I just threw your dates into google flights and it shows lots of options on lots of airlines for $227 round trip. Just pick the one that's the most convenient and book it.

Edit: $227 is cheap. But if you fly out of OAK it can be as cheap as $175.
Yes, they mean citizenship. You can see on this website that finds examples of how translations are done by various organisations all support this. https://www.linguee.com/english-french/search?source=auto&query=être+de+nationalité+française
Also needed a new motherboard and therefore new CPU as well...not a bad situation overall if you look at it as an opportunity to upgrade some components and use the old ones to build your wife a PC :)
I used this case carried in this bag, and it even fit under the seat of a United CRJ 700 (and obviously no problem getting it into the overhead of a 787).
Not airline, but Collision Course https://www.amazon.com/dp/0199325200/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_PeQPCbVHZMZJX is a great read about the ATC strike in 1981. We’re still not recovered from it and times are getting desperate
I'm cabin crew, and I've been using my Travelpro Maxlite 4 for over a year and a half with no signs of slowing down. It has fit in every overhead bin i've thrown at it, from 777s to CRJ2s. I had a small wobbly wheel issue about a month or two into use, I took it to a sponsored baggage repair shop and Travelpro reimbursed me via their warranty for the repairs, no issues since. Recently replaced my Targus laptop bag which was beginning to fail me after a year and a half of constant use with a Kroser and i've been really happy with it so far!
