> and one rather creepy, dead-looking Miku robot
Oh man, i know exactly what Nico video this is about.
【等身大】初音ミク作ってみた【01_balladePV】 or niconico.com
The guy starts off all excited, and plans everything out meticulously (a lot of it is very well-made!), and it starts off really promising, but the way it turns out... (moment of truth: 34:20)
Not really. A large majority of Miku figures don't come with a shimapan "pre-installed". Certain exceptions do exist e.g. Lat-type 1/8 scale Miku, however they're officially not as common.
Having that said, here's one with lots of shimapan exposure. :P
Lol, here's the original upload - http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm23928436
There should have been no reason to censor it for the ranking but it looks like it was by request of the video creator. Still, doing so must have made it that much more hilarious when curious people went to go see what the fuss was about. It's not even a very good cover of the song (Miku's tuning is bland), but the video....hahaha, spot on!
There's the VocaDB app for android, which can be used to follow recent songs on Youtube, NiconicoDouga, SoundCloud and others. Obviously you can also use it to browse older songs by a specific artist.
Oh cool, thanks!
I'm currently learning Japanese and literally learned 危険 just last week. 歩きスマホ looked a bit odd, albeit intuitive. Wondered if it might be a word of its own, and it turns out it actually is!
And holy shit, I was able to read 大阪市交通局 too— Osaka City Transportation Bureau. I can't believe I can actually read that now!
I know you probably don't even care, but these epiphanies are always such a thrill haha. So glad I decided to learn a language.
To add to this:
The entire franchise is built off an illustration by an artist named huke. Ryo was inspired by that to make the song, and huke joined in to provide the art for the music video (for the record, huke is a member of Supercell, doing illustration work; ryo is pretty much the only member responsible for music, outside of vocalists who aren't considered "members"). The song was a very important factor in B☆RS' popularity, though, and was the major push behind the OVA, which led to the game and the series. Only knowing of BRS because of the song is understandable, as the sketch hardly made it out of Pixiv; how many people pay attention to doujin artwork outside of Japan?
Nico link for anyone that's interested.
Well, it's certainly interesting, and it sounds fine. Reminds me a bit of the Astro Boy theme song for some reason. (I used to watch that show in Chinese, so it feels weird to say "Astro Boy.")
Your best bet is to probably look for the VOCAR&B tag at NND - http://www.nicovideo.jp/tag/VOCAR%26B
Sadly, there's only 491 entries, compared to, say, the VOCAROCK tag with over 17...thousand.
If that 18M views video is what I think it is (concert version, i.e. Corollamiku's footage), I suppose that I can re-encode that one segment right now, and put it on my google drive.
edit: video is up (68mb). PM me if you want the LA version (I know its not asked yet).
Sorry for the not so great image quality. Dorm probably wasn't the best place to take the picture.
Either way, I've always loved the V3 version of Miku. There's just something I like about the White shirt and the "skirt".
If you guys are interetsed, here's an Amazon Link ($25)
Wait what. ? Like.. available translated and such?
I've only read the Hatsune Mix.. are there more? (.. quality stuff.. not H-stuff please).
<strong>found it on Amazon</strong>
It's mine now. :3 Thank ya kindly!
Without intending to be devil's advocate, as someone who remembers Miku before the projections on glass, the criticism is valid, even if it is ill-informed. It is not a condemnation of Vocaloid or any group of fans, it is an effect of an entire culture. For further reading: https://medium.com/matter/japan-has-a-cute-problem-efe1f46d402c
On the other hand, as mentioned, nobody forces the musicians who use Miku as an instrument/singer to use her image at all, nor is there anything stopping anyone from choosing images that show less skin. Shaming and blaming doesn't really help anyone.
Do you need a color palette or just need a single color that best represents IA? For a single color, a mix of her cream colored (with pink highlights) hair and her skirt might be best. Should look like this:
http://www.colorcodehex.com/ffcad7/
If you need a whole palette, try this:
If you thought that version of Rera was good, try the Vocalistener version. - http://www.nicovideo.jp.am/watch/sm19155235
As of this writing, there's about 1100 original Iroha songs uploaded to Nico Nico Douga - http://www.nicovideo.jp/tag/%E3%81%84%E3%82%8D%E3%81%AF%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AA%E3%82%B8%E3%83%8A%E3%83%AB%E6%9B%B2
If you can't see any of the videos because you didn't make a NND account, do yourself a favor and create one. Otherwise, use the Offsite Player in the Rera example I posted and for any video link you want to watch, insert .am after the .jp in the URL to the video.
