I love the Android app Clue. It's a period tracker but without the usual annoying-to-me UI (pink, frills and flowers, etc). It also sends summaries and useful articles every now and then. I highly recommend it. I believe there's an iOS version as well.
Salamat po sa mga nagsuggest ng curling wand in my last post. I ended up ordering a Remington off of Amazon, tho. Mej sketch kasi ako pag walang reviews yung isang item.
It also ended up being cheaper than the good ones available in our market.
So...I got the Remington curling wand I ordered from Amazon. Hindi ko pa magamit kasi 120V pala huhuhu.
EDIT: Dagdag ko nalang din pala, I got the Tony Moly Delight Tony Tint (1 and 2) at hindi siya kumukulay sa upper lip ko! (Haha palpak mga purchases ko.) Buti nalang mura, at pwede ko ibigay sa pinsan or nanay ko for Christmas.
Hello po, I've been using my cup for over a year na and I love it. Sckoon Cup yung ginagamit ko. It's FDA approved and super soft. I bought mine on Amazon. It takes some getting used to but once it's in parang wala lang. I honestly don't feel it at all. I suggest this video for more information! Of course do as much research as makes you feel confident, cause every woman is different! But I've never been able to successfully use tampons, they hurt a lot, but this Cup has honestly changed my period life!
CBT is a huge help to lessen stress and possibly slipping into a depressive episode.
Me apps din to help. Eto ginamit ko dati nung masipag pa ako: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.excelatlife.cbtdiary&pli=1
any local scrub that looks and feels like shifa? https://www.amazon.sa/-/en/Shifa-Scrub-Apricot-Vitamin-500/dp/B07Y763VJR
a friend gifted me this and i fell in love 😍😍 this is unlike most scrubs here na gawa sa salt or natutunaw pag dumampi na sa basang balat. shifa's rough bits are actual seeds and ang sarap lang ipasada to sa parts ng balat ko na nangangati pala hahaha. and ang moisturizing sa balat ko tas ambango pa! perfect for once or twice a week exfoliating sesh. nagbabakasakali lang ako baka may local equivalent nito huhuyu
Oh no! Hahaha. Try doing the Pomodoro Technique for your thesis. Nakatulong din to sakin dati nung nasa uni pa ko.
Basically, time yourself and work nonstop with no distractions for 25 minutes. After that, you can take a 5-min break. Work again for 25 mins, take another 5-min break after and so on and so forth until you accomplish your tasks of the day. You can take a longer break after every 4 pomodoros.
Since 25 mins lang and maraming breaks, di ka masyadong mabuburn-out and mas magiging productive ka. Parang brain training din sya. Nakaka-improve sya ng attention span and concentration. Kelangan lang talaga ng self control. The link I shared above discusses it better.
Good luck sa thesis!
Yes I also had to learn parallel parking because my previous job was in sales and my assigned location only allowed for this. I got some tips from this article I saw online. https://lifehacker.com/the-right-way-to-parallel-park-step-by-step-1461902768 If it's your dad who's making you nervous, why not make lambing and tell him that it's making you more conscious? :) try lang :)
Hi, if you're on tight budget, I suggest this. It's literally the same as the Phillips brand. I've been using it more than a year already, so far so good! I can see this lasting for years. Epilating at first is kinda painful but I guess that depends on your pain tolerance. As others said, exfoliate first before epilating. My underarms got smoother after months of epilating. For me, I'll never go back to waxing.
Taytay palengke, katabi ng famous tiangge! Especially if you're into authentic leather bags & shoes. Doon ko nabili 'yung first ever pair ko of Birkenstock for only P600.
Meron din sa Sta Lucia Mall, Cainta. Kinonvert nila 'yung lumang cinema into a thrift shop.
Meron ding 3 ukay stores sa Cainta Junction, sa tabi ng Puregold! Magaganda rin 'yung collection nila ng shoes, bags & clothes. Wish I could remember the names though!
The price seems steep but it comes with 5 panties that you can reuse over and over. This is my 6th cycle with mine and they are holding up fine. Do order a size bigger. Mejo tight siya sa hita.
Hi! I just have a few tips that have helped me, and hopefully you as well.
First try switching to tawas, and avoid plucking and shaving. as much as possible wax or laser/diode. When I had my ua laster treatments the lady told me that it helps with chicken skin too, and true enough I don't have any anymore.
In the shower, I switch using a wet hemp pad to very gently exfoliate on some days and the Abonne Salt scrub on other days. depende sa mood lol It's super important to do this very gently and not every single day para the ua can rest. After I shower I moisturize with an aloe vera gel before putting on tawas. I even use toner sometimes, before the moisturizer. I use the tomato toner because it didn't work for my face but has helped my ua!
You also want to avoid friction and staining as much as possible, so if you're going out try wearing light-colored and loose-fitting tops.
I'm not sure where you live in the US but I've seen Vaseline and Nivea in Target. But you'd be hard pressed to find the actual "whitening" version as it will probably not sell there. I've seen it in Target in Miami, and Chicago. In Chicago there's also a Filipino supermarket, but I forgot the name. Just try checking local asian stores as they may share some watsons items.
Otherwise, I've seen those products on Amazon such as Abonne Spa Milk Salt ... I don't think it would be too difficult to find. i think you should be able to find everything in Amazon actually if there's no filipino store... Every city/country with a high filipino population should have a "kabayan" store or something like it.
I’ve had the same problem, and I bought an exfoliating scrubber specially for ingrown hairs (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073P2F926?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and Tend skin care solution (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00021DO6Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) from Amazon.
You’re supposed to put the solution on the area after bathing, like a toner. I looked at the ingredients and it’s pretty much just rubbing alcohol, but it’s been helping! So next time, I might just buy plain rubbing alcohol, much cheaper than Tend.
I've used OvuView for years because the interface is nice and clean (shallow, I know lol). But I also jot everything down on a planner.
