Depends if you have the time and sheer will to attain it. I consider myself really tamad when it comes to academic work since I'm focusing on computer science concepts and software engineering skills instead (think helping in developing open-source software such as Krita). So my schedule is really packed. Even with that though, I'm still able to comfortably attain a silver medallion.
So it really depends if you have the time, the work ethic, and luck (in having high grading profs).
