This was the exact reason I removed mine and threw it away. water everywhere (even on the floor). It doesn't matter whether its' clean or not. This is unacceptable.
After tossing my Tushy I bought a bidet that had a seat as an integral part of the system. it had a dip in the inside of the seat that was inside the rim of the bowl and that blocked any water from getting through. I bought a thing from amazon called "Sanalak". it has retractable nozzles instead of the nozzles that are "angled down and always out". This worked better since that kind of nozzle aimed the jet stream up into my butthole better (MUCH BETTER) and I got a better clean. Plus those retractable nozzles were good at not getting dirty in the first place and they have a self cleaning function too. here it is.
A bidet with all the features you want is typically in the 300$ range, but you may be able to find something in your range on a good sale. Probably not under 100$, but you could get close. Here is one option: Bemis Bidet The elongated version is only 120$ but round is much more expensive, so if you have an elongated toilet you may be in luck. And Bemis is a pretty good brand, so if you can swing the extra 20$ and it would fit for your toilet, I would jump on it.
Otherwise,I recommend downloading the slickdeals app, setting a bidet deal alert, and then wait. It could be a while, but something close to 100$ should pop up eventually. But under 100 is pretty unlikely.
Finally, keep in mind that a knock off brand could be prone to leaking so once you find one, please do your research to make sure it’s not likely to flood your bathroom.
yeah, you fell for the hype. Just like I did. The tushy was the first one I bought. Sprayed water everywhere, on the side of the bowl and even on the floor. ( I had no idea it was doing that and had a flood.)
The problem with those is that they fit under your existing seat and wind up raising the seat from the rim even more than usual and that's how the water's getting out. The other problem is that the nozzles are out all the time and don't move up much to get near your butthole.
The second one I bought was one that had the seat included. and also it had retractable nozzles. I don't know this for sure but the retractable nozzles might work better. Plus The seat had a dip on the inside that did more to reach around the inside of the bowl all the way around (for the most part). These two things: a more focused jet of water and the dip on the inside of the rim of the seat, seemed to be the things that made the difference for me. You'll see a lot of the bidets that have a seat integrated w/the unit will have a dip like that.
Now you're always going to have some spray get out on occasion. you have to find the spot where you sit on the seat so the jet hits just around the hole and then gets inside of it. So I use the gentle "wide aim towards the front" spray first to wash off the outside and then go to the rear nozzle for concentrated jet stream. The one I have does occasionally get water down the side of the bowl but that's because I'm not sitting in the right position and the spray gets deflected off my ass. This model has no heat but does have a strong jet.
They're talking about something like this:

