I don't know of any place that does repairs since it's usually more cost effective to replace a phone than repair it if it is out of warranty. If you feel like fixing it yourself, you can always try iFixit
You could post a photo on /r/whatsthisbug to get an identification, or try using an app for insect identification. I use Seek, which can help identify not just bugs, but also plants and animals.
It's my understanding that if a 360 gets fucked there's nothing you can do about it, but I don't actually own one so I'm not sure on that.

It's an amazing community with people all over the world and from different fields (medical, biology, computer science, law ...) the users either share their desktop screen or put camera on to avoid slacking while study periods. and eventually they can chat and help each other during breaks :)