> If you don't really like anything you've heard, then Vocaloid probably isn't for you. We can't all like the same things.
I kind of feel like trying to define vocaloid music as a genre is like trying to define something like violin music as a genre. As I see it anyway, vocaloids are instruments, and they can be used to make pretty much any sort of music. Violins, for example, might be known for being used in classical music, but they're also used in modern pop, and there's even famous jazz violinists. As such, I'm not sure that's necessary.
In regards to:
> Kokone, also made by Internet Co., Ltd. is a relatively new, and highly underrated Vocaloid.
Not that I necessarily disagree with you, but I did get a good laugh. I totally understand the temptation to say those sorts of things, but one can call pretty much any of the non-crypton vocaloids that aren't GUMI or IA highly underrated. *cough* Yukari *cough*
Like /u/Ravenclaw572 mentioned, suggesting songs often leads to inherent biases.
I'll just end this reply with a link to all the videos on nicovideo that are tagged with "vocaloid" and sorted by views. (Although arguably, mylists might be a better statistic to determine popularity.)
Via Niconico Douga. I might have just registered at the site too, and was checking out the "yattemita's" and TissueHime's bass cover of Melt made the rankings. While impressed with her (/his) playing I looked more into this "hatsune miku" character, and that was that. Apparantly my first registered MyList entry was Oster's Miracle Paint.
I spent so much time on this site that I never really bothered looking up Vocaloid on youtube or on fansites, so I will always call Len "Ren". Oh well.
Oh, you noticed ^^
Well, that´s the Miku Edition of the Xiao Mi 6X.
https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_6x_hatsune_miku_edition_official-news-31927.php
nope, red blenny is wrong; you can get LTE 4G on t-mobile, bands 2 (2100MHz) and band 5 (850MHz)
will also work with at&t, rogers in canada, and much more.
Full coverage:
<strong>3G bands</strong> HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
<strong>4G bands</strong> LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 34(2000), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500) - China
The image seems to be deleted from the artist's pixiv page.
And what I assume is the source according to saucenao and zerochan. There were actually a couple results for the image but I think this is the source.
>It's definitely not okay to assume someone's musical taste.
>> "but I've been into electronic music for years"
From what I've experienced when some people word it like that, they mean that they want electronic music only, sorry for the assumption.
Also, Vocajazz is indeed a thing! The video link for Fairyland has a reprint Vocajazz channel for some old songs and there is also the Vocajazz tag on nico. Have fun browsing!
The art is all by Nou, looks like he collabs with IMBK the most.
playlist of songs featuring Nou
Not familiar enough with this artist to know if the songs are all connected beyond that though. Seems really cool though~
Shitposting using vocal synth audio is way more work than it looks like. You ought to check out Synth V or UTAU (both free) to see if it is something you even really want to mess with.
I assume the Miku free trial requires a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) to use it, just search for "free DAW" and there are a bunch of them. Cakewalk by BandLab is a common one to use.
Buying the Hatsune Miku V4 English version for around $140 is the cheapest you're going to find for Miku.
Doing this is going to be like buying a car and getting a drivers license just so you can do some donuts in an empty parking lot and then go back to riding the bus.
And the original artist of the second image is Minami, of course.
This is great, it demos the use of V3 and V4 voice banks, cross synthesis between appends, that new pitch change feature thingy, and the new growl feature all at once.
Edit: looks like the vid went private, here is the NND vid.
Dancing wildly has similar kinda raps Its also from Umetora. Here's the link to his nicolist incase you haven't seen it.
The ultimate pick-me-up song, whether it's your birthday or not, has got to be this one:
"<strong>Blessing</strong>" by Halyosy + huge Nico-collab ft. all the Crypton Vocaloids
English subs - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_e_WcmL7fM
You could check out this particular producer's other works here. I'm not too familiar with this particular producer, since from his mylist he hasn't been active for a couple years.
I think yairi also does the whole piano and drums thing. Although yairi's style changed drastically recently, so his work before July 2014 is probably closer to what you're looking for.
Hope you find something else you like there!
Niconico douga. They publish the rankings in realtime on the vocaloid videos page: http://ex.nicovideo.jp/vocaloid/ranking And there's a daily/weekly video channel of the rankings as well: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm24122311
Assuming you can't read Japanese and it doesn't auto-detect your region, you can go to the bottom and click on the dropdown that says 言語 日本語 and select English.