This Brondell has nice controls:
https://www.amazon.com/Brondell-Bidet-SimpleSpa-Non-Electric-Attachment/dp/B075MMHQX7
I have the both the Tushy and this model, and the Brondell is more ergonomic and easy to turn.
As the titles states, I am getting rid of my Tushy. We have had it about 8 months and have always struggled to keep it clean. This was my no. 1 grip with this style of bidet. Do other brands similar to Tushy have the same issue?
We went back to the trusty handheld bidet aka “bum gun”. Now I can blast streaks away and not have to use the brush after every BM.
If your bidet has no flow control, then you need either an in-line reducer or an in-line flow control valve like this.
Check connections and sizes before you buy.
This one. :)
I ordered this one, it should be here today:
TOTO SW3056#01 S550E Electronic Bidet Toilet Seat with Cleansing Warm, Nightlight, Auto Open and Close Lid, Instantaneous Water Heating, and EWATER+, Elongated Contemporary, Cotton White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078H89R6R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BQ9QEX7PMW4FRHZHXWHG
The fem wash will have an angle on it that is more directed towards the front of you. Here is the one I have. It has a tendency to move around a little while you sit on it because you can't tighten the bolts down too hard without breaking the plastic tabs. But it has the fem wash on it. that's the only thing I don't like about it. But it doesn't leak from over spray under the seat. You might need one that has a more refined control on it. 6 year olds do not have the mastery of being able to finely control things. <g>
Thank you for the reply. That makes sense but the amount of pressure that's ok for my butt versus the amount that's ok for my nephew's 6 yr old butt is very different so I was looking for one more appropriate for his size.
This is the one I have:
https://smile.amazon.com/Luxe-Bidet-Neo-120-Non-Electric/dp/B00A0RHSJO/
I was thinking maybe the neo 185 with the "feminine" attach would work but I'm not sure of the angle that would be on it.
Right, I think they put "electrolyyes" (basically : salt) in that enema water so you don't upset the electrolyte balance (which is a thing). but we're not talking more than a 1/4 cup of water here. otherwise it would gush out. Take a look at this enema device that lots of people use to clean their butt out. It's just tap water:
Yes sir, you are in r/bidet. While bidets can have the pressure or functionality of getting inside, they generally are just for the outside. It’s like hand washing but for your ass.... Portable bidets like the one you linked or the plush ones are generally useless in my opinion and more trouble than they’re worth.
Hotels can vary on the sink type, motels are always pretty standard, so I usually just carry my travel one with me. As I said this pump sprayer I made is more for camping or basically anywhere with no sink/shower/plumbing access. I suppose you can use it maybe in a workshop or a place that doesn’t have either a standard toilet, a standard sink, or even a place that the toilet and sink are separated as well. It’s functionality is as good as any bidet.
This is a garden pump sprayer:
https://www.amazon.com/VIVOSUN-Pressure-Sprayer-Adjustable-Shoulder/dp/B07QVWQ1HC
You can see the picture I removed the ribbed handle part, attached a Barb adapter from the hose to the trigger thread, cut the wand down so that the nozzle is as close as it can be to the trigger and I widened the hole in the nozzle for a wider stream
