OOC: Gotcha. I'd like to say - This is going quite well! In case you were wondering this is what Ishi looks like.
Ishi gives the operator a half smile and nudges Flek forward, followed diligently by Heather a half step behind. Ishi can hear Bruce give the operator a cheerful "And you!" behind him.
Their disguise of tech hawkers worked well for them with Gadget playing a merchant and Bruce his hired muscle. Ishi had left them specific instructions to act as a separate group and tail them using the Tac-com's feeds. The Idea was that they would stick in the alley opposite the three houses and provide intel.
Ishi touched his sore eye - It has bruised better than expected. He'd asked Bruce to punch him square in the face. No substitute for a downtrodden face than to wear a shiner on it. Bruce didn't relish it but Ishi had to pull rank to make him do it - Wasn't proud of it.
Flek had offered to punch him as well, which was respectfully declined.
They moved slowly. Cautiously. The Unders were a sight - Ishi noticed everyone who moved past them, looking for any sights of Anti-Kingdom propaganda..perhaps it would lead him closer to his targets.
Little balls of tech fused with magic - arcane eyes - the Scrybots scurried across the tops of buildings, occasionally floating and focusing on random events. Intel thought it was the best way to keep an eye on the underlings...without actually having to have boots down here.
Ishi stops and surveys the surroundings in the business district, "just how big is this place..." he mutters, under his breath.
The High Inquisitor took you aside, his eyes beaming. "Brother," he said gently, "King Adhir requires your presence in the battlefield near Paragor. He claims to have discovered something that may turn the tide of the war against the Coalition, though he did not say what that was."
Yet again, I consider my options. Amana is only useful to me for access to the salt mines since she is a co-owner on that claim. Borer, on the other hand, is expendable since I have already created a business plan with the sulfur mines owner - what's his name again? I could send Borer to do this job yet I am cautious to do so since I have just learned that her people and the Besharans are in the midst of a toxic war. I need to do this job myself and even though there is a ship ready to take me there I must buy time to ensure that both Amana and Borer are safe until my return.
"Parlay," I say to the petty officer. "Even though we have been parlaying I feel that it is wise to mention that now so that we can talk and discuss for a few more drinks until we both agree to terms that we expect from each other."
"What do you feel about a shooting contest?" I say as I refill the petty officers cup.
(oh ok I thought you were staying in Lisbon. Spanish passports should still work fine, The only change from Brexit is that a few years down the line us in the UK will be leaving the European Union, Spain and the rest of Europe are carrying on as normal for the time being with more nations still trying to sign up, and us British already opted out of a lot of EU rules anyway. Thanks for the condolences.)
[here's the first novel I ever wrote,I was sixteen at time of publication, so I'd probably do it a little different today (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Star-Crusher-Loebs-Jamie-Robertson-ebook/dp/B00IXY65A4])
This was a follow up that can be read separately. This one has a better start but weaker ending. I like to think I've gotten better at writing since both these books, but most of my other writing isn't available for selling at this point, plenty of short stories in the post seeking buyers and publishers, some things sold as one offs, others just not marketable... Thanks for any interest, and the recommendations. Have you finished writing anything yourself?)**
"Thank you Miguel... I apologise for my previous actions... I had only meant to snap you out of your sorrows... You freed the children I see. We seemed to have the upper hand over this evil cat. Why do we not finish him while he is weak? he seemed hurt badly... I would gladly give five hundred years to see this rotten system fall..."

That brazier is much too heavy for Mage Hand to move. (Mage hand lets you move 5 lbs max. The brazier is more like this) The second you move it yourself that door is probably going to come crashing open.
I go to the local bookbinder and get a certain book. Armed with my new found knowledge, I stake out the trader the next day.
