Thrift-store blazer + 20 6"x9" mirror sheets (w/ adhesive backing) + about 5 hours cutting out little triangles. I wish I had ordered more of those sheets (I was planning on making a hat too)!
EDIT: here's a link to the mirror sheets I used (they're not too bad: great reflektion, but not quite as sticky as I had hoped) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075M7VGVM/
The Wilderness Downtown was apparently released at the end of August 2010 and intended to be experienced in Google Chrome. So first thing that comes to mind is that you could try downloading an old version of Chrome and then try accessing the site from it.
I looked for old versions of Chrome and found this handy repository: http://www.oldversion.com/windows/google-chrome/
I have no idea whether this will work or not (make a Restore Point before trying anything funny if you're on Windows) but if you do try I'd love to know if it does. That website was for me too one of the very first things that got me interested in the band. Good luck!

"I saw you standing on the opposite shore. But by the time the first bombs fell, we were already bored."
Definitely a Cold War reference. Genius agrees. http://genius.com/918134/Arcade-fire-the-suburbs/But-by-the-time-the-first-bombs-fell
Naw actually I'm listening at work for the first time and it sounds BETTER to me.
Use some decent DJ-Style headphones (They use a V Equalization curve)
I use PRODJ100's - but they're discontinued
