I don't know which framework the website is using, but the grid system seems similar to Bootstrap, where the layout width adds up to a total of 12 units.
So, to add another link to the navbar, you need to make enough room on the right side.
Instead of 6 units + 6 units, we could do 4 units + 8 units.
We do this by changing the number in the w-col-6
and w-col-small-6
classes.
So, the outcome would be this: http://i.imgur.com/1lUbohX.png
<div class="w-row hdr-row"> <div class="w-col w-col-4 w-col-small-4"> <img class="logo" src="images/bc-logo-w.png" alt="52c8ae9d6df49ae921000011_bc-logo-w.png" width="125"> </div> <div class="w-col w-col-8 w-col-small-8 w-clearfix"><a class="hdr-nav a top" href="contact.html">contact</a><a class="hdr-nav a top" href="about.html">about</a><a class="hdr-nav a top" href="services.html">Services</a><a class="hdr-nav a top" href="index.html">Home</a><a class="hdr-nav a top" href="index.html">Page</a> </div> </div>
To make things easier to see, here is a highlighted difference with Before and After:
I think it has to do mainly with coming clean with the local councils and tax authorities to which Airbnb might willingly or be forced to hand over the identities and income of the Hosts to.
Call a tax accountant and see what your exposure is and what penalties you may be subject to retroactively.

Sorry for taking a while to reply, I've been trying to work out what the problem could be.
You could try my UDKInput.ini, it has Esc rebound to Q though, so you'l have to get used to that (or change it back if you don't like Q, though it's faster to not have to reach to Esc). You can see the difference between your ini and mine here.
I'd also like to confirm that you're using the Steam version, right? AntiTimer doesn't work with the Humble Bundle (standalone/drm-free) version.
Also, are you on Windows 8 or are you on 8.1? My desktop runs Windows 7, and I don't do runs on my Win8.1 laptop, so I wouldn't know about any 8 or 8.1 compatibility issues.
Give this a try (you can grab the text from the bottom right). CSS isn't my forte so it's not the cleanest solution but it should work (let me know if it doesn't).
the name? It's called Ants_mod, because my name is anthony =) It's not published or anything.
Load order looks correct with synergies, but I never got the pet mods working, so I left them out. Not sure about with standalones. I used mobswarm and LAO previously as well, they are great! If you like big mobs, you might also try UltraMax (I used x3), it's pretty hectic.
You have to play with load order sometimes to get it right. Also, combining mods works wonders, especially if you spend the time in GUTS to consolidate things like globals.dat and the RAW files. You'll need TL2_tools from Runic's site (google will get it). I input a "master" (whichever mod I "prefer") and then note & weigh changes to such files with this site: http://www.diffchecker.com/
I like to expand all of my mods (even synergies), add them to non-solid 7zip archives, and then really look at what all files are being modified, find where conflicts might occur. I really don't understand a lot of how TL2 works, and the forums are less than helpful. Finding out what UNITTYPE and NOTUNITTYPE effects for items was almost impossible. Unittype effects which sort of item (unit) an affix can attach to, whereas notunittype disallows an affix from "spawning" on random_magic items, btw.
The great thing about how modding works in these games is that you can almost never "break" anything, provided you back up your save files =) Pick up RapidRespec as well, it can often "unbind" mods from a save. Good Luck!
Crap, more I forgot! : Check out the debugging options available, including EXTRALOGGING.
As I mentioned in another comment, I've been looking into the website (www dot smart-caller dot com) on a VM. Here's what I have so far:
The site is a crude rip of the sources from www.downloadc3.com. I am currently working on making a diff of the two source codes, but there isn't anything here that resembles a sophisticated hijacking. The big difference is that they've replaced the downloaded file with one from a google drive. I am not sophisticated enough to figure out the user just from the link, but I invite someone else to do so. I can't copy-paste from my VM but I'll edit this once I upload the source to pastebin and have a real link. Edit: Pastebin for malicious website: www.pastebin.com/KY8F8mJN The download is at:
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0BxACLObVZqJwTzNjZk1kNXMwWUk If anyone knows how to find anything else from that, it'd be appreciated.
The file they have you download is very small and has a bunch of '^@'s in it which I think just means it is all compiled. I'm gonna work on getting some sort of dump if I can and we can see what it is doing.
quick edit: It looks like the program did what it did because it was run. Does chrome automatically open installers when you download them? Is that an old windows skin or actually an outdated version of windows? These are dumb questions but important ones.
edit: Diff of two site source: http://www.diffchecker.com/6rtlo5em
Here's also a diff for the dota.exe arguments. Some of them may be invalid, it's just from a list of strings in the exe. -dx9, -dx11 and -gl arguments are interesting, they set the rendering engine. The OpenGL one is currently very broken, though.
Here is a diff between their 7/1 filing and their 5/8 S-1. (the two most recent filings)

You made me curious and I was certain that there would be.
What I did was take a total of four pictures, one in auto mode with the viewfinder, one with live view, and then repeated in programmed mode.
Now, after reading your post where you mention pixel contrast to auto focus, I went back and looked at the data. There was nothing consistent across the four photos, which is why I don't believe there is any single tag that you can look at to say whether a photo is shot in live view or not. But if you shoot in Auto mode, there may be a few tags you can check in the Nikon Makernotes tags. Check these differences. The one on the right is the live view one. The shots I took in programmed mode showed had no difference between the two images for these tags, when they were there. Some weren't.
Of course, you might want to test it out for yourself in whatever mode you normally take pictures in. It also might be different for your camera.
Post on DPReview with the same question. A few more clues there, though I still don't see any thing that will guarantee knowing which is which.
If you cloned the git repo:
$ git diff /path/to/Configuration.h
Otherwise just:
$ diff your_file.h unchanged_file.h
You can also just copy and paste your file and the unchanged file into an online diff tool like http://www.diffchecker.com/