Never seen that type of line into the tank. The line coming from the supply looks pretty standard though. You may be able to get a 3/8” T fitting and branch off from the bottom rather than the top. Something like this could work.
I used to have that one and never had that issue. A couple things it could be- A- make sure you are not using the feminine wash as that would definitely cause the wet penis problem. B- make sure the part that holds the nozzle is is flush up against the toilet rim. If not, you may be able to loosen the bolts that hold the seat on, slide it back, then retighten. C- you may just need to reposition yourself on the toilet. Simple bidet attachments don’t generally have nozzles that move so you just have to adjust your position if it is not hitting the right spot.
The luxe bidet is a good attachment, but I ultimately switched to this one because I likes how the bidet was integrated into the seat. If you do end up switching, that is what I recommend. Unless of course you’re ready to upgrade to an electric model, which is what I would truly recommend.
I think TOTO's washlet bidet should come in the D shape that fits your new toilet: https://www.amazon.com/SW2047T20-01-Washlet-Connect-D-Shape/dp/B01NCUVE2U
Just curious, what do you mean the flush is not inside the tank?

For the price it works as well as the $70 one. Which isn’t to say good. But it’s still cheap
I bought these baby clothes from Amazon and cut each into 4 quarters with fabric shears. So soft! You could use normal scissors but the shears prevent the edges from getting shaggy because it cuts with a zig zag pattern. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KF8FJPV/ref=cm_sw_r_apa_i_RKBUEbH6DRN5Y
We just purchased and installed the Luxe Neo 185 in the water closet in our master bathroom. We don't have hot water or electricity access in there, so it's perfect.
It was an easy and straightforward install and I'm really pleased with the product.
If you have high water pressure I would recommend buying the metal T-adapter to reduce the pressure going to the bidet. I tried the bidet right after installation and the water pressure was WAY TOO HIGH when the knob was only turned about a millimeter.
I live in a warmed climate so our cold water isn't horribly cold, if you live in a really cold climate YMMV.
This bidet attachment has a separate nozzle for feminine cleaning and it worked very well for that purpose as it will spray a LOT further forward than the BioBidet DIB located in our guest bathroom.
We got one of these guys: a Kiato in sage green! Oooo! There's so many models of these handheld steam cleaners available that I doubt you can really go wrong as long as you pay attention to the reviews. Some listings did recently really jack up their prices so that they can drop them for cyber week and claim $90 off while still charging a higher than average price, so check camelcamelcamel if you're going with Amazon.
Electric portable bidet is going to be a huge downgrade, I had to use one for 3 months while I was on a trip, I wasn't impressed, but it still beats using TP.
I will never use a wax ring after finding this.
This just replaces the T you got with your bidet; if you haven't gotten that far, look at the second picture in the product images. Connect the male 'shower head' inlet to the toilet water tank, the male 'shower head to hand hose' to your bidet, the female connector connects to your water line (in the picture the pipe coming off the wall). Don't forget teflon tape on all 3 male connectors.

