Unless you really want to buy it locally, I bought mine on Amazon.
You can buy this on Amazon for $60. It’s not official merch. They’re just printed guitar picks which anyone can do and the signatures are printed

They're called tapestries, and you can find this exact one and many others like it on Amazon. Here's a link
Probably Best Buy. It comes with a t-shirt and the only bonus track, which is exclusive to Best Buy (which is absolute BS, btw). Here's the link.
Rateyourmusic averages hundreds of votes. Nightmare falls right in the middle of their discography, fourth best and fourth worst.
First song I ever heard was the original version of Second Heartbeat on the "Hopelessly Devoted to You Vol. 4" album.
I was hooked ever since. I instantly had to find out everything I could about The Rev.

Edit: Here's the link to that album. https://www.amazon.com/Hopelessly-Devoted-You-Vol-4-Various/dp/B000068R19?sa-no-redirect=1&pldnSite=1
^ this.
I also use the jazz master iii ( this model in my case ). I feel I have a lot more control while sweeping/picking single strings with these than any other picks I have lying around.
It is all personal preference though, and nothing beats trying out different shit.
I've done this tons of times before, so I can guide you through it if you want. Or you could just follow these very simple instructions and probably get the job done quicker. 1. Rip the DVD with [http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/](DVD Decrypter), then when that's done open the ripped files in [https://handbrake.fr/](Handbrake). Hit start and it will convert and render the DVD files to mp4. Hope this helps. lol =D
For practice with melodic songs, I am a personal fan of the opening for Buried Alive and God Hates us. Those give you good practice with sliding and coordination. For hard stuff, I would recommend Eternal Rest, Zacky for hard rhythm and Syn for fast shredding.
These are just some f my favorites, bit if you would like more then you can use this: http://www.songsterr.com/a/wsa/avenged-sevenfold-tabs-a238
It has their entire catalog and is wonderful for learning. I hope this helps.
not sure where ur looking, but it could depend on the label/release/where its imported from. a lot can factor into it. but i work at a record store, and they aren't typically any more expensive than their other albums. we use a service to get records that you have to pay annually but just with a quick search, they are like $20 on amazon. careful where u buy vinyl, wouldn't want you getting scammed. https://www.amazon.com/AVENGED-SEVENFOLD-Vinyl/dp/B000VAK266 let me know if this helps u out :)
Thanks, if I could edit the original post I'd throw that link in, but to help out some, you can buy the album on amazon for $8
Rob from Metallica? I didn't think he used a pick, unless you mean Rob from Volbeat.
I got this one off Amazon
I just saw the vinyl can now be pre-ordered on Amazon, will be released on the 2nd of December! Yaaay! :)

No. The WB release is on Amazon and is titled "The Best of 2005-2013" with a release scheduled for 12/2/16. The name Voltaic Oceans came from the Jericho hashtag, not WB.
