Found 1080p intro video in youtube, went frame by frame to find the parts i wanted, took the screen shots, went to CVS and printed out five 5x7s for like $13, bought these frames on amazon for $13
This might be a good time to try and revive /r/xfilesfanfic.
I am searching Gossamer for one fic in particular - post The Un-Natural and Mulder and Scully have sex up against a fence at the baseball diamond... I will edit to include the link when I find it.

Yes, that's the X-files Movie. (Fight the Future, came out in 1998)
There are 2 volumes of The X-Files Book of the Unexplained by screenwriter Jane Goldman, which seems to cover what you’re talking about, for the first few seasons at least.
According to this Barnes and Noble page, it will be available on August 12th.
EDIT: According to IDW, the game has been pushed to a September release.
I haven't been yet, but a good idea is to go through episodes you like, and then google the locations. Such as: "X-Files Season 2 Episode 7 locations." IMDB has a lot of the filming locations listed, with addresses. You can use google maps street view to see if the location still looks the same A list of some locations. They've compiled a few that are still there, including Skyland Mountain.
You'll probably find a lot of familiar locales, as a lot of film/TV productions film in Vancouver. The Every Frame A Painting YouTube video "Vancouver Never Plays Itself" does a great job of showing the city through different films and shows and how often it's used.
Have a great trip!
> former writing partner James Wong.
James Wong was also one of the characters from X-Files: The Game.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet but is this mini-series supposed to mesh with the comic books? Because I don't think I've seen any references. Then again, it's only the first episode (and I think I may be missing the last volume so maybe it does have some sort of continuity after the last volume of the "comic season 10".)
I have and it's awesome and after your done playing that you should look into this game as well Area 51 with David Duchovny's voice work. I played the Xbox version and it was awesome. https://www.amazon.com/Area-51-Xbox/dp/B00019AZA0
Yeah the default is Russian. There is English audio too though. If you follow this guide for Vlc media player you can get them to play as English being the default language so you don't have to select it every time :)

Amazon UK is a lot cheaper, and this set is region free. Get the season 1-9 blu-ray set for about $106 and then add season 10 for $15.

This is a children’s book that may fit, apologies if not! Also, AWESOME of you to try and get something for your resident!
This is a common scam. Don't click OP's link. Here's the shirt on Amazon instead: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Files-Truth-There-Cartoon-Aliens/dp/B09FDN5MWB/ref=asc_df_B09FDN5MWB/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=602657370686&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7366862071077629406&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&...
I know this is an ice-cold thread, but Theresa Geller's X-Files book on the TV Milestones academic series is excellent, and has the exact things you're looking for: a chapter on gender, chapters on globalization, conspiracy as genre and as allegory, etc. Scholarly, but very clearly written. Maybe your friend has another birthday coming up?

Hmm it's been a while since I've seen a physical one in a bookstore, so your best bet might be Amazon - ebook, paperback, and audiobook are here: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01NBZ94X4/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_FY7TAJQY6FE7VJK1SQ6Z
Cheers!
There is an official licensed poster that is easily available - I have one and it’s great.
There are lots of x-files action figures on eBay.
I’d recommend this book X-Files Official Archives
I’d search eBay for the funko pops too.
You can get it on Amazon!

Sorry, I've never heard of Viaplay.
Edit: Did a quick google, looks like it's a Swedish streaming service? According to this it has all seasons in HD https://www.justwatch.com/se/tv-series/the-x-files

Millennium, The Lone Gunmen and a few more graphic novels wouldn't fit on those shelves, I really do need a bigger bookcase. I also want to re-buy some books that naive, younger me got rid of!
I don't know how to show a photo without making a brand new post so here's a link but Xtreme Possibilities isn't a novel, it's an episode guide for S1-5, Each episode is broken down into various categories - best and worst dialogue, what Scully's rational theory was that week, what was going on with the conspiracy etc, and then the three authors sum up the episode.
I hope you like 'em. Please let me know your thoughts after you've read them. This was Barkun's first book and the first book of his I read, which is... well, let's just say the stuff he was describing hasn't gone away since the early '90s, as people hoped it would.

They're very soft. My roommate got a whole bunch of attachable nose thingies from Amazon that you can stick on the masks and then mold to fit your nose. Like this. So I use those too, to kind of keep the mask upright on my face, but even without those the mask is comfortable and fits.
Mulder is currently unavailable on Amazon, but the latest review was in January of this year, so hopefully he’s back in stock soon.

I love this tune - every time I hear it, I can't help but imagine Duane Barry driving up to Skyland Mountain...
There was a CD of music "From and Inspired by The X-Files", released in the 90s called "Songs in The Key of X". It includes "Red Right Hand" and "Unmarked Helicopters" from Tempus Fugit, amongst other tracks - Amazon link
Found it in t-shirt form:
Edit: Just got it for my fiance for his birthday. Dude loves xfiles.
Amazon has one that is nearly identical to the show version, the tree line is slightly off but the ship and text is the same this is the one I have, The X-Files - I Want To Believe TV Poster Print https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009AHSKWE/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_z.0hxbWREG0H3
In a story in this recent short story collection that was just released, Mulder is married to an El Salvadorian woman named Samanda. He married her so that she wouldn't be deported. It's not romantic beyond that. In fact, it's also the origin of why he always sleeps on the couch.
She gets a job to be a law professor at USC, which is the reason for their "divorce."
AFAIK it has been released already since another user from this subreddit posted pictures of his game here. Amazon also states in the page it's currently out of stock and the it's ranked #1 New Releases Board Games. Maybe the demand was higher than thought and that's why you haven't got yours by now. Also Amazon offers the game 20% below the recommended price.

Not to barge in late or anything, but I read this a couple of months ago, and it's pretty good. It was half an introduction to philosophy using The X-Files as a base, and half philosophers talking about their personal X-Files theories. Would recommend.
Wanting To Believe is pretty good too, but it's more arranged as critiques of individual episodes.
