No, I saw you asked about weather before 7 and after 5, it can get to 80+ degrees before 7 and won’t “cool down” until 10 pm some nights. Look @ the temps from 2020 take whatever the temp was and add 10-15 degrees for the heat index.

I was right about SA but the air in North Texas is coming in from the east. Still same basic idea, air from over the gulf is cooler and more humid.

The bush family, among other enmeshed political families have roots, oil and freight connections in the area for a while.
I have one of these, it's a decent option. It does try to use AI to figure out what is drawing power (since it only senses your overall usage) and it...sorta works.
If I could go back in time and buy something else, I'd probably get this instead since you can monitor on a per-breaker basis so you can map out usage better. A little bit more work but much more usable information:

With my power rate going from 0.11/kwh to 0.17/kwh on my renewal, I'm tempted to switch over even though I spent $250 damn dollars on the Sense system.
Staying inside noon-7pm, portable fan/mister, doing my daily walks either before 7am or after 8pm, constantly wearing sunscreen, hydrating A LOT.
Get a powerline ethernet adapter. Problem solved my friend.
I don’t have a recommendation for a groomer, but I do have a recommendation for products I used when I was a pet groomer:
OP, might I suggest the official DFW Airport app. Has lots of useful information that may help you. Safe travels.
I make lavender milk at home for lattes and baking! I will say, the Central Market in Plano doesn’t have dried lavender as of a few weeks ago. I ordered theselavender. I also have this lavender syrup.
For the milk, I pour 1 cup milk (I use oat) + 1 Tbsp of lavender in a saucepan over low heat. Steep for just a few minutes, then strain. This won’t produce a strong purple color, but a beautiful taste.
For the color shown, my guess would be food coloring or maybe even the syrup!
I'm in Fort Worth but just bought one of these from Amazon and I'd recommend it to anyone who has a short enough downtown commute! Portable, easily maneuverable, and very reliable.
Yes but surely you know that Dallas is growing? And it sounds like it's only on the weekends. Maybe ear plugs? They even have noise cancelling headphones you can sleep in. Did you know that busy restaurants are a sign of a thriving economy? I think this is your problem, not theirs. Loop Quiet Noise Reduction Earplugs – Super Soft, Reusable Hearing Protection in Flexible Silicone for Sleep, Noise Sensitivity & Flights - 8 Ear Tips in XS/S/M/L – 27dB Noise Cancelling – Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MFDT65P/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_Q4H23E9A31J91KFV6DD2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm general you can plant whatever you want but if you are in an HOA, they may have additional rules. You would have to check your bylaws. I think people generally only end up getting in fights when they are trying to plant wildflower patches that the HOA representatives think are "weeds". You may find this book helpful in choosing plant varieties suitable for a first time gardener: https://www.amazon.com/Easy-Gardens-North-Central-Texas/dp/0971222088
There are many great museums, just need to know what y'all like. A long day trip would include taking the trolley to Klyde Warren Park and get some food from the food trucks and to pick a museum around there. The trolley isn't near Toyota Music Factory, but it does go to Uptown and some fun touristy bars (Playground usually ends up on some Instagram lists. I've been once and left without a drink. They were advertised on a bar crawl but they didn't know they were part of the bar crawl.)
A short drive from KW park is The Sixth Floor Museum and a Holocaust and Human Rights museum. If y'all want a decent picture of the Dallas Skyline, then continue down Commerce and head to Trinity Overlook Park. The Reunion Tour is something I haven't done. Here is a link to a Groupon with some recommendations.
Another is to see the cattle walk at the Stock Yards in Ft Worth if you want to drive out there. The Uber ride can get expensive but with three splitting it isn't bad.
It's saying it's around 50-69 so it's pretty cool.

The weather is unpredictable. Last year, it snowed. I recommend bringing layers to account for weather that might be freezing in afternoon and warm at night and vice versa.
The water one? That sounds right. Yeah, the few I’ve tried were more trouble and didn’t do a better job.
We have this one for a few years now. Much cleaner. Works great. And coincidentally fits a bar of Kerry Gold perfectly.
For ice trays I have this: True Cubes Clear Ice Cube Tray: 4-cube tray https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07422QWCP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_YT0DM9NT7BV397T8W8QH
It works well and we just take the ice out and into a bag once it has been made. So it takes up less space.
I moved here from OKC and they had a bar supply store that had all of syrups and bitters called barkeep. I have yet to find a replacement for it, but it’s worth the stop if you’re ever in OKC
I can't speak to safety of the KT, but I run in my neighborhood 6-7 pm and I have one of these light up belts. Cars can see me and it puts out a lot of light when I'm not near a streetlight.
Anyone running at night on the street, I recommend using something like this or a light of some kind so you can be seen by drivers.
I use a Katchy, and it works great for all types of flying insects indoors. My Mom has one too and hers gets a good amount of mosquitoes. Good luck! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B6RZP4H/ref=cm\_sw\_em\_r\_mt\_dp\_ENJ4C61RDHTHGJ074FMX?\_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Im using VIOFO Dual Dash Cam A129 Duo https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DL8MS1T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_01KQ6W0W45P8SFQXAV55
Ive been using viofo cams for several years. Survived Texas summers and winters and the recent snowpocalypse. You can put this near the top of your windshield and tuck the wires along the headliners down the A pillar. No need to remove the camera when you put your covers.

I've had an older model of this one for a few years. It came with a small mount that sticks to the windshield and the one I have easily slides on and off. It locks in though so it's never fallen off.
I never leave it up when out of the car.
This plus birth control is the best combo I have ever used. I cannot believe all the money that was waisted on Raid. I used this combo once and have never had to use them again. Best money I have ever spent.