I use a portable bidet whenever I’m not at the house. We take it to hotels and camping… I also have one I keep at work.
It’s not as good as my Bio Bidet at home, but it does do a very nice job. Seems to have decent pressure as well. I have tried a few and like this one the most.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091ZHBX7H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 my partner and I have found that this one is suitably strong and holds enough water, good luck.
I have that the Omigo, Tushy, and Brondell bidet attachments.
The best one of the three is definitely the Brondell SimpleSpa. I have it in all my bathrooms. It is simple and has good pressure. It can usually be had for about $30.
https://www.amazon.com/Brondell-Bidet-SimpleSpa-Non-Electric-Attachment/dp/B075MMHQX7
I realize this is an old thread, but(!) it's still high on the google search list. Anyways.
I too was (obviously) looking for a bidet seat that would fit the Glacier Bay N2420.
I came across an answer on Amazon for the SmartBidet SB-1000.
I quote "... I can confirm that not only does it fit, the curves in the seat and the curves in the toilet compliment each other quite well and make for an attractive combination. As to the added height, only slightly more height is added than a standard toilet seat."
HTH.
Note. I'm ordering one (late Sep 2022) based upon that answer. If it does not fit, I'll be back.
Sot
Tushy is not great. It was my first bidet purchase and it spray water all over the place that I threw it out.
I have the brondell swash non electric. The wife loves it.
we got the "Brondel Swash model. don't get Kohler as we had two of them and they never worked right out of the box. (leaked).
it uses no electric but we live in FL so our water's already warm. <g>
There is a man scaping electric razor that is specifically made for butt hair. It even has an arm that attaches to it so you can reach back there. The teeth are smaller so you can't nick yourself (some electric razors will do that.) it will do a good job on the hair and will not nick or leave stubble (because it doesn't go that close to the skin).
I got an electric one from Hibbent, it works well for me https://www.amazon.com/Hibbent-Portable-Bidet-Handy-Toilette/dp/B07LBV1QG5?th=1 Just an option
I can speak to the Toto portable as complete trash (i know, you would think they would make a high quality one) It's weak and carries 5oz which is just about nothing. My wife and I each have our own for travel, we both use this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091ZHBX7H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 from amazon and the pressure is.... surprisingly good and usable (hi and lo stream) and 14oz of water to get completely clean before running out. The insolife one you mentioned has a large water bottle that holds 14oz.... that's way better than the toto 5oz. wish you luck.
This is my go to, $29 US:
https://www.amazon.com/Brondell-Bidet-SimpleSpa-Non-Electric-Attachment/dp/B075MMHQX7
In my opinion, it's better than similar Tushy or Omigo attachments, I have tried them.
Just in case it's interesting to you, here is a tee with a valve that comes with a 1/2 adapter so you could hook a 1/2 hose directly to the tee and have a valve if the tee you're using under the sink doesn't have one.
Ugh after ordering the K300 i just went to check the new place and it turns out it's a round toilet not elongated, and i can't find an elongated k300 ANYWHERE. So I think I'm gonna return it and get the Brondell S1400 instead
I live in an apartment and have zero plumbing nor assembly skills, so I went with a "bum gun." (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01E4H7DTA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_i_ZZW26BSCBTBQ5CST8T17?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) It's definitely a learning curve, but I LOVE mine. I have mine attached to my sink so that I can have hot water if I want. I definitely recommend this one, but also keep in mind that this is the only bidet I've ever used in my life (so my standards might be low/slim).
Messing with plumbing is a really bad idea. Sure, in all likelyhood nothing will go wrong. But if you reconnect it wrong when you leave, and there's any sort of leak, that could be a world of trouble for you.
Instead, I might recommend a handheld model that is like a hose that connects to the sink. Something like this:
I haven't used one of those, but attaching something to the faucet is a lot less risky than messing with the feed line.
I think Kohler has one that can be aimed front to back. I was considering it but there are a lot of bad reviews about it leaking. That’s the only one I’ve seen like that,
Yes.
That's presuming the supply going from your bidet to the tee is a standard size - usually 3/8" 1/2"
You can get a Tee with a valve like this one
Although Tee without a valvelike this one are easier to find.
I've got an inexpensive one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00P2XZDGG?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_586JXA6G8YVDG2FF3ZZM and paid around $40 for it. By far, the best $40 I've ever spent! Agree with the writer who said to go with fittings that are metal.
Got you brother. I bought my first bidet about 8 months ago. Never going back.
I despised having to 'sit' there and work through a half a roll of toilet paper. No more.
$29 and easy to install to any toilet. (Any is broad but most all)
You have the most unique problem I have seen on this sub. Cheers to that.
The Bio Bidet Slim Zero has the water intake that comes from the side so it should work with your bench seat. You would have to replace the entire seat with this one:
Bio Bidet Slim Zero Bidet Toilet Seat, Elongated, White https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07K1L7J5Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_7GN9JBR3ZWJ3GCKMD9MG
This bidet attachment (chrome version) looks like it could work with minimal shimming/adjusting but the slim zero from above would probably be a better fit if it is in your price range.

