to..." translates directly to "... 行く", you can think of it as "moving towards the state of (doing) [verb], intentionally or not".
A quick search on Google Translate gives:
Leon believes that because he is excellent with decoding/translation, Violet will have difficulty typing quickly enough to keep up with him. Hence he intends to warn her of this (which fits with つもり). In this situation he could have also said: "I warn you" or "I am warning you", given that he is warning her now rather than later. However, the phrase "going to" stresses that Leon is making an active and intentional effort to warn her - that he is moving from a state of inaction (not warning her) to action (warning her).
Another use of "going to":
Here, the person predicts that they will fall over soon. It does not necessarily mean the person intended to fall.
I was able to purchase the BluRay from Amazon Japan and import it to the US.

I don't know if that is an option for you, but wanted to put it out there so people know it is available.
I just searched "Violet Evergarden novels" and found some results. But here is one result. Just remember that you would be buying from an intermediary, so no guarantees on the reliability or quality.
I'm not sure about US physical copy, I just know that in Europe amazon is selling it (check here the italian version)
Sure, here
Hi,
We have a subreddit Discord server: https://discord.com/invite/Q3yPQ2d if it's not a pain creating a Discord account.
If you ever decide to create a Discord account we warm-heartedly welcome you.
I just got it on Amazon (I'm sure u could buy it in red bubble or eBay or something too) but here's the link: Violet Evergarden Anime Fabric... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B3Q46X8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
If, like me, you'd rather read them in epub format, someone converted those translations and put them for download there: https://nyaa.si/view/1410153
(not sure if I'm allowed to give a link to a torrent site though the content of this particular torrent is in the fan translation grey zone)
(A direct download link is also available on that page.)
Well there isn't. Netflix only allows you to go up to 1080p at maximum, and the same goes with the bluray, if you are one of the lucky folks who managed to guy one for around 30$.
However, if you aren't against piracy then there are people who ripped the bluray disk into their computer, then encode it, upscaled it into better visual and audio quality. You can find torrent links to download them here (please use the search bar).
I just had this issue several weeks ago. Here, you can download raw, or with english subs, of res version of the movie through torrent links.
Author: snowyani2000.
Can't find any art account of that artist, but here is a little bit of information about that piece

If you wanna watch another anime with very human characters, try Sound! Euphonium! Also by the same studio that did Violet, Kyoto Animation. It's available on Crunchyroll, just sort by Oldest for the first season. There's also a sequel film to the series called Liz and the Blue Bird, directed by the person who directed Episode 5 of Violet, Naoko Yamada.
Her other works are fantastic, too. K-On! (order goes K-On!->Live House OVA->K-On!!->Planning OVA->Movie), Tamako Market (and its sequel film Tamako Love Story) and A Silent Voice.
Really, you can't go wrong with any of KyoAni's series. Here's a list of things they've done
I'm so sorry for being this late, I had to keep up with my studies.
just to clarify, only the first chapter of each pdf is in light grey color, while the rest are in a darker color. I will be changing the colors of the first chapters to match the darker color. (expect it to be ready in 8 hours or so, which you can find by opening the links above)
I use PDF-Xchange editor which you can download from their website here.
Again, very sorry for the long delay.
I got it on Amazon JP! link this is one of the links (for the movie) You'll find the rest by related search. There's 4 episode DVD sets, the movie on the left set, and movie on the right set.
I don't know that there's one specific source. In some regions, I think this piece of KyoAni art was used as an actual movie poster as shown here. I think in Japan it was given out to movie attendees as an actual 'Postcard' for attending the movie as shown here. The version I linked was simply doing a Google Image Search on the artwork and saving/hosting the highest res version I could find :)
Yes, Funimation has officially licensed the series and the two films from the overseas licensor (ABC Animation (JP).
Speaking of which, the Funimation standard Blu-ray (Region A) release of the TV series is $27.99 USD on Amazon (US).
Sure thing!
So VPN is important (imo) to have anyways, as it does tech-y things that I'm not fully able to explain accurately. A quick google should help.
I use NordVPN, which is roughly $60 for a year.
Once you have it setup and installed (relatively easy, and packages in a password vault - like Lastpass but Nord's version) you can select which VPN to connect to - it has quick-connect as well as region-based options.
I hope this helps!
These two versions, to be exact. Thinking about the 84 USD version, since I think 500 is a little overpriced, even if the entire show is a masterpiece :)
Sorry if it's out of topic but what are the differences on both?
The Limited Edition I saw in amazon is it the same as the collector's one?
really want the Limited one but I am too broke to pay for $500 for it.
Collector's edition blu ray ^^ There's some lovely stuff in it, and obvious-statement-is-obvious, but the show is noticeably better looking watching the blu ray compared to streaming it, well worth grabbing the blu ray if you feel so inclined.
Funimation Shop is currently "out of stock" of the Limited Edition.
Both Amazon and Right Stuf are still taking preorders for the Limited Edition, although Right Stuf has a banner stating "There's limited quantity of Violet Evergarden Limited Edition Blu-ray/DVD available at this price. Order now before they're gone!"
Any recommendations on where to (legally) obtain it? I looked on Amazon, but only found this for > $50.
A streaming option would be great, but I couldn't find it on Google Play Music, which is what I usually use.
