This is called cold turkey its an app that you download to your computer and is basically a website and app blocker on steroids, you can set a schedule, make it so you can't uninstall it, set a password to keep yourself from making any changes, block out apps like steam, firefox, chrome etc. And you can set all of this to a schedule. Free version has almost every feature except for the scheduled blocks and the password feature.
www.Getcoldturkey.com (they're phone app is piss poor though, hence the second app.)
The 2nd one I use is stayfocused on the phone works the same way and you can set a password, and make it so you can't uninstall it.

The free versions aren't bad but the paid versions if you decide to go with it are worth every penny. Set up the schedule and do a test run first for 15 mins just to make sure you didn't accidentally lock yourself out of the apps all together (did this by accident and locked myself out of chrome for a full week instead of locking the schedule to prevent changes from being made.) then after the test run, lock it in place for a day to see how it works for you, try a week after that and if you're happy with it go for longer.
I have it set up so all apps are blocked out at 12am till 6am then scheduled in times where I can take a break and any unproductive sites are blocked while I'm at work. This has truly become an essential tool towards my success. I'm not getting paid to talk about them they're just some of the most bad ass tools to force you to stay on track.

I use 4 / UL split and my progression in weight training has increased so much . Also if you scroll the the forum there is good alternatives and knowledge to be found
No announcement so the date shown here (May 15, 2022) is most likely incorrect. I searched the ISBN in the database and found nothing. Also, I doubt there would be any book coming without any marketing months in advance.
It's probably safe to say there will be no second book this year (or maybe in the late fall though I doubt it).
This Amazon link is the most-often cited. I don't know much about book publishing, but it seems weird to me that we haven't heard more about it. Especially considering May 15 isn't that far off.

4h of sleep do you want early onset dementia, Alzheimer's, parkinson's or some other neurological disfunction? Don't be stupid get proper 7/8h of sleep. Being hard is not about sleeping less, of course occasionally like 4x4x48 you can put sleep aside but not everyday. I recommend this book it's a eye opener in terms of sleep https://www.amazon.com/Why-We-Sleep-Unlocking-Dreams/dp/1501144316
May 2022 as per Amazon : https://www.amazon.ca/Built-Not-Born-David-Goggins/dp/0062875698?ref_=d6k_applink_bb_marketplace
But I would take that with a grain of salt. I want the man to take his sweet-ass time as he does with everything.
Also, a good book to read on the side is Peak which is about maximizing performance in general, but the authors are physical mental agnostic. First though, you need to do the basic shit of learning to sit down and learn something before reading books on optimizing. Grit was fine as well, but I liked it much less.
Good luck.
Well I'm not sure if i have insomnia but i always sleep shorter that I need and I have veeeery light sleep so slightest whisper can wake me up. I highly recommend this book https://www.amazon.com/Why-We-Sleep-Unlocking-Dreams/dp/1501144316 it talks in general about importance of sleep but also it has good advice how to sleep better. Things like don't eat before bed, turn off screens for an hour before bed, don't drink too much water before bed, don't drink alcohol before bed, of you can't sleep don't lay in bad for hours get up read a book for 20/30 minutes and try again, cool down you bedroom before bed, don't drink coffee later in a day, wake up and go to sleep at the same time. Good stuff helped me a lot but consistency is the key so it's not going to work once a week it has to be every day.