This sad
Oh I see now. When you said "adjustable pressure on the sprayer itself" I didn't realize you meant being able to turn the pressure to the nozzle all the way down to 0, I just thought you meant controlling the flow rate when you turn it on.
Other people in this subreddit have said that they never bother turning off the t-valve between uses, and their bidets have lasted for years. So I think the warning is probably overly precautious, but is there because if it does happen to fail, it can be catastrophic and flood your bathroom while you're away. I've had multiple bathroom flooding incidents (always the fault of upstairs neighbours in 3 separate apartment buildings I've lived in) and it was such a pain to fix that I'm now super paranoid about it, so I personally turn off the t-valve between uses.
If under the tank is too awkward to reach to turn off the T-valve, would a valve like this that connects at the wall instead of the toilet tank be a better option?
Definitely check with your doctor, also you should consider investing in a portable bidet, it might help with your situation
I wasn’t sure what to get my self. I picked this one up a couple of months ago to see how I would like. So far I have zero complaints

I don't think anyone here has insight as to which, if any, inexpensive non-electric bidet's will be more durable over time than another.
I also doubt it's worth the time and effort to get this fixed other than checking any filter's strainers to see if they are clogged, since new ones that have hot and cold connections run around $100. I recently got a Brondell non electric toilet seat bidet and like that. It ran under $100 for the cold only version. They also have a dual temp unit, the S-102 that runs around $120. They also have a couple different dual temp add on units similar to the way yours works for 60 to 80.
You can probably find these at a big box home store or a local plumbing store and replace yours today if needed.
The connection under your sink is most likely a standard 3/8" compression fitting. That's pretty common for supply lines and in fact most toilet fittings have that size where they connect to the supply line shut off valve.
You can find T fittings for 3/8 compression at most home/hardware stores and I found one with a valve on Amazon
It's unclear from the photos how clear the access is to this area and the distance from the toilet seat to this area.
Most bidet connections have a standard 3/8" compression connection which connects to the t valve they supply. If this is the case with your bidet (can't tell for sure from photo #2) AND if it's long enough to reach the connection circled in green on your first photo, then instead of using the supplied T valve you can use a 3/8 tee in between your existing stop valve and the toilet supply line (both in the area circled in green on the first photo).
Here is an example of a 3/8 tee valve without shut off that you could use.
And here is an example of one that has an extra valve for the bidet outlet.
You'll need a 3/8" bidet valve. This valve will connect to the pipe instead of the toilet since you have no connection point there.
Double check the measurements on this to be certain it'll fit, I believe it's 3/8 from our, 3/8 to toilet, 7/8 to bidet.
I was thinking I could do it myself with this from Amazon Pulvérisateur de toilette pour bidet/pulvérisateur à main en acier inoxydable avec crochet, facile à installer, pour l'hygiène personnelle et le pulvérisateur de WC à basin https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B08DFN3DJP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_N3MB0AST30Z6ZC7GXMPP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I think $100 for the Tushy is the best you’re going to do if you don’t want white.
This sprayer style is cheap and all chrome so it won’t clash with your fixture:
Limited-time deal: Arofa Handheld Bidet Sprayer for Toilet-Adjustable Water Pressure Control with Bidet Hose for Feminine Wash, Stainless Steel Brushed Nickel Cloth Diaper Bidet Toilet Sprayer for Baby Wash https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B086W1YZSH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_dl_MQ7VG9H6BNH4E0XP2YW8
I think a better idea would be to get a handheld spray version. You can easily shut it off right from its water pipe connection and completely remove it when daycare is in session.
This type:
I have one that's just a sprayer on a hose that I hold and point my self. It took about 10 minutes to install and didn't involve anything difficult. Link to the one I got posted below.

I too have an apartment and I went with this: Luxe Bidet Neo 185 and this T Adapter w/ Shut-Off Valve great combo. I can adjust the water pressure and shut it off afterwards so the kids don't make a mess with it.
I just installed this one for my daughter in her apartment and she and her partner really like it. It has front-back wash as well as warm water.
https://www.amazon.com/Omigo-Attachment-Non-Electric-Dedicated-Self-Cleaning/dp/B0912856T1
We have this one, from Amazon. It's the same one both of my grown daughters have too. We like it and it was very reasonable: Bidet
PS. I hope your BF sees your robe link.
Nice, glad you are making it work. Though, by power strip, do you mean like a surge protector? Because if so, that might not be safe. Bidets pull a decent amount of power and I don’t know if any power strips that can safely handle that load. Might be ok at first but could eventually overheat and be a fire hazard.
A heavy duty extension cord would be safer. This is the one I have and it works great.
Another option to consider would be a battery-powered handheld unit, this one is actually quite decent if you can find a water bottle that fits the included adapter. This + wet wipes, I'd say this combination is about 75% as good as the TOTO bidet I have at home.
I have a Tushy, and it would be difficult to turn the knob, I'd recommend staying away from that.
I also have a Brondell which has a control that is very easy to turn. I think it would be fine: https://www.amazon.com/Brondell-Bidet-SimpleSpa-Non-Electric-Attachment/dp/B075MMHQX7
You've been given good advice, but let me suggest something else. Get something relatively cheap, and see if it's good for you. If you find your want some other features, you can figure out what bidet fits you best, with the knowledge you've gathered from your experience with the lies expensive bidet.
If backsplash is a concern, perhaps a bidet that's a hose attachment would be better for you as you can control the water flow better? Something like this.. https://www.amazon.ca/Cadrim-Bidet-Sprayer-Handheld-Stainless/dp/B0823RLRQT

