It's not on the Antichamber hub, it's on the Controller Companion hub.
Sorry for taking a while to reply, I've been trying to work out what the problem could be.
You could try my UDKInput.ini, it has Esc rebound to Q though, so you'l have to get used to that (or change it back if you don't like Q, though it's faster to not have to reach to Esc). You can see the difference between your ini and mine here.
I'd also like to confirm that you're using the Steam version, right? AntiTimer doesn't work with the Humble Bundle (standalone/drm-free) version.
Also, are you on Windows 8 or are you on 8.1? My desktop runs Windows 7, and I don't do runs on my Win8.1 laptop, so I wouldn't know about any 8 or 8.1 compatibility issues.
Looks best if you leave it centered (not stretched or fit) on a black background.
I made these by placing the images next to the text on an HMTL5 canvas and then saving the result automatically. If you are interested here is a link to the generator files (it's only tested in Chrome): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7CRXu4gHbZ_dFplVmZndk1oUm8/edit?usp=sharing
Unless you've specifically asked the dev about it, you can't know if that is a bug or not, so arbitrarily calling it a bug would be ignorant.
And not to be rude, but it is very dishonest of you to mark this as WR when there are plenty of people who can easily get sub 6 minutes with very little practice, myself included. I have't done runs in over a year but I was able to get this 5:45 in only 4 attempts. Pallidus also did a run that beat 6:22, but it's just not worth it because of the category being so arbitrarily defined based on lack of knowledge of what is or isn't a bug.