Its, almost literally, Miku's anthem...Every fan of Vocaloid, whether they love or hate Miiku, should take a moment to get to know that song.
The source of the madness - http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm1097445
Video is super solid. I hope ROMO's career will skyrocket because of this.
The making of is also interesting. I never thought MMM can also import motions from iPi Mocap. And does mocap even better (if my vague understanding of 3:00 is correct). I always thought of MMM as subpar to MMD. I guess I have to consider using that now. But man, I'd kill for that motion tracking setup BrotherP uses.

As for whether this actually works on a phone, I'm not sure. To my experience trying to watch any sort of a video on a phone is problematic.
and nhato too! High energy trouse style very similar to Deadmau5 but more progressive. Not sure if he has a nico page though...
Clean Tears is a big favourite of mine. A lot of trance but he has also done a few dubstep, dnb and trouse tracks http://www.nicovideo.jp/user/1313476/video
For anyone wondering or confused, the singer is Haigo Meiko, MEIKO's sample provider.

I used to follow the rankings (at least the monthly rankings) religiously, hah.
Speaking of Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru, ika's latest song in five years Minna Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru, [youtube] (a PV collab with Mosaic.wav) is in the rankings again. That song will never die.
Ahhh, now this is a classic, or as classic as you can get for 2007.
Original video that started Hatsune Miku's love of leeks.
Edit: Found the vector that the original poster's image was cut from. Not sure who made it, though.
It is rumored that this project might be Project MMT, which was shown in a teaser video last December. 2ch seems to have found evidence for it.
I would agree, however, I don't know about you, but YouTube's tendency to completely rape the quality of any music uploaded to it makes it unlistenable to me.
If someone goes trough trouble to actually download the video, please post the MP3 itself that can be easily extracted from the video, or at least post a link to the original.
Annd back up.
Wonder if somebody from that company is monitoring this thread. Hey, video taking down dude, if you see this, how about an IAMA? :)
I'd recommend using VocaDB CSVs along with a tagging program. I personally use foobar2000, and it's really easy to mass tag, rename files, and convert tracks.
In foobar, tagging goes: copy CSV to clipboard > select all tracks > properties > tools > automatically fill values > match pattern to CSV format.
I also sort the files into a folder for each producer, and a subfolder for each of their albums.
Did you know Amazon will donate a portion of every purchase if you shop by going to smile.amazon.com instead? Over $50,000,000 has been raised for charity - all you need to do is change the URL!

Ah, yeah, I was expecting more Vocaloid goodness too when I got my Cardboard. Nevertheless, this post reminds me to start researching how to export MMD stuff to game engines. And I just finished my VR game too, so I suppose now's a good time to start =3
Source from a commentary video by an utaite, translated by Coleena Wu / Papercoleena.
The TLDR seems to be "Vocaloid is declining because these days it's more about the songs and series instead of the Vocaloid characters themselves". Weirdly, that's how I've always viewed Vocaloid since I'm never big on idolizing characters and stuff.
It's a pretty fascinating read/watch (quite long though). Just wondering what are you guys take on this.
Miku Trance 2010. It's an unofficial album series of 7 albums (the 8th got lost) put together by a forum member on some forum (I can't find the forum anymore).
Name of the mmd model is a version of Ran Yakumo, and it seems its not a vocaloid or utau that sang this but an acutal person! Here's the nico link to the original (also youtube link if thers to much trafic on nnd)
I've been really enjoying this song http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm25914159 ^^Ritsu ^^is ^^technically ^^male... ^^hahaha
But in serious I'd recommend VY2, I haven't heard much of him but the ones I have I greatly enjoyed. One of the better male voices imo.
No problemo, it's great to see new fans!
Toa is more of a who instead of a what. He/she (I'm not sure about their gender) is a music producer who's made quite a few really good songs using various vocaloids. If you liked what you heard, you can find more songs by checking out Toa's official youtube channel or NND account.
I hope this was helpful :)
I think this is the quickest I've gotten the subs up after a song's been published lol. I will drop everything for Nashimoto >:3
Also, although it's kind of a minor issue with this kind of video, the nico version looks a lot smoother, less ugly artifacts etc. in case that was bothering you ^shrugs
Same here been listening it on repeat for a while now :D. Haven't really found anything similar to this style, but if you're a fan of AI + Miku duet I'd recommend to check out Rebirth Also has that piano touch and slower parts, only more rock!
