Thorough answer: I am just starting a job as the Knowledge Management Editor with a small (+/-250 employee) company after being part of KM teams for larger companies for many years. The new company is using Zendesk Guide, and I am coming from a world of KANA IQ, KANA Enterprise, and Oracle Service Cloud Knowlege Advanced.
I'm curious to find other Zendesk Guide users at companies in my neck of the woods (Orlando, Florida area). I searched for Zendesk User Groups on the company website, but I seem to have stumbled onto a product page and not the kind of community page I had expected. I also checked for local Meetup.com groups in my area and there are no Zendesk users groups listed there yet. I have had luck finding other professional groups like Wordpress users on that platform.
If necessary, I suppose I can start a local Zendesk Users Group, but I don't want to compete with an existing (and potentially valuable) local resource until I'm certain one doesn't already exist. Is there someone on staff with Zendesk that keeps track of the local and regional user groups that might be able to point me to one that already exists in my area or help me reach out to other local Zendesk customers so we can start helping each other get the most out of Zendesk based on our own unique experiences, insights, and company use cases?

We've done it via a 3rd-party tool. It seems to be the only way to create an integration between Zendesk and Tableau. We chose Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/analyze-zendesk-with-tableau) that allows us to load Zendesk data in SQL Server and then connect to Tableau. We didn't find a direct way to connect Zendesk with Tableau, but one more step isn't a big problem - Skyvia works fast.