This one, it’s 23 with the coupon on it, or you can get it for $21 if you buy used… probably not the best item to get used haha
You need need to replace the fixed pipe with a flexible toilet connector. You can find one for around the same price at a hardware store. It's a very easy and inexpensive fix.
Ahmad @ BossBidet
I got this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CGVBZGL/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_XK1N0C3WHBFGDEXT81RT
It is cheap, it works and looks decent if your toilet is white. If you don't like it, pull it off and toss it. Only out $40. But I guarantee you will love it! You just have to give it a month to get used to it.
A little pricier than you are looking for, but this is what I would recommend. There are a couple of lesser known brands for closer to your desired price, but a trusted brand is worth the extra 35$ in my opinion.
Yes, a bidet attachment would likely be better. Many have variable pressure which you control, so you don't have to blast yourself, and you can get extra pressure when you need it.
I'd recommend the following.
Budget: Luxe Neo 185
Less budget, personal favorite: Tushy Classic Bidet. You can sometimes find previous models for less.
I recommend these two, because they have directional nozzle control, which means you can clean a larger area more effectively. They also both have pressure control.
what was the issue with it? i do think it might be annoying to have to squeeze and aim at the same time.
did you ever try or consider something like this?
looks like a case of the same factory in china but these seem pretty popular and are cheaper.
might try the FOOFOO one as well. Im actually about to go on a trip out of state in a few days and this summer I got enligntened to the bidet and absolutely refuse to go back lmao.
I had the tushy and threw it in the trash for this very reason. Try getting one with an integrated seat and also a "dip" or downturn in the seat that goes inside the rim. See that pic? that has, on the inside, the dip i'm talking about. I do occasionally get water outside but only if I get carried away and wiggle my butthole in the spray too much (it feels good).
There are other units out there that keep the spray from getting out but I've had two models besides the Sandalak (link) and the tushy had overspray issues (water on the floor etc) and the other one was heated water electric but didn't have a strong enough spray. Heated water ones (in general) do not have a strong a spray/jet as the cold water ones. Reason being that they run out of warm water too soon and then get negative reviews for it. good luck !!

" don’t buy bidets for someone else cause they might not like it after all."
True words my friend.... true words.
I have this one
ive had this for a while now, highly recommend. It's a very simple design but its made with high quality parts. Works great.
I had three bidets: tushy, cascade, and I have the sandalak one. I paid $80 for it. but it does not use electricity. Since I live in FL that is not an issue. It uses retractable nozzles, one for a spray and one for a very directed and deep cleaning jet. Both nozzles are self cleaning (they spray while in the nozzle compartment I guess). It has a simple valve: move it to the front and it sprays gentle but a wide area to get the outside or for a womans front part I guess. And if you move it to the back then it does the rear (hole). Neither of the other two bidets worked for me. I threw the tushy out in the trash. I send the cascade one back. But to this day I never got a refund so..... Apparently from what someone told me here the electric ones that have heated water don't spray so hard because they run out of the warm water too fast.
You can look at the Sandalak model here:
this is the one i bought, it works fine and does the job.

but only after I lift my junk up on top of the toilet seat

You have to decide if heated water is a must have or not. If you live in the south (like FL or TX etc, you might decide to skip the heated water (I live in FL and definitly do not need that). The heated water ones typically don't have a strong stream for the Butthole cleaning.
There are two recommendations I can make for you:
I can mention the one I have and like but without hearing what you want, I can't do that.
Good luck !
Why not both? We got a LUXE Neo 185 that has the lady bits cleaner and the nozzle cleaner adjustments.
We did add a T valve between the water line and the bidet. Our water pressure was high enough without the T valve that it made a hair trigger adjustment between acceptable pressure and ass ripping pain. Can’t imagine how that would feel on sensitive lady parts but my wife was not happy with the pre T valve set up.
I can't read Spanish, so I don't know if any of the purchasers have anything to say about the types of toilets or fitment issues.
However, if there aren't any fitment issues with normal Mexican toilets, this is the type of bidet attachment I'd recommend. Inexpensive compared to other bidet options, effective, and designed to mount on existing toilets.
I’d recommend a steaming cleaner…also great for behind the seat where stuff accumulates. We have this one…Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner Multipurpose Heavy Duty Steamer for Floors, Cars, Home Use and More. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07C44DM6D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_S6RT57QBEFT62SBCW2S9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have these. A little pricy but it comes with three so you can throw one nearby other plumbing fixtures. Ive never had trouble with my bidet, but I put one under a newly installed bathroom sink and it helped me catch a leak that could have done some damage.
maybe put an enema device in the shower ? They have washers that restrict the flow. She can use it in the front or back (but NOT BOTH. It's one or the other.) Don't ever use a device in the vag after it's been in the butt without a thorough cleaning/sterilizing. and even that? I would not recommend it ! keep 'em separate.
You didn't say what hole she wants to clean. They also have handheld sprayers that can attach to the shower if a more "non invasive" method is desired. You can find them on amazon. I don't know how High a quality these things are but:
Try a bidet that squirts up at your butthold. Often they have a spray nozzle and another Jet stream nozzle that gets up into your hole and past the outer sphincter muscle.
I have this and like it. it's good except that the mounting tabs are plastic and you can't tighten it down too hard or it'll break the tabs so it can move on you. It has a good/strong stream for this. and a spray that goes a bit forward (for the ladybits if you have 'em or if you want to wet your balls). it will wet down your butt for sure. LOL