From what I know, Vocaloid 5 does not come with DAW software included.
However, there are many good free DAWs available. Cakewalk by BandLab is one of the most well known. There are a lot of tutorial videos available. Ableton and Reaper are two others that people like. Just look up "best free DAW" on the web or on YouTube if you want to hear about other options.
Oh man that space invader x miku fabric in this picture (is it for sale anywhere) _ And I really love those little Taito Mikus, wish they weren't mainly prize figures so they were easier to get stateside!
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sykjxu3dx69028e/BFeeG14ItR/2012-09-17%2010.43.35.jpg
They may share small visual similarities, but Hatsune Miku is not Black Rock Shooter. The source images should be apparent of that.
Still a nice image to make a desktop background, though.
Original artist. Unfortunately, the image no longer exists in their gallery. No works are in their gallery. It's a shame. :(
Here's the largest version I could find of it. Looks a little jpeggy, but what can ya do?
It seems the original artist deleted this image from their Pixiv account. Here is the link to their account.
And here is a link to the image, a bit higher resolution. Warning, the ads on that site may be NSFW.
Just doing a quick copy and paste from the last time I posted one of these here :)
> For those who don't know what Groupees is, its essentially a site that focuses mostly on game and music bundles (like Humble Bundle but more obscure). This is their first time doing a Vocaloid bunde.
>How the site works is they do blind-preorders before launching the bundle fully, letting you buy for a price that's cheaper than if you were buying it on release. Once the preorder period is up, it will unlock on your Groupees account.
If it helps, this was the previous Vocaloid Bundle that Groupees did (which also did a $1 preorder, then later launched at $2 and added 3 items as the bundle went on)
Close, but not quite! In display zoom mode iPhone 6 will upscale from the 640 mode, it's really, really screwed up: http://www.paintcodeapp.com/news/ultimate-guide-to-iphone-resolutions (I didn't know about the iPhone 6 Plus actually rendering at 1242x2208)
It's even worse with iPad resolutions. I used to make wallpapers, just geometric and organic patterns, but it started getting stupid.
Blender uses curves for animating stuff. What you can do is get a sound file and use the waveform of the sound as the animation curve. That's basically what I did to achieve this effect. It's kinda hard to explain without actually seeing it :/
edit: a screenshot of my blender screen although it probably doesn't make sense.
This sounds like hopeless optimism, but I really hope PFX considers giving Oliver a V4 upgrade. The VP is probably unavailable for re-recordings, but since the VP is anonymous, as long as they get a voice result that sounds similar to the original Oliver voice tone I will be happy.
Oliver is probably the first english vocaloid where people actually did something with him. Within the first year of being released, people on DA made plushies, fanart, original songs, heck some of these songs actually ranked on the weekly ranking. (The one most remarkable to me was Tarantuala though I'm sure a few other songs ranked as well.)
It floored me to see people actually care about an english vocaloid, at one point he had more fanart than a few V3 girls on pixiv (cough Tone Rion, Mew, Ring, etc.) He's even been featured in a cartoon, Bee and Puppycat, his cute voice making a cameo for the ever fitting cute character PuppyCat.
So Happy 3rd Birthday Oliver, for being the first english vocaloid that people actually cared about. May you get more original songs and fanart so that PFX can upgrade you into something bigger and better.
(By the way, Oliver was the first english vocaloid that I actually listened to because quite frankly a lot of the older english vocaloids didn't have an appealing voice tone.)
I'll end this post with a popular pixiv fanart that made the front page awhile ago. Pixiv link
The specific cover was possibly one of these:
Kakichoco
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm19852503
Cocolu
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm19984793
Kenken appears to be the name of the person who encoded those videos, not the singer.
Hmm... the song does goes through a definite shift. I like the way it's integrated though. I think the song livens up and if they were to put that part anywhere in the song, it fits most right there in the middle.
On the other hand, in Crescent Moon, Water Jug, Waning Night... it just sort of got slapped on at the end.
>I think he should really focus on keeping a sense of integrity within his songs, like how Bloom has (which is definitely one of my favorite songs ever).
Welp, I know what I'm listening to next!
A lot of songs can be found on YouTube but I recommend making an account here. You should also check out other vocaloids! There are plenty of them: all with different ranges and traditional styles.
It's not really that much, but from what we have, the style ressembles very much what Karasuyasabou or Potential0 would usually do.
