It's less accurate than a chest monitor (by about 20bpm) but I wear it for steps as well.
Also I set up an automatic $5 transfer to my spending account whenever I complete a workout or hit my step goal, so there's that.

I hope that works but I got this in a D and it has the tightening but like the shefit and it holds everything in place.
I have to wear headbands and they have to be chunky so I don't keep pulling them down. These ones on Amazon have worked well! They fit snug on me too which is a plus. Headbands
Oh, yeah. Brand makes a big difference, just like with any protein, there are brands that are great and brands that suck. Or it depends on preparation, obviously blended with ice/milk/ fruit is going to be way better than mixed in warm water.

This is my fav:

I got this one, but you can also just look up HR monitors for the best deal and check the reviews to see if it's compatible with Lionheart (it's usually somewhere in the reviews).

I had this years ago and wore one of these for a while. Looks a little weird and like it wouldn’t do anything, but it was surprisingly helpful in reducing my pain. They’re pretty cheap too, so worth a try.

I wear these earplugs on days with trainers that play it too loud. I can still hear instructions/ corrections.

I'm not specialized in plant based BUT a colleague of mine is and wrote this book that might be helpful! Its free if you have Kindle Unlimited (I am not associated with this or make any money its just a good book)

Not a ton that isn’t obvious. I like to lie down with my back pressed against the ball and roll around until it feels better. Similarly a well placed wall is excellent to lean against with the ball between you. Top of traps I find massage stick better but I also find a pillar with me leaning forward into the lacrosse ball helpful.
I also really like the neck and back massager things for traps. I don’t have this one so can’t speak to it, but the one I do have which is really old now is great and gets lots of use.
I have the same issue. A friend that does CrossFit recommended assistance weight lifting gloves. Something like this. I haven’t gotten a set yet (waiting until after Christmas) but they said it helps a bit.
don't have excel? download for free (donation optional), LibreOffice. it was called OpenOffice years ago.
LibreOffice Calc will run it.
I also shower every day but only wash my hair twice a week. Rubbing in dry shampoo with a scalp massager really helps! These little guys were a game changer for me. scalp massager
These are currently my favorite. Packed with protein!
I wear a sports mask with breathable valves. It has a good structure so you're not sucking in your mask breathing during a hard cardio day. There's an added filter pad inside that I take out. I throw it in the laundry too and cleans very well. Seeing below. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087GC31QN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_TPHB0SK9VPWG4V355A7W
I checked for silicone ones because I had a colleague that wore them for a while post-concussion. I’m not sure what brand she used, but these ones have a good rating on Amazon - they block excessive sound while still making it possible to hear someone who is speaking to you: https://www.amazon.ca/DownBeats-Protection-auditive-réutilisable-fidélité/dp/B00A3Z44R2/ref=asc_df_B00A3Z44R2/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292984350684&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7085989438563340182&hvpone=&hvp...
I bought one off of amazon (primarily for running, but use it here too) and it works well.
I'm assuming you're male, so this one would work well—https://www.amazon.ca/Knee-Brace-Stabilizers-Patella-Support/dp/B07F9W9BHX/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=knee+brace&qid=1584232291&sr=8-8. I bought it (female) and it's a bit too big for me).
Has velcro though, so it's great to be adjusted! Also don't hesitate to mod stuff to make it less jump-y. I do all the time. OR, mod things to help stabalizers around your knee. For ex, in Hollywood today, instead of the balance trainer jump on squats, I stood on it and did squats.
Pair lionheart up via your phones bluetooth . I think that the polar flow app works with it..
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fi.polar.polarflow&hl=en_US
you will need to create a polar flow account.

Would also be shocked if it didn't work with several other generic heart rate apps that use bluetooth to obtain HRM data.
Its nit the one my studio uses either, heres the link just log on like you would in the f45 training app. its all runs through mindbody
Hi all. I think I've worked this out. When you pair your Garmin trap to your Garmin watch, it shows up with a 6 digit identifier. But Lionheart apparently needs 5 digits. On my Android, I installed an app called ANT+ Demo https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsi.ant.antplusdemo that detects the strap, and then shows the 5 digit number. I plan to try adding this in to Lionheart Web site, and then see if it works during my workout tomorrow. I will report back.
By the way the 5 digit code reported by the app, bore no resemblance to the 6 digit code from the watch. Go figure.
FYI. I'm not affiliated with the app developer or anything, and all other disclaimers :)
Just in case any fellow androiders check this, the free and effective app I use is called MyWorkouts. Great app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.myworkouts&hl=en
What is it exactly that you have? Is there a 6 digit number on the back/inside the battery cover?
If you have an Andorid, you can use this app to see if your phone supports ant+ and see if it can find the heart rate monitor. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsi.ant.antplus.grapher.heartrate
I think all of polar's chest strap monitors available for purchase separately, are waterproof and can be used for swimming. Best of all , it will work with the polar app. but it's around $80.. ANT and BT
https://www.amazon.com/Polar-Optical-Heart-Sensor-Bluetooth/dp/B07RQMW12P
You can also buy soft lifting grips. Wrap them the normal way until your grip fails, then wrap them around the bar the other way so you can finish your sets.
these work great for X-fit, and F45. Remove before using Kettlebells, they will hinder your ability to let the kb rotate in your hand for cleans and swings.