I recently bought a "Cascade" model and will be changing it out for that because I want the air dry function. Plus this new one reportedly has a really good stream / nozzle for your butthole. I like that.
Panasonic makes a portable bidet and the pressure is decent.

You mean like this? (was thinking of buying something like this:
i bought this hose but the only way to get it to connect is to kink the hose making it pointless.

Any thoughts/advice would be SO appreciated :-)
That model "luxe neo 120" goes under the seat. Try getting a washer that has retractable nozzles. I usually get all the "Stuff" rinsed away.
If you still have problems I would suggest this: (read carefully)
I take the charmin strong paper, two sheets and folded in half with the direction of the tissue fibers (it's stronger in that direction). Spray some "Witch Hazel" on it. (just 2 or 3 sprays) and with that narrow piece of paper I can "get in there" and the WH kinda lubricates the paper while still allowing the wiping function. So get a little sprayer from Walmart and use that.
Plus Hemorr, like WH. It's soothing for the skin.
But seriously: try something that looks like this:
My wife bought this one for me for xmas. Works great, cheap and looks decent. Will blast your ass and clean it of all shit. Easy to install.
The best kind of cord is called an appliance cord. These will easily accommodate heaters, air conditioners and hot plates. But probably overkill for bidets. I’ve been running a fully featured bidet for years off one of these

I already have a gfi, but you can get gfi add-ons that connect before/after any cord.

I got this one and while it’s nothing to replace the ultra powerful one at home it’s great to have on travel. This AND wet wipes is the way to go. The sqeezy bottles ones seem hard to get good pressure and aim at the same time.
I use the Toto YEW-350. I think it’s the best travel washlet available on the market today.

It looks like your bidet is connected to the water source below the tank. It is probably fine. From the video it looks like the sound and leak are both in the large tank above, part of the toilet, not the bidet. For about $10 you can get a new tube, float and water switch. It seems the old one is gummed up with calcium and leaking.
When the float comes back up after a flush it should stop the water flow. For example,
This is a simple Brondell Bidet that I really like. There is also an option for 2 nozzles if your in need of that as well.
The American standard aqua wash. Major manufacturer, easy install, front and back spray, self cleaning. 65 bucks. Life changing.
I have never heard of this one. It has an interesting low profile design, but I would be a bit concerned about installing something that seems to be so no-name generic due to flooding concerns.
It could be fine, but IMO you should go with a more established brand, many of whole have similarly priced entry level models. here is one example
There are little inserts that you can insert to restrict some of the flow. I had a cheap bidet at one point and I can remember the installation instructions stating that you could contact the company and they'd send you one. Or maybe just get something like this flow restrictor.
I’m in a century old house I can’t upgrade and have strips and extension cords and adapters in every room, even the kitchen. One of these works great with a full feature brondell