Check their mylist and see if the song is there. Even if it's not, they're bot pretty good VocaloP so it's a win-win situation!
You've found my favorite producer.
Here's his nico nico page: http://www.nicovideo.jp/user/1159685
He also moonlights as Hiroyuki Oda. His real name is Hiro Kanzaki and is more well known as a manga and anime artist.
Also, here's the official video for Gift Nor Art
val0108 did a bit of a strange romanization of his name.
He's Fujun Isei Kouyuu P.
His Vocaloid Tracks are by the label Nanahoshi Kangengakudan, or Nanahoshi Orchestra.
Here's his mylist, it has all of his recent songs, and some of his top songs.
http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/18955315
Everything older can be found on his PIAPRO page:
Scattered throughout the descriptions you'll be able to find some 320 mp3 links, and also instrumental versions.
He was a very difficult artist for me to track down as well, but he's probably my favourite vocaloid producer so well worth it!
I was having trouble figuring out what some of the lyrics were. Turns out it's because the song includes lyrics written in Hymnos.
Here's the original: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm5099369
Oh no, I only did the translation and the subs. I realized the video quality was crap when I downloaded it :c sorry
Here is the original video (music is by Jiwataneho).
I know right? I stumbled upon this piece purely by chance on NND back when I was looking for Ikue Asazaki songs. It's a real pity that the artist Bungalangit hasn't made another similar folk song other than asagaobushi, rankanbashibushi and Kyoutobojyou.
The first thing you should do is create a NicoNico Douga account if you don't have one. Pretty much all Vocaloid songs that are uploaded to the internet are uploaded there.
Follow your favourite producers, and sippotan, who does a weekly ranking/crossfade of the top 30 Vocaloid songs and top 10 Utauloid songs.
As of yesterday, I haven't seen Halyosy upload the song to his NND account. I'll post the link to his account if don't already have it, after I get home.
Halyosy's NND Page - http://www.nicovideo.jp/user/1101042/video
Not sure if this is faster because this Nico Douga player seems to be hosted in Japan (with an Armenia country domain id), but its a heck of lot easier to remember. All you do is modify the full URL by adding .am after the .jp like this:
This drove me absolutely crazy. I knew i had heard this song before, but wasn't able to find in in my library, then realized it was part of this playlist i had listened to over and over.
Here's another one, but I haven't listening to the song yet (can't view it from where I am right now.) - "Hypocrite" feat. GUMI by Kerokku - http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm15655531
Basically I'm just looking for any song or description that has the word gizen or gizensha in it (偽善, 偽善者), or hypocrisy and hypocrite, along with vocaloidオリジナル曲 (vocaloid original song). Then double check the song tile in YouTube to see if a subtitled version exists.
Yes me too, the lyrics are indeed quite complex/philosophical
Who knows perhaps I'm going to give it a try after I finish my current fansub project, I wanted to translate it earlier but the lyrics transcription wasn't avaible back then when the first version appeared
Also I find it funny that the producer never used the word 無神論 however there's a mention about 神 at the end
Anyone figure out what the m@rk miku tropical one is from? I assume the creator was m@rk, but none of the ones which were in http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/4552182 and on Youtube sounded like it.
This is awesome!
P.S. Anyone wanting a download link, I managed to download the video file from Nico Nico. I've uploaded it to Google drive if anyone wants the song :3 Link is here. (If OP wants me to take down the download link then I will.)
Custom, the base design is available on Amazon
There’s a Rin-chan Now! Manga series.
Hatsune Miku: Rin-Chan Now! Volume 1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1506703135/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_Jo6cGbB5DG8C8
There are 4 in total.
EDIT: Technically Kagerou Daze has a manga series and Light Novel series, but that’s up to you whether it counts for your purposes.
I have to start by saying I know very little about this particular series of stories. But I did try to see what I could find that fit within a "shirt/poster/keychain" kind of budget. Sadly, since I know about as much as you do about 7 Deadly Sins, I had trouble with even knowing what to look for. :/
I tried digging through Amazon to find something related to the Daughter of Evil story, the only work my Mothy I'm even a little bit familiar with. Somehow all I was able to find was this little guy. I have no idea why Amazon always has so many cheap mousepads. But dang, that art is cool.
I also managed to find this set of seven buttons on etsy with characters from the series. The pins use the seller's own drawings.
Beyond that, I have just one bit of advice. If he's into Vocaloid in general, see if you can figure out what his favorite "singers" are. (Since you mentioned something about twins I'm guessing he probably likes Rin and Len. They're enormously popular.) Once you know that, anything with that character's default outfit is guaranteed to be a hit. My own boyfriend is a huge fan of wall scrolls, and those can be found really cheap on Amazon and eBay. And all weeaboo trash love figures. They're pretty much plastic crack.
The game didn't get an English physical release. As for Project Mirai DX, it's on Amazon
I didn't buy it from Amazon but it looks like they sell it here. Whether you trust the seller is another thing, but the outfit is definitely one of my favorites!
PROXIES! According to the reviews it's got, Hotspot Shield is supposed to be a "good" free one for China (Please note the quotation marks around "good". It's ad supported and slow, but it supposedly works for accessing blocked sites in China.) That is, if China didn't block that website too.
Also, China why didn't just block US websites altogether?
I got mine at Lawson’s, but I think you can order it from Amazon Japan. The standard version contains just the manga. The link I provided is the limited edition, which comes with the remix CD.
I think someone posted another similar thread earlier: https://old.reddit.com/r/Vocaloid/comments/zdiock/could_someone_please_write_a_guide_for_buying/
though you might have to go through the steps to help her download it (at that age i would've loved like a plushie, or maybe concert but i think mikuexpo's kinda delayed, but you can still listen to music together (with Christmas coming up maybe you can buy her some "Snow Miku" merch [it's still miku, she's just wearing some winter themed clothing lol]), maybe you can go to a local con too
https://www.amazon.com/2023-Hatsune-Miku-Wall-Calendar/dp/1438889615 also a 2023 calendar out already, nice art and practical. Or maybe get a wig if she ever wants to dress up as miku some day (some cosplay wigs should last a few years if you take care if it i believe)
Not OP but this screamed "shitty wish fake video game console type thing" which I absolutely love and (sadly) a quick amazon search landed me with this - https://www.amazon.com/HAPHOM-Electronic-Portable-Non-Slip-Interface/dp/B092QV4GYY
Between this "HAPHOM" and "FWFX" (which are very obviously the same people) there's a lot of random stolen Vocaloid shots, for example the second image here having this bizarre MMD image of Gumi and Teto
https://www.amazon.com/Taito-451113600-Project-Hatsune-Version/dp/B07MJ4XM1M Sakura Miku is also pretty and it looks pretty good quality for under 40 bucks, maybe you can check closer when it's halfway into Dec to see if there are discount/sales, I got an Ice Lily figure one christmas at like 20 bucks tho she's not as popular as Miku (tho surprised she has figures at all tbh lol)
https://www.amazon.com/Max-Factory-Fluffy-version-Action/dp/B06WGW1N2Y if you want snow miku specifically this one's a bit cheaper; though personally i'd rather have her coat than the figure lol; good luck! Maybe there are ppl reselling on a cheaper price on mercari but i don't know how much shipping would cost if you're buying it from a previous owner as opposed to directly from the brand name stores
good luck! and while mikus twintails are iconic i'm sure you could use that wig for another chara as well lol
https://special.goodsmile.info/miku15th/en/ There is a strawberry miku but might take quite a bit of time/money to put together

miku bathtoys would be kinda cute/fun considering how bathing is such a huge thing is in japan (or something more like this https://www.amazon.com/Spa-Headband-Facial-Makeup-Washing/dp/B086QQD7T8 in the cryptonloid colors)
When I was doing music in high school, I borrowed a book from my dad called Music made simple by Peter Dimond. It's pretty old (1982), but it gives a pretty good account of classical music and some jazz, covering the theory of the time. I learned how to write a fugue from it.
Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but it can be very useful to have some classical knowledge when writing a song - it's one of the things that makes someone like Kajiura Yuki fantastic. I've also seen elements come up in some Deco*27 stuff for something more vocaloid related.

Back at you, do you know any good books or resources on singing? It's been really stumping me using piapro. I play the trumpet, so I know how to music, but I don't really know anything specific to singing.
That's not a figurine actually. It's a 3D model of miku. I took this picture using the AR app, Mikupicture. You might already know that already.
Well it's on Amazon Music, or at least it was...
ah yeah looking again now, i think i just got lucky. There's this yellow one for pretty cheap i think cuz its not a very popular colour but all the other ones are like ~$1000 :(

Note: Wowaka, as some of us know, is no longer with us. So you will not support him, but whatever record label purchased his songs. Or his family?
